I loved my burger today, it was juicy, cooked perfectly, and packed with fresh, tasty toppings! It was wrapped up nicely and easy to enjoy. The fries were piping hot, freshly fried, and seasoned to perfection. So soooo soooo delicious!

Delivery took forever. Cold milkshakes put on top of food so no surprise that the food is cold

Food perfect as always, but it took nearly 15 minutes for 4 burgers and fries, when there was only another 10 people in store. Also, music way too loud, especially when you’re trying to hear your number being called.

I was absolutely devo'd - the veggie sandwich doesn't have a veggie burger in it - you literally just get the toppings you chose in a burger bun!

Stone cold chips, and my first time ever trying their food, my first bite of the burger included a large piece of bone. Hugely overpriced for not great food. I won’t order from here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Over 2 hours late and no burger?????

Burger had ketchup not BBQ sauce and the Coke was missing. Just eat wouldn’t refund for something completely missing. Joke.

Ordered at 7.42 and arrived at 9.25. Kept pushing the time back which then technically means it’s not officially late but it was! Originally said would be delivered by 8.20. So well over an hour late on top of normal waiting time. Food was then stone cold with loads of loose fries in the bottom of the bag.

Could not fault the whole experience even with two members of staff. First time for a Five Guys and didn’t disappoint, really clean burger, fresh topping and awesome fries (Cajun and normal are both good but different) and loads of drink options. This place for me sits between mcd’s and a gourmet burger in a restaurant without the extra cost and they do a small selection of beers!

What can I say for once a company(Five guys) got the order correct every other other I’ve placed for other company can’t unseen to manage the simple task of collating and order. Would recommend Five Guys completely great food great packaging and a healthy extra scoop of fries. 👏👏👏👏👏

I had a very long and tiring day and my mood was instantly made better by the amazing custumer service at five guys and their food was on time , hot fresh and flavour full . Hamburger was soggy wrapped in silver foil and chips luke warm. You’re within 2 minutes from my home and can’t get the food to me in an eatable condition.

Yet again the delivery driver has gone in the opposite direction taking the long way round to deliver my food. And yet again five guys haven’t closed the bag resulting in my food being cold, oh and the milkshake is melted thanks to delivery driver sitting the milkshake on top of my food!

For a brand known for its huge fries portions I was really annoyed when the almost £6 portion of regular fries ended up being a small cup of them, which wasn’t even full. Not good enough to be honest. Must have been running out of potatoes that day

Just had dinner over there, food’s absolutely amazing. The manager Barbara was absolutely fantastic going above and beyond, to make sure everything is perfect. I am celiac and she was so helpfull and helped me to choose the perfect dish. Izabela and Valentin, we will definitely be back! ❤️

The staff here clearly don’t want to work. I arrived at 10.58 (2mins before opening) to find the drinks machine had flooded the floor, all 3 employees who were waiting to start their shift didn’t even bother to clear the spillage up untill it stuck 11am. To me if your really passionate about what you do you would see there’s a problem and do it straight away not wait untill bang on when your shift starts. I also ordered on the app to have it ready for 11am, no one started in the kitchen cooking till 11.02. 11.10 and still no food or even been greeted by the 5 employees in here working

I was at Five Guys for the first time and I was very pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the burger meat and the fresh fries. very nice service, clean and tidy, I will definitely come back.

First time visiting a Five Guys. I now know why I have not been in a rush. No gluten free options. Beef comes from superfarms in Scotland, the person at the counter admitted that. I could understand the staff when talking not helped by the too loud atmosphere. All in all substandard and expensive.

I think that for what you pay it is not worth it both for quantity and quality, don't get me wrong, the quality wasn't really bad, worthy of a fast food restaurant but for the prices they have they are pub or restaurant prices. Another observation: you should warn the customer that it is not a menu but you pay for everything all separate. My experience was not good, to give my order a mess the waitress couldn't hear due to the noise and in the end she didn't understand anything in my sandwich almost everything of what I had ordered was missing, I waited more than half an hour after placing the order (and there weren't many customers) once I sat down to eat I saw what I had ordered £10.95 plus Vat of bacon cheeseburger it seems like a real joke to me, it had nothing of bacon it looked like two small pieces of bacon had fallen into the sandwich by mistake, a cheese that looked like paper without taste or integrity, the chips were the only thing that weren't bad but had very little of large, first and last time we won't go back there anymore places where you eat the same things with superior quality, clean and well-kept environment at the same price if not lower

My partner and I had a great experience at Hemels five guys. The manager was so lovely and the crew member Ryan was very friendly. Service was quick and efficient and restaurant was clean and comfortable to dine in. Will definitely be returning!

It wasn't even a hamburger, it didn't even look like one. It only looks nice in the photos, nothing else. I regret the money I spent there.

We have used five guys many times in the past. This delivery wasn't great. The fries were cold so needed to be reheated and the burger was dry. All in all, for just over £30, it wasn't worth it!

Not happy. Came exposed and wrong ingredients.

Despite calling the five guys shop making up my order, & requesting my burgers were cooked as 'grilled cheese withpatties' (which i was told would be done) - the burgers arrived as standard cheese burgers. This has happened before a couple of times. Why they can't add an option to their online menu - I don't know. Its costly. 22 quid their mistake has cost me.

The food was really nice. It was just a shame that it was cold and had to heat it up in the oven.
