Nice atmosphere... prices obviously not like ours but the sandwiches are good and the employees very welcoming... I've been there 2 times

The quality of the food is very tasty but for the price it's really poor. the size of their big burger is like the classic mac's. tasty clean burger but not enough to justify the 14€ one. Overrated.

I interrupted the meal because it smelled like meat. My friend finished it. However, his stomach became very bad in the following hours. We had to end the day early. We didn't like it at all.

I think I'll sum up my opinion by saying it's one of the best burgers I've ever had. Much better than I expected, simply delicious 🤤

It’s almost £15 for a large and medium fries and this is all it comes to? Warned us about this being a 6-man portion… it’s only just enough for 2 Wouldn’t be so critical if I hadn’t been to other fiveguys branches

Waited 75 minutes and when the food finally arrived it was freezing cold. All the chips went into the bin . Could see that the food had been prepared 60 minutes before arriving and probably just stayed there waiting to be delivered. Appalling service

I always visit Five Guys when I get the chance, since they aren't represented in my home country. This branch was no different than any other I've visited. Long wait but still one of the best burgers out there, and shakes too. I do think it's gotten too expensive though.

25 minutes late, stone cold, meagre portion of chips, especially for £5 and compared to usual servings. Driver was lovely, not his fault.

No drivers to pick up order food was late and absolutely freezing, had to stand and reheat it all as I was eating it :(

Delicious burger, quite different from other fast-food chains, with juicy meat cooked just right. Top-notch fries, generously served, with a variety of sauces available in the self-service menu. The vegetarian sandwich was also good, but it didn't have a burger. I think it would be a good idea to add a soy or tofu burger to give the sandwich a boost. The drinks are refillable, with a variety of options available. The service was friendly and helpful. I recommend it!

Food was alright. The cold fizzy drink station was a disgrace, I tried two varieties of drinks and both of them had no fizz whatsoever and didn't taste as expected. A real disappointment and surprise from such an expensive 'fast' (it wasn't) food place. My first time in a Five Guys and I can't envisage myself ever going to another. Overpriced by a long way.

The chips are GF and the milkshakes are good. I always find the music's too loud and it's a bit messy but it's ok for a quick eat and the staff are nice enough

Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are juicy, packed with flavor, and made exactly how you want. The fries are always fresh and perfectly seasoned. Fast service, clean environment, and unlimited drink refills. Definitely worth every penny!

First Five Guys disappointment. So so stingy on the fries, told us a regular was for two when every other five guys says the small is enough for two. Opening the bag the cup was full yet could see so much of the bottom of the bag, maybe a few outside of the cup. Also surprisingly the most expensive five guys we've been to as well! Shrinkflation at work. Hungry....

Awful service, after 5mins and the server asking twice for people todo milkshakes no one bothered. Manager was on site and didn’t care. Gave refund. No apology just you’ll get your money back in a few days.

No sé si a las personas que trabajan aquí se les ha demostrado cómo cocinar o el estándar de la comida debe ser puesto fuera, pero he pedido desde aquí un par de veces a través de uber eats y nunca más. Primero unas cuantas veces estuvo bien, pero recientemente las patatas fritas no se cocinan correctamente! Completamente cocinado. ¿Quién en serio no sabe cocinar CHIPS? La última vez que los pedí y se cocinaron correctamente estaban RECUBIERTOS de sal.

"Five guys" is "Five guys" wherever you go in the uk. i tried it in London, and now in Edinburgh, it is the same great burger served by great staff.

Always super tasty burgers at Five Guys. Here service is also great, and a top location just next to Princess Street.

I tried Five Guys for the first time, for fast food the burger seemed high quality. However, I didn’t like that they don’t have a basic option—you have to choose all the ingredients yourself.

Terrible. Burger was cold. Drinks machines weren’t working properly. No ice in one.. Coke was flat upstairs.. Some of the drinks were missing. Toilets disgusting. Never again. Management need to be held accountable.

I had five guys across different locations in uk and it was great experience. However, for some reason today burger didn’t taste good either fries. The bun was cold. Not worth £17pp. On good side - nice staff and spacious restaurant with loads of sittings. Unfortunately I will be avoiding this chain for some time.

On Saturday 12/10/2024 I had a day out with a friend and my dog (2 year old cockapoo). We checked on Google if Five Guys was dog friendly and it still says it is. So at around half past 4/5 pm we decided to try it. However when I tried to add an extra burger patty to my order for my doggo the cashier asked for help to a senior colleague, the senior worker told me very rudely that they don't accept dogs inside and that there's a sign on the entrance door saying that. I told him that Google says otherwise and that there's no sign on the door and he replied in a threatening manner that he can call a manager if I wanted. We were absolutely speechless for all that hostility and lack of customer service so we decided to bring our money somewhere else. Oh, and on the door there's no sign saying that dogs are not allowed.

Order options on the site mean you can't customise a burger and if you order the bacon cheese burger you get a burger with bacon and cheese; no lettuce, tomato or ketchup. Five Guys are a great store, but this site makes the experience terrible.

Five Guys never disappoints. The burgers and fries were astounding and insanely delicious. This restaurant was especially nice, because they had Dr. Pepper at the fountain. Which we in Austria / Germany do not have.

Items missing. No milkshake or hotdog. The burger and fries that did arrive was cold and over 15 minutes late. The protective seal was broken too. I didn’t even touch the food. Informed Just Eat. They seem to be looking into it.

Maybe because I’m from Canada but I found it expensive. £21 for a bacon cheeseburger, a small fries and a pop?? I liked the charred taste of the smashed meat patties but the burger tasted strongly of processed cheese and the bun was not my favourite. Friendly service though and open late. Poor employees have to deal with a lot of drunk patrons at this location so I commend them for their hard-work and patience

driver picked up our order then proceeded to I assume deliver another order in the opposite direction to then go past the restraunt half an hour after he had already collected our food. which meant food had sat in his bag on his BIKE for an hour and was freezing. not worth the money. just eat taking on too many deliveries at once

The burgers at Five Guys are very good, refills with several soda options and generous portions of potatoes. The only problem I had was that the potato came without salt.

Popped in after the Eras Tour, so it was likely busier than normal! Ordering was quick and easy but it took quite a while to get our orders. Food was tasty and cooked fresh.
