Less extras than usual. What’s the point of five guys if they’re stingy with their extras? Chips were a bit more overdone and drier than usual too.

If you’re coming to pick up your order don’t bother. Twice I’ve ordered online for pick up and twice it’s disappeared. Even after notifying staff of my arrival to collect, seeing the ticket placed in line, it’s gone. This lot couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Best to order in shop or through one of the delivery companies they love to prioritise.

Me and my boyfriend went into this five guys and we were served by Chris, we were very pleased with our experience with Chris. He’s very professional and very friendly and has the best positive vibes.

Our first time visiting, Chris served us on the till, he was friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff didn't stop they were like a well oiled machine! When the queue died down the staff started cleaning and kept themselves busy, while still taking the time to acknowledge and thank us as we left! We also enjoyed the novelty of the wide range of options on the soft drink refills. The food was super tasty and we will definitely be back!!

Massively over priced. The burgers are OK, but not much better than your average well known fast food joint. The chips are, well chips. You also get 3 tons of chips which 85% of go in the bin, so very wasteful. The milkshake is just a cup of ice cream that comes with a paper straw, making it impossible to drink and an unpleasant experience. Giving the excuse that you have no fridges doesn't wash I'm afraid. In my opinion it's very over priced for the quality of the food and the experience.

Food was really good... definately one of the best burgers I've had in a long time... and we litterally had a mountain of fries. There was no need to climb Ben Nevis... especially after walking the mountain of fries we had. The only downside was the price...

Both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning for the second time from here

five guys fort kinnaird please i keep buying 4 grilled cheese toasties and chips. What a hassle to make fresh chips. i often order before closing time i understand you have chips left but please dont re-fry them.

While the price maybe off putting to some, the quality of burger and the sheer volume of fries in a "small" is enough to offset this. Don't even get me started on the free peanuts!!

We went for something different to celebrate my twins 15th birthday. Chris and his staff were friendly and welcoming and went that extra mile to ensure that their birthday was special indeed, the milkshakes and the food was fantastic and far better than any of the other takeaways in the area and yes, it's a bit more costly than the others but by far worth the small extra amount and we'll definitely be back.

Love five guys burgers, they are awesome! 😃 The service is always great even when it's busy in the day, staff are helpfull. I get the American dinner style of five Guys and what it represents, but it is always difficult for me. Its loud, with so much sensory things going on at once, the lights are harsh, the music and everyone talking is overwhelming and I find it difficult, there is nothing to . If you have any sensory processing difficulties, get a takeaway and eat your yummy burger in the car! 😁

This place was my idea of hell and we only went there because our grandchildren chose it. No cutlery, no plates, no hot drinks, no service, dirty tables and no atmosphere. Don't tell me all of the above was to keep costs down as it was £72 for 4 mediocre burgers, 2 portions of fries and 4 drinks. The burgers are lauded by many but mine were dry, tasteless and totally underwhelming, I also didn't appreciate the fries dumped in the brown bag. Horrible, horrible experience which will now be avoided at all costs.

The manager(?) was clearly working hard but I have never seen fast food staff moving so slowly. The guy bagging orders looked like he would rather be anywhere but here. There was a huge backlog because of his lack of urgency. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my order. Only got it because the manager jumped in to do that guy's job for him

Got served by Chris today and he was amazing with the menu and helped us a lot a happy face when we came in made us feel welcome, need more people like Chris in the world.

Unfortunately been here again. Food good as five guys but crew members terrible as always in this place.

If you wish to waste a substantial amount of money (£38 2x burgers, one portion of fries and a milkshake)on what appears to be no better than a £2 Rustlers burger out Asda, then congratulations this is the place for you!

Click and collect worked well. Chips delicious. Much tastier than other slightly cheaper nearby burger vendors.

Way better burgers than burger king and McDonald's, and their fries are amazing. Half your bag is always chips and they'll make you a burger just as you like it with as many toppings as you like. Any time I've been in it's been quiet, so sitting in doesn't have much atmosphere to it. Staff have always been awesome and helpful. Made to order burgers that are cooked quickly. The meat patties actually tastes like beef, has flavour and juicy.

Music is always too loud. Turn it down touch.

I have to admit that Five Guys is probably the best of the biggest burger networks and this particular one is not different. I can fully recommend this as far superior to other famous brands and I'm not joking. Chips are divine, I'd like to know the secret for their tatse! Burgers with plenty of toppings to choose from bit mind that you won't make a 'fancy gourme' one here. It's just a really tasty burger. Now where it comes to shakes, go for it. Most of the flavours are great, and only one or two flavors just felt too sweet for me. Overall its a great experience, fantastic value for price and memorable chips.

A good hamburger...that's what I would call it. You choose the base and add as many toppings as you want (sauce, mushrooms, lettuce, pickles, onions, hot peppers, etc.) The downside for me: too hard fried meat and everything too wet, falling apart.

Very good choice if you are into burgers, fries and the like. Standard pseudo-american setting in a busy shopping centre. Quick service.

Been in the afternoon and got some milkshakes, amazing and staff was awesome too. Told my son and friend about it and they couldn't wait to try them so we drove over and the popped in to her the milkshakes. Milkshake was good for the boys but the staff not so much. Evening staff not welcoming at all and my boy felt like he was getting glared at with dirty looks. My boy has impeccable manners so I know he didn't do anything to deserve that. Please train your staff in customer service. Polite and a smile cost nothing.

Ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese, waited close to 15 minutes (which is fine) opened burger up and there was a small piece of bacon stuck on the side. Totally understand mix up on orders but this was obviously from meat/veg being prepped on the the same board! Appreciate it’s a burger restaurant but still not great when vegetarian is advertised. Staff remade the food which I appreciated but no gesture of good will offered such as a partial refund or fresh fries. Resulted in myself and husband having to eat 20 mins apart and cold fries when I got back to the car! Disappointed ☹️

Probably one of the worst burgers at inflated prices I’ve ever had. Gave the server £60 for a £46.05 bill and gave me £15 change 🤷That was a bacon burger (crispy bacon was rock hard) 2 kids plain burgers, 3 milk shakes and ‘large’ chips! Soggy chips, overcooked tasteless burger in a cheap bun. Daylight robbery.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Five Guys, Fort Kinnaird and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. While the burgers were undoubtedly delicious, it was the impeccable service and remarkable management skills of the manager on shift that truly elevated my visit to a whole new level.

Five guys does 2 things right, burgers and fries. And when I say they do them right, I'd say bear the pinnacle of what they can be crispy fries, not those floppy things you'll be used to. Hamburgers cooked fresh right in front of you, and a plethora of toppings to choice from the possibilities are near endless. Just when you think the experience is done food is served in paper bags which gives a lovely 1950s dinner vibe to the place and it has a wide choice of drinks to choice from with there coke free flow machine and also have a excellent choice of milkshakes. And have vegetarian options with there grilled cheese sandwiches I know its not much buy maybe in the future more options will be available.i will say it's not the cheapest restaurant for burgers and fries but I think the price is representative of the quality.if you haven't tried 5 guys before I would say it is a must

Great service and my custom BLT was so fresh and tasty. The fries are tasty too and a huge portion! Enough for two people to be honest. Love the peanuts while waiting and the milkshakes are to die for. Only downside is this store can be quite noisy as it's just a big open space with no dividers to break the noise of cooking and customers talking etc. A great burger place

My husband and I had our lunch here last Sunday. We ordered a hamburger, a cheeseburger, some fries and a drink. We helped ourselves to some free peanuts while waiting for our order and they were pretty fragrant and lightly salted. The burgers were the best we’d had in a long time; the buns were soft with crusty edges and the double patties were so juicy. Just thinking about this makes me want to go back and get myself another burger. I want to give a shout-out to Emma, the cashier who was always smiling and super sweet and friendly to all the customers. A true asset to Five Guys and the community she is. Thank you very much for making our day, Emma! 🥤😉

Worth to go if you are in fort kinnaird and craving for food while you shop. During summer season I would recommend to try the shakes.

We came here after the cinema with my partner and son as a wee treat and it was just what we needed. I had the bacon cheeseburger, cajun fries and biscoff milkshake and they were all spot on. Delicious burgers, the best fries of pretty much anywhere, and speedy friendly service. It's not the cheapest burger joint around, but it's one of the best.
