This place is good the intrier was mid but the wait time was long but not my drink and the food was good but fries were a bit too salty

Love this place! They without a doubt serve the freshest, tastiest burgers, fries and milkshakes ever!! Yes, they are expensive but worth it! The service was great too.

I came in last night to grab some food on my way home. The staff were amazing, nothing wasn’t too much for them. I wish I caught the names of those working because they deserve a bigger appreciation for their service. The food was incredible, hot and fresh. I will be returning very soon.

Everytime we come here we are always disappointed with the waiting time and the lack of organisation. Staff spend more time talking than they do completing their job - I have been the past 3 times and had a 20-25 minute wait for ONE burger. Definitely the last time I come to this branch in particular.

The driver couldn't find a big hotel behind the cricket ground. But instead of b3ing honest, marked the order as delivered. I have no idea what happened to my order. I am sure I didn't receive it, I was waiting in hotel reception for it.

The food was hot, the driver was polite. Nothing to complain about.

It's decent. There's nothing wrong with the place and this isn't a knock on the staff because they were nice and friendly, but it's a 'decent' burger. I've had better local burgers. The store is clean and runs well but for what it is, it's overhyped. I had the cheeseburger, fries and a mango milkshake. All decent.

No straws for the drinks, No Mayo which was ordered and the fries wasn’t seasoned

Hardly any chips at all even though we ordered 2 lots and no flavour to the few chips we had - very disappointed 😔

Fav place in Derby Mall for GF food, portions are Huge! Staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly, even when its obvious they are very busy. Never rush you and pleasant. Seating is nice but def not enough during busy times, they could do with a much larger area though they have added more to the middle of the mall. Food is very tasty and drinks have free top ups. Again, the staff are awesome and the food great.

Served me a raw burger cold And when told the staff they just offered to cook another I refused no offer of a refund just giggled at us from behind the counter

Food was freezing rang the restaurant they said they would remake as driver was not there then the driver said they just wasn’t serving him and to complain

We love to visit Five Guys as a treat. The burgers, fries and milkshakes are amazing! Everything is made fresh and the burgers are so tasty. Our favourites are the cheese burgers, salted fries and the peanut butter milkshake and strawberry milkshake. The staff are polite and friendly. Service is good and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food.

Hot dog was very good, however the chips were clearly from the bottom of the fryer, mainly overdone and with lots of small burnt bits rather than the usual fresh fries.

A good tasty burger, staff friendly. Rather expensive, as total cost of burger and chips, same as going to a sit down restaurant. But it's convenient. Share a bag of chips to save money is my tip.

Love Five Guys! It's expensive but well worth the cost and far better than a typical theme restaurant 'gourmet' burger. Quick and delicious food, great milkshakes!

Mayonnaise was missed, chips soggy, very disappointed. Delivery driver was very nice though

6pm saturday, the restaurant was awful dirty, tables were covered in food not fit to eat of. Food we took away to eat elswhere as there was no table available or clean. Shame five guys we love your burgers but clean your restaurant up !

Please have your workers check the order before they make it or send it out.. if the oder says no cheese then don't put cheese on it!

My first time at five guys ... My fries were dry plus for some reason they wrapped the burgers in foil so the bread on my burger was mushy , the chocolate milkshake tasted and looked like vanilla, no napkins and no fkin straw's for the milkshake n for a five dolla milkshake it wasnt chocolate as requested ..all in all for £71 I can honestly say we're all very disappointed n if five guys don't rectify this ruined birthday treat we will never eat there again and boycott five guy's.. wish we'd gone to McDonald's for less than half the price.. just sad .....

Five Guys, Five Stars! Fresh, fast, and filling - worth the money for quality.

More money than I would normally pay for a burger but they are very nice to be fair, plus the added benefit of free refills on your soft drinks is a bonus with some very nice quirky flavours.

Estimated delivery was 19:40 - 20:00 arrived at 20:17, obviously it was an estimate but I ordered at 19:02 so was already a long wait, But food was sensational as expected!

I was unorganised but my courier did an outstanding job and we managed to sort things out so a massive thank you to him and the five guys restaurant

Great food and service as always, but was given a ‘plain’ shake instead of a Biscoff one.

Chips came and weren’t warm at all. Bag didn’t seem to be sealed tightly.

I assume most people would agree with me that Five Guy's fries are the best regardless of in which branch! Most fries in nowadays you cannot taste the flavour of potatoes, but Five Guy's can! A very strong potato flavour and the taste of peanut oil, absolutely delicious! Their fries is the only one that I can eat without any sauces because their fries itself is already packed with flavours. The beef burgers are better than any other fast food restaurants too. They might be relatively more expensive than other fast foods, but I promised you that it's 100% worth it! Don't forget to grab a bowl of free peanuts :)

Definitely real meat burgers but lacking seasoning. Burger buns soggy. Whole thing stodgy and lacking flavour. Never in a million years worth £11 a burger. £50 for 4 average burgers and a few chips 👀👀. That’s why I’ve never bought before and why I won’t order again. I feel like I’ve been mugged

REALLY SLOW service, and very expensive. I ordered a small burger, small fries, and a small drink for my son, it took almost 30 minutes to make, and the place wasn’t eve busy!!! When the food came it was nice, but wasn’t worth the wait and cost.

The milkshake that I ordered was missed off my order, I just wanted it to be delivered but I couldn’t without reordering and paying the delivery and the service charge again. You can’t speak to anyone at just eat and Five Guys can’t help as they are just the third party.

Ordered through Uber Eats total price £80. The Driver did not bring the three milkshakes ordered and paid for. When asked where they were he said it was not his fault they were not in the bag. Rang Five Guys Derby and they said it is not their problem it is Uber Eats problem. So we are out three milkshakes and no one is accepting it is their fault. Will not use Uber Eats again or Five Guys Derby who do not give a toss. Expect more from Five Guys at the price they charge but obviously Saturday night they are useless staff!

My family and I went for food here yesturday it was our first visit to five guys and we can highly reccomend it. As soon as we walked in Shell the manager we amazing she talked us through how we ordered etc and then explained how the burgers were 2 patties and 1 patties told us about the cajan or the salted fries, and that the drinks were re fillable all day. Her customer service was 110% she is a credit to the company, definitely a staff member they need to keep and cherish. The food was absolutely amazing and the strawberry milkshakes where a massive hit. I honestly can't reccomend this place enough if you are a burger lover I would get there quick. Thanks again five guys derby you didn't disappoint. We will be back.

Put different item in each burger couldn’t eat one of them as it had mushrooms in both and one of us is allergic wasn’t impressed

Michelle is a hero and is a banoffe milkshake Artist. Top stuff, lovely times, delicious burger, obvs. If you're hungry you should probably go here and not all the other rubbish places. Word.

The meal wasn't great for the price. I ordered burger worth £11 and I must say it wasn't a good decision. Burger tasted average,it wasn't juicy. Had to force myself to finish it

Five Guys is pretty expensive, but it is a good quality burger. We ordered a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger, along with fries and a banana milkshake. The burgers are around £10 each. You can add as many toppings as you like and it is all cooked fresh. We both really enjoyed them, so much better than other burger joints and filling too. The fries are £5.25. The portion size is good. They're not the best fries, but they're ok. My partner enjoyed his milkshake, which was £5.65, and said it was nice and thick. It's worth the money every once in a while. At least the ketchup is free.

You pay £27 for two mediocre burgers and soggy chips and worst of all have to wait 20 mins to get it. Dont bother.

Tables always dirty for a Five Guys.

I ordered 2 burgers, a double one and a little one. I only received one. I’m severely disappointed and would like a refund of 8.65!!!

I've passed this place many time and today I decided to try them out for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries and luckily the girl serving me explained about the portion sizes and suggested I have the smallest portion. For £13 and some change, I was expecting something really good. What I got was two overcooked burgers (patties) with all the moisture and flavour squeezed out of them, a processed cheese slice served in a fairly ordinary sesame seed bun (available in all good supermarkets). The significant portion of fries (too much for one person) were seriously over salted. Hereby lies my problem with this restaurant: I understand that the USP for Five Guys is that you can have as many toppings as you wish on your burger (they say for free, but it's not really, is it). But, if the basic product (burger & fries) isn't up to scratch, then it doesn't matter what you chuck on top, it isn't going to improve it. Oh, and do people really care what type of potatoes their oversalted fries have been mate from?

Deliciousness! I will ask for my bacon 🥓 to be to my preference next time but!!!!!! Yessssssssss! It was giving! My one meal today was fantastic! Chocolate covered bacon. Yes and yes!!! Ok now save me some!

Rather pricey and nobody told me that vegans can have the burger without the brioche bun. It was only when mentioned it to a friend they said they can give you the veggie vurger without the bun. Like the refill drink.

Fries were super salty no wonder they offer free refills .. the burgers were over done and my personal experience the staf weren't very friendly and as I watched them make food I found myself wondering why any one would just slop onto the bun the way they did ... I'm not overly impressed with what I received for the £32 I spent on two meals .!!

Overpriced and not top quality Bland burger, even though plenty of toppings on it… and for over £10 for the cheeseburger - just way too expensive for the quality. Chips were dry and tasteless. A quick bite which cost £30 for the two of us, 2 cheeseburgers, 1 large fries, 1 drink. Yes….. £30!!!!!! Rip off unfortunately 👎👎👎

Having heard so much about 5 guys, I went with my grandson. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich and my grandson had the dog with cheese and bacon. To be honest mine was barely warm with way too many onions, little in the way of mushrooms and some tomato and lettuce. My grandsons consisted of a very overcooked sausage very charred bacon and we shared fries which again were overcooked and heavily coated in salt. To sum this up it was way over priced and I definitely would not be returning.Not an experience I would choose again. ☹️

1st visit,burger bun small,so wasn’t big enough to hold the burgers & toppings together,was wrapped in foil & on opening was literally all squashed & bun didn’t look great,fries were tasty & a good size portion for a regular,milk shake was fab,staff member very helpful when making my 1st order,shame the burger,which was expensive was a let down.

The food was good at five guys if a little pricey. It was good to be able to choose several toppings and the milkshake is lovely. A word of warning the fries are huge I made the mistake of ordering regular which is more than enough to share. I had a single burger which was tasty and a good size. I would go again but wouldn't make it a regular occurrence. You are able to see the food prepared which was good and it is made fresh. Be prepared to wait. I just made it back to my car in 29 minutes.

The burger had no flavour to it and the meat Pattys was thin, couldn't taste the bbq sauce , the bacon wasn't that crispy, chips had way too much cheap salt on them for my liking, so that's all I could taste was salt, so honestly for the price I paid it really not worth the money at all.

Very expensive for what it was and unhelpful staff. I was new to five guys as was my family so I enquired to the portion sizes the smug guy behind the till was next to no help and advised the portions where not too big so to go with larges so we ended up ordering far too much (honestly it was an insane amount for me and my family and ended up throwing it away). So not only was it expensive but I’ve tasted a lot better for a lot less. Wouldn’t go back again the whole experience was a waste the location is also terrible as it’s located next to the escalator and main walkway of the shopping centre. I’d advise to go to the food court instead.

Some of the best fries I have ever tasted .super friendly staff Very liberal portions of fries Their sandwiches are also very tasty I am a vegetarian veg grilled sandwich is good But very limited choice of menu that's the only flip side I haven't tried their shakes but apparently that's great too Worth visiting kids love it

Simple choices of burgers and hot dogs, vegetarian options available too. The free toppings selections are awesome so you can customise your additional fillings. Good choices of milkshakes too. The banana one is my favourite! You will be given a number order and then wait for your order number to be called to collect it at the counter. Food comes in a paper bag and wrapped in paper. Self service to napkins, sauces and straws. Do-it-yourself for limitless refills (soft drinks) once they have given you a cup to the size of your choice. Tasty "posher" junk food! Competent and friendly service.

Taste is great, service is good, price is a little dear but worth it for the quality. The biggest down side is the huge wait!

i don’t like their burger, the quantity is good but it is not worth the penny for the quality. If you tried whopper, you will not choose this.
