This is a Five Guy's in the University district of Manchester. I went at 7:00pm midweek and it was very quiet. Good service and food came out fast. Excellent chips. The burger was good but the bun was very soggy by the time I took it back to my room 3-4minutes away.

The food was poor quality and appallingly over-priced! We had two cheese & bacon hotdogs and a portion of fries which came to a pretty horrific £22.25! The hotdogs were maybe 6 inches at most and the sort of sausage you can get in packs of 6 for about 7p in Lidl, or maybe a couple of quid elsewhere. The bacon - all of it, by the look of what was going on other burgers and hotdogs being prepped - had all been burnt, and whilst I like mustard, vast amounts of cheap, nasty, vinegary American mustard really doesn't do it for me! As for the drinks, over £4 for Coke from a mixer machine? "Ah, yes, but it's bottomless" they may say, and indeed it is! There isn't a bottomless option though, and how much can you possibly make use of a bottomless drink in a fast food restaurant where you're in and out in minutes? I'll save a lot of money next time and find a McDonalds. Much better value, much tastier, better in every respect, and there really aren't many places about which you can say that in comparison to McDonalds!

Very busy but open day at Manchester Uni. Not an extensive menu but the toppings were good. We all had bacon cheeseburgers and the bacon was crispy yeah. Never manage to get crispy bacon anywhere except if I cook it. Good quality burgers, great fries and milkshakes. Portions are huge. Only real downside was the price around double that of McDonald's. Will be back but due to cost not as much as I'd like to

The burgers and the shakes are really delicious. Far better than McDonald's and Burger King. It is more expensive as well, but it's worth the price, just about.

Probably one of the best Five Guys we’d had, out of the others we’ve visited. Service was really good and friendly and the place was nice and clean!

There wasn't a lot open on 29th December so we decided on this as have been before in another city. Nice burger with all the toppings you desire. Chips are triple fried which my husband loves. Beer is on the menu. Friendly staff. Overall a good service, maybe a little on the pricey side.

You can get the same excellent burger as other restaurants from the chain. The location is excellent if you have to go around the university campus.

I wandered in almost by accident and was astounded at how good the service was, and just as pleased with how good the food was. I have visited other 5 Guys, but the food as presented here, tasted far nicer than I am used to, I haven't tasted a burger as good as this since I lived in Australia decades ago. I have a profound range of disabilities, including visual, which few would wish to share, yet the staff couldn't have made me feel more welcome...Simply wonderful and many thanks to all of them.

Lovely small place, must book, they were turning people away at the door all night, very high quality food, good cocktails too, can't recommend the food enough! Hot hunny sauce is to die for!

If you like a lively atmosphere, this could potentially be good. There is a live DJ and 40% off food on Wednesdays. So far so good. The food, in general, is very tasty. Everything is cooked on a grill apparently. The pittas with dips were lovely. Other small plates that were amazing were the potatoes, the mushroom kabobs and the butternut squash. The cabbage was ok and the sausage was pretty poor. It was so small! Drinks are on the slightly high end. Particularly shocking was looking at the bill after and realising that a 250ml glass of Sauvignon blanc cost £14.70. Possibly the most we have been charged for a glass of wine outside a very high end restaurant. Overall, a fun experience and the food was very tasty. The 40% off Wednesday deal is great. The drink prices are high.

Popped in for a coffee. The cafe wasn't busy. Ordered and paid at the counter and then sat at a table. Waited and waited and waited and eventually got up to go back to the counter. The person who had taken my order wasn't busy serving other people but rearranging pastries and other work, Hadn't even started the coffee. I said could she hurry up the coffee and it arrived in a takeaway cup and was almost undrinkable. I am sure it wasn't chicory but tasted similarly awful. Shame - used to be good
