The food at five guys derbion was delicious the service from the staff was great especially Michelle she is a credit to your company she was so helpful and kind as it was our first time at five guys we will definitely be going back food and service was fantastic.

Ate here with 2 of my sons , all 3 of us have been terribly ill since, nobody else in the family has the illness, only the 3 if us that ate at 5 five guys.

Absolutely awful service. One star is a push. I Can appreciate it's a busy place but was left standing with my 4year old for 25 minutes despite being told twice "be with you in a minute" thought it was completely out of order and was annoyed to see new takeaway orders seemed to take priority over even Taking my order. Had my order been taken I would have happily waited at a busy time but to be standing there was just ridiculous. Obviously need to train staff better about basic customer service and perhaps employ more staff if they're struggling that much. Both me and my lad left disappointed.

Not bad, top bun was a bit cold. Fries portions are always huge, no change there. I actually prefer pop eyes fries. I think the burger lacked a bit in sauces, I didn't get that classic five guys taste that I have gotten from other five guys. Naturally they didn't include the sauce packets I asked for the fries. I don't think I'd buy this again without the 40% Uber eats discount.

When I first had a Five Guys burger thought it was the best ever. I have recently tried two others, different places and the taste has changed. Don't know what it is but its different. Won't be going again for some time. Hopefully when I go back maybe the taste will have returned.

. . .and Five Guys satisfies that craving. Everything is cooked fresh, but it is more than worth the wait. My other half enjoyed the free peanuts while we waited. It is not the cheapest place for a burger, but you get what you pay for. It is a good quality burger, very filling and they are generous with all of the 15 free toppings you can choose from. We ordered a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, large fries and drink and our bill was nearly £40. They also do hotdogs and milkshakes. The portion sizes are good and a large fries, along with the standard extra handful they put in the bag, was more than enough for the 2 of us to share. The ketchup and mayo are also good quality. The only downside was the tables were dirty. They weren't the best at keeping on top of the seating area. Definitely worth a visit when you fancy a decent burger.

I came in last night to grab some food on my way home. The staff were amazing, nothing wasn’t too much for them. I wish I caught the names of those working because they deserve a bigger appreciation for their service. The food was incredible, hot and fresh. I will be returning very soon.

Everytime we come here we are always disappointed with the waiting time and the lack of organisation. Staff spend more time talking than they do completing their job - I have been the past 3 times and had a 20-25 minute wait for ONE burger. Definitely the last time I come to this branch in particular.

The driver couldn't find a big hotel behind the cricket ground. But instead of b3ing honest, marked the order as delivered. I have no idea what happened to my order. I am sure I didn't receive it, I was waiting in hotel reception for it.

The food was hot, the driver was polite. Nothing to complain about.

It's decent. There's nothing wrong with the place and this isn't a knock on the staff because they were nice and friendly, but it's a 'decent' burger. I've had better local burgers. The store is clean and runs well but for what it is, it's overhyped. I had the cheeseburger, fries and a mango milkshake. All decent.

No straws for the drinks, No Mayo which was ordered and the fries wasn’t seasoned

Hardly any chips at all even though we ordered 2 lots and no flavour to the few chips we had - very disappointed 😔

Fav place in Derby Mall for GF food, portions are Huge! Staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly, even when its obvious they are very busy. Never rush you and pleasant. Seating is nice but def not enough during busy times, they could do with a much larger area though they have added more to the middle of the mall. Food is very tasty and drinks have free top ups. Again, the staff are awesome and the food great.

Served me a raw burger cold And when told the staff they just offered to cook another I refused no offer of a refund just giggled at us from behind the counter

We love to visit Five Guys as a treat. The burgers, fries and milkshakes are amazing! Everything is made fresh and the burgers are so tasty. Our favourites are the cheese burgers, salted fries and the peanut butter milkshake and strawberry milkshake. The staff are polite and friendly. Service is good and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food.

Hot dog was very good, however the chips were clearly from the bottom of the fryer, mainly overdone and with lots of small burnt bits rather than the usual fresh fries.

A good tasty burger, staff friendly. Rather expensive, as total cost of burger and chips, same as going to a sit down restaurant. But it's convenient. Share a bag of chips to save money is my tip.

Love Five Guys! It's expensive but well worth the cost and far better than a typical theme restaurant 'gourmet' burger. Quick and delicious food, great milkshakes!

6pm saturday, the restaurant was awful dirty, tables were covered in food not fit to eat of. Food we took away to eat elswhere as there was no table available or clean. Shame five guys we love your burgers but clean your restaurant up !

Please have your workers check the order before they make it or send it out.. if the oder says no cheese then don't put cheese on it!

My first time at five guys ... My fries were dry plus for some reason they wrapped the burgers in foil so the bread on my burger was mushy , the chocolate milkshake tasted and looked like vanilla, no napkins and no fkin straw's for the milkshake n for a five dolla milkshake it wasnt chocolate as requested ..all in all for £71 I can honestly say we're all very disappointed n if five guys don't rectify this ruined birthday treat we will never eat there again and boycott five guy's.. wish we'd gone to McDonald's for less than half the price.. just sad .....

Five Guys, Five Stars! Fresh, fast, and filling - worth the money for quality.

More money than I would normally pay for a burger but they are very nice to be fair, plus the added benefit of free refills on your soft drinks is a bonus with some very nice quirky flavours.

Estimated delivery was 19:40 - 20:00 arrived at 20:17, obviously it was an estimate but I ordered at 19:02 so was already a long wait, But food was sensational as expected!

I was unorganised but my courier did an outstanding job and we managed to sort things out so a massive thank you to him and the five guys restaurant

Great food and service as always, but was given a ‘plain’ shake instead of a Biscoff one.

Chips came and weren’t warm at all. Bag didn’t seem to be sealed tightly.

The burger was very nice, but the fries not amazing, will have to try the peri peri instead of the normal fries next time. Quite expensive though.

I assume most people would agree with me that Five Guy's fries are the best regardless of in which branch! Most fries in nowadays you cannot taste the flavour of potatoes, but Five Guy's can! A very strong potato flavour and the taste of peanut oil, absolutely delicious! Their fries is the only one that I can eat without any sauces because their fries itself is already packed with flavours. The beef burgers are better than any other fast food restaurants too. They might be relatively more expensive than other fast foods, but I promised you that it's 100% worth it! Don't forget to grab a bowl of free peanuts :)

Definitely real meat burgers but lacking seasoning. Burger buns soggy. Whole thing stodgy and lacking flavour. Never in a million years worth £11 a burger. £50 for 4 average burgers and a few chips 👀👀. That’s why I’ve never bought before and why I won’t order again. I feel like I’ve been mugged

REALLY SLOW service, and very expensive. I ordered a small burger, small fries, and a small drink for my son, it took almost 30 minutes to make, and the place wasn’t eve busy!!! When the food came it was nice, but wasn’t worth the wait and cost.

The milkshake that I ordered was missed off my order, I just wanted it to be delivered but I couldn’t without reordering and paying the delivery and the service charge again. You can’t speak to anyone at just eat and Five Guys can’t help as they are just the third party.

Ordered through Uber Eats total price £80. The Driver did not bring the three milkshakes ordered and paid for. When asked where they were he said it was not his fault they were not in the bag. Rang Five Guys Derby and they said it is not their problem it is Uber Eats problem. So we are out three milkshakes and no one is accepting it is their fault. Will not use Uber Eats again or Five Guys Derby who do not give a toss. Expect more from Five Guys at the price they charge but obviously Saturday night they are useless staff!
