Food is good but on the pricey side.

Not so busy on weekday, plenty of empty seats. Other half is fan of their burgers and chips but being a veggie I’ve next to no option. Their vegetarian sandwich (which comes in a burger bun) is okish nothing special. They could try and do something for vegetarians. Their pistachio milkshake was really good. Love the salted roasted peanuts 🥜 A fun snack while you chat.

Burgers were excellent as ever but my wifes vegetarian cheese sandwich was cold when served.

Manager was very rude and unwelcoming, gave my family dirty looks while we were ordering and overall had a bad attitude, would not recommend this place because of how uncomfortable we were made to feel dining here.

Always one of the better five guys. One of the originals when they first started expanding. Good service, high quality food and very tasty! Bacon cheeseburger all the way with BBQ sauce 🤤

The best fast food. Quick, but expensive. Delicious but super unhealthy. Be warned! DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE A PEANUT ALLERGY. There are free peanuts everywhere.

The burger was really nice the chips were the worst I have ever had, the location was trying too hard, it's a burger joint not an American diner Way too expensive for what it is, his is Kingston not California for gid sake

Best burgers are made here, especially with grilled onions and mushrooms. Simply YUM!!!

First time dining in at this branch, and I can happily say that the team here were very friendly, welcoming and most of all helpful. Yahya served us and he was very professional and friendly and was able to assist with all my requests. Food was fresh, tasty and filling and we enjoyed our meal and experience. Thank you all, we will be back soon.

Maybe it was a mistake ordering the cheese bacon burger at nearly twelve bucks. Cheese was too strongly flavoured, the pattiies were good, moist unlike that served at u know who but at a much lower price. Not enough pickles and jalapeño peppers. For 12 bucks, disappointed. Chips at nearly six bucks, good sized portion, more than I could eat. Worth the money,not in my book. OK u get free peanuts and water and ice but u eat your burger in the tin foil wrap. Lots of hype about the potatoes, but dont say what type of potatoe which is as equally important. Why are we even discussing potatoes, easiest veggie to grow and as they used to say cheap as chips but not the case today.

Chips and burgers are great. It's a fast food so service is average and atmosphere isn't the most pleasant. Just grab your food and go by the nearby river or city center on a sunny day

Food is great as always. I only had fries at our last visit but they put the spice in a little pot which meant I could share the fries. Best. Fries. Ever! Atmosphere is a bit lacking but only because its quite a big restaurant and it was 3pm!

The place has always attracted me for its cleanliness and food served. Staff is also very quick and professional

Honestly not impressed. I keep hearing about this place bit it was very underwhelming but also very expensive. To be fair, if you order a large portion, that is REALLY what you get. Never seen so many fries in one portion. Definitely not the best burger I've ever had, not even close.

Burgers are tasty. They do go overboard on the chips. Last time I visited no Cajon sprinkle on chips. 50/50 on that .

A above average five guys it’s a very large chains so there is plenty of seating and different tables available. Bathroom were very clean which was great and don’t require any passcodes or passwords. Because of the amount of Uber eats orders they receive the service is a little on the slow side. Milkshake was delicious !

I love this place! My girlfriend and I often stop in here before we see a film at the cinema. I honestly think these are the best burgers you can get in the UK, and the fries are always fresh and crispy. I prefer to get the spicy ones 🔥 Only reason it doesn't get five stars is it seems slightly pricy to me

Great burgers and the fries are the best in the world.

I don't understand how they can charge £10+ for a cheeseburger that literally had no flavour. It was all squashed and the bread was soggy and the burger meat has no seasoning and no flavour to it. McDonald's and Burger King aren't great but they taste better and are half the price. I literally can't understand what the fuss is about. I came to five guys a few years ago and had the same view then but thought I'd give it another go as people kept telling me how good the burgers were and I thought I may just have had bad luck but that was a different five guys and I can only conclude that they're just not very tasty / nice burgers. I rated Byron when they were going and Honest Burger and Gourmet Burger Kitchen are way better than these guys.

5 guys is 5 guys, it ain't cheap but it is tasty

Sensible social distancing, a great menu and friendly staff make this a great spot to eat before going to the Odeon!

As we entered we were greeted. The staff explained what was on menu and clarified our queries. The burgers tasted really nice. We also ordered fries and these were made from fresh potatoes and it tasted really nice with peri peri. They also have a bottomless drink and this was a really nice. Also you have a supply of peanuts. This experience was nice. It gave an experience of peeling them. Food 4/5 Ambience 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5

Good burguer , took long to get it

We went middle of the day on a sat, a few people in their easy to order, & eat in atmosphere was a bit sterile but not to much of a problem it's a fast food joint not gone the for the ambiance, food was good and hot and arrived in a timely fashion

Went in for a quick dinner, service was fast and pleasant. We got our two delicious burgers which tasted great within 8minutes and got to enjoy some well roasted peanuts whilst we waited. Would recommend

i came into this fiveguys one evening, stressed, ill, and on the verge of tears as im not from the area and my phone died as i was trying to find my way home. i asked if anyone had a charger i could borrow and a lovely gentleman who works there let me use his. then dont quote me on this but im pretty sure she was the manager of the place, this lovely blonde lady with glasses came over to me and offered me food as i think maybe she could tell i wasnt in the best state.... but she also didnt know i hadnt eaten all day as i was very low on money. i said nono its okay im fine and she said 'no i wont make you pay' and she gave me a whole paper bag full of fries and a free drink. whether this is or not allowed, i have never met lovelier workers than here, they were so warm and eager to help me out i couldnt thank them enough for this❤️it meant alot in my current position

The staff were brilliant and food also.

Hit them on a good day, apart from the server, who couldn't take the order properly. Even after repeating myself several times, the burger arrived with nothing on it! At least it was good!

I have heard many positive comments about five guys but it's taken me a long time to try it . wasn't impressed . early lunchtime. almost empty, less atmosphere. burger patties were good but nothing special . rest of burger especially the bun was yuk . looked old . greasy from where it was warmed up . very unimpressed

Overpriced, Overhyped, and Disgusting! Was talked into this by my 10 yr old so couldn't turn away after a long promised visit. £30 for two burgers and chips and two fizzy drinks. The burger meat is sloppy and completely tasteless. The toppings are congealed into an unrecognisable greasy sludge. The fries are manky, skin-on, soggy and extremely greasy and proudly cooked in peanut oil giving them a sickly sweet taste. The whole thing smacks of low quality fat-saturated tasteless ingredients, despite all the hype. It is like something you'd expect to get served up at a 3rd rate motorway services. McDonalds or Burger King is 1/3 the price and 100 times better. Would be zero stars but Google insists on a minimum of one. Have just finished and feel decidedly sick. Never again!

First experience it was ok very pricy.

Veggie burger was sloppy. Atmosphere is like a school canteen. Its clean but burgers are pricey for the experience. I will only go back if I really need to and hopefully that wont be too soon :(

The staff here are AMAZING! From the cashier, the cook… to the lovely lady checking that the food court area is spick and span - my experience of the Kingston branch of Five Guys continues to be EXCELLENT 👌🏼 I was asked how I was and if they could do anything else for me. The food and milkshake are high quality and worth every penny. Thank you Five Guys Kingston for always making me feel welcome and serving me delicious food🙏🏼

I like the hamburgers, but I was expecting a bit more flavourful meet and the cheese could have been more melted. Smash burgers lose the meet flavour comparing them to regular burgers.

Just went in for a milkshake this time and it was great, but at over £5 it is definitely not cheap.

Buzzing on Saturday and the service fast and the food was as expected. Didn't disappoint.

Located in the Rotunda this restaurant is spacious and clean. Staff are always friendly and the food is delicious. Ordering is simple but don't make the rookie error of forgetting to add toppings on to your sandwich. Veggies have got options two with my favourite being the toasted cheese sandwich. Plenty of seats to choose from on two levels.

Best burger place in Kingston. Fast, friendly service. However, I wish they wouldn't prepare the burgers before orders as they can be a bit cold when they are not busy.

I was yesterday at five guys in Kingston, they were really polite. Amazing customer service and lovely food, would recommand to everyone.

This location is the absolute best in everything they do. Their customer service is like one of a five star restaurant. I take my 5 y/o here every once in a while and they remember us and always ask how we are before ordering. Superior employees, best burgers, and the absolute best chips ever.

The food was just as nice as I always had. The cheeseburger always outplayed the hamburger. However, the reason I gave it a 4 is because most of the drink choice were not available and my child didn't have his choice of a random cocktail which is why he goes there. They need to remeber to fill them up.

Visited twice this year, both times have been abysmal failures of the staff. The first time they somehow managed to confuse my order of a bacon cheeseburger as a hot dog. They were a bit busy, and offered to replace it (which I declined as I was in a hurry) so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This latest time, however, I was waiting for half an hour. Whilst the place was virtually empty. People who ordered after me were getting their food. When I finally managed to catch someone's attention, I was told there was a "printer error" that had ONLY affected my order, and they hadn't even made it. I was offered a free milkshake, but if I wanted one of those, I would've ordered it. I won't be giving it a third try.

The burgers are actually standard there isn't that much special about them but it was the fries that ruined the experience, they were far too salty . It's the 2nd time I've been with the family and it's been disappointing on both visits one to avoid

We piped up here for weekend lunch! This location is just down from the odeon cinema. So it is great place to have meal or snack before the movie start :) and huge seating available. Staff are friendly and clean area. Also they have customer toilet !! Good location. And the tasty is absolutely amazing 🤩 we really like the five guys burger. Even little burger is big enough me.
