I ordered the lotus biscoff milkshake served by a polite and helpful crew member, the milkshake was delicious and I will come back to try more flavours

Overpriced and overrated, first and last time. Just so expensive for what it is, burger ruined by too much melted cheese.

The free monkey nuts were nice. The food tasted okay but when I unwrapped my burger it looked like it had been run over. The fries were nice but nothing exciting. All in all, very poor value for money.

Ordered 3 salted caramel milkshakes,the milkshake tasted so delicious and you just can’t get enough of the delicious flavour.Friendly and fast service.Lovely authentic American decor as well.Very clean too.Would recommend a milkshake from here,certainly the best in the leisure park

Ordered 2 burgers the bacon was truly cooked u wudnt know it was bacon as it was really overly cooked to charcoal

A quick Friday evening visit. The place was buzzing and had a great atmosphere. The burgers ar very tasty and well cooked and we loved the fresh salad produce put on the burger. Unlimited drinks and the place was spotlessly clean.

The food was amazing great service I would recommend going there my favourite is the hotdog its good

Didn’t catch his name but the guy on cashier tonight was great. Nearly 11pm and he’s still happy and cheerful. Always great to see at this time of night

Samantha at Five Guys in Stevenage! She is one of the most attentive and friendly employees that I have ever encountered. When I first entered Five Guys, I was immediately struck by Samantha's warm and welcoming demeanor. She greeted me with a smile and asked me how she could help. I had many questions about the menu, and Samantha was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each item to me in detail and even gave me some helpful recommendations based on my dietary requirements. I really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make my experience at Five Guys a great one. I am real by the way, I’m just a really good at writing reviews !

The burger was cooked well and the milkshake was amazing so I would recommend going to five guys as they will give you great customer service

Best burger! Why do people still go to the golden arches?? Five Guys is a superior burger restaurant by leaps and bounds! I had a bacon cheeseburger with pickle and jalapeno (you get a choice of extras!) I know I'm late to the party but omg I loved it. Fast service, great burgers and loads of fries, love the self service sauce bar, and free iced water on tap. My burger was amazing! I can't wait to return!

Went to 5 guys with my mates, when I got in there the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. When ordering my food the service I got was like no else, the workers were keen to get orders completed efficiently and fast while also maintaining a high level of customer wellbeing. The food (the most important part), is of the most exquisite tier I have tasted in a fast food chain. The fries were well prepared; it had a coating of flavour that matched the advertisement hype. The burger was juicy and tender, the sauce that enveloped the patties added to the richness of the beef. Overall, I couldn't recommend a greater place to go with friends and get a high quality meal.

Excellent meal out for the family, we all really enjoyed our meals. Friday night was a mixture of families and teenage groups, but the atmosphere was nice and friendly. The food was excellent, great chips from real potatoes, generous portions and excellent, fresh burgers. The restaurant was forensically clean, absolutely spotless and staff were really friendly. Very enjoyable, this was my first visit but I look forward to coming back again soon

Fabulous takeaway. Burgers are to die for. Ordered one large fries for 3 of us and was plentiful. Admittedly not the cheapest burger but quality is superior.

I came to Five Guys on Wednesday and my overall experience was great. I was served by Tabby (i think). I cant remember the managers name but they were both very friendly and professional, I will definitely be returning.

Just eaten a Costco burger made at home, fraction of the cost of the five guys one I had last Sunday and ten times as good. Last week we spent 15 quid a head and had mediocre food, I don’t particularly like McDonalds but I think it would have been better value than five guys. Not going back

I take my 11 and 16 year olds here regularly and we are always pleased we went. The food is not cheap but it is so tasty that we can almost overlook the £10 burgers. Decent service, fast, fresh food and always clean. Love it here

Although the price does seem a little high you definitely get what you pay for. The food was delicious, the staff were very helpful and friendly and my food was ready extremely quickly. Will definitely be returning soon!
