Great meal with friends, lovely and clean and the food was superb. We got coke floats off menu which was really above and beyond! We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend coming by after Boom Battle Bar, bowling or the cinema! We were served by Cabs who was attentive, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us 😊 looking forward to coming back!

Such a great time at F&B Stevenage. The staff were amazing and the food was quick, tasty and good value. Ask Cabs for a Coke float and she’ll sort you out

I had a really great experience at Frankie & Benny’s in Stevenage. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home. Service was impressively quick — I barely had to wait, which was a nice change compared to a lot of other places. I ordered a burger and it didn’t disappoint. It was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and clearly made with good quality ingredients. You can tell they care about the food they serve. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion size was spot on. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, and it’s a nice spot whether you’re grabbing a casual meal or out with friends or family. Overall, really happy with the visit and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and fancy something tasty with great service.

Food luck warm burger buns wasn't toasted I asked for lunch menu at 3.10 the server said it stops at 3pm maybe they should update their website then as it says 5pm also as a returning customer had a email for buy one main get one free Sunday to Friday when I mentioned this they said not on a bank holiday again doesn't mentioned that on the email sorry you keep on asking me to return so I did worsted experience ever never again.

Avni gave excellent service. He was very attentive. Food was lovely and the mocktail was delicious.

Absolute joke of a restuarant. Spoke to staff on the phone about customising an order, 1 hour and 50 un answered calls later they didn't listen to our order and gave my partner food she was allergic too EVEN AFTER STATING SO! Theres no wonder this restaurant is failing haven't been in over 10 years to be treated with such poor service and so unprofessional will not be going again or recommending to anyone!

If you’re dining in Stevenage, I highly recommend Frankie & Benny’s on the leisure park. Tash and Avni went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! The food was delicious, and generous portions! All at a reasonable price too!

It was really good. The food was good and the atmosphere was great and the service was good because our server Eda was great and really friendly and nice.

Food was okay. Came out extremely fast so clearly not fresh. Was someone’s birthday every ten minutes, was so loud. Definitely a conversation stopper. Food was not cheap but the experience was.

Food wasn’t great (most of the food was cold and the drinks was flat) and the place needs a refurb, other then that staff are nice

Just popped in for drinks before the theatre. Very pleasantly served by Cabs at the bar. Perfect caramel coffee and served with a genuine smile and eagerness to be helpful. Nice to know great customer service still exists.

Overall, a very good visit. I'd not been for a few years and will certainly revisit again much sooner! We were met and served by Hannah who was very good, friendly, attentive and hospitable. The food was all delicious and good-sized portions. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy and all the staff were pleasant and I noticed it was clear they were well trained and doing things with a purpose. The only thing that let it down was the toilets which felt somewhat rundown.

We were made to feel very welcome, the staff are very attentive, and look after you making sure you have everything you need. Food and drinks were served within a very good amount of time and the food was delicious! I have allergies and the team made sure my food was carefully prepared, and there was a good selection of choice. Great restaurant and very clean, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely be coming back.

Trip was great, but our server, Kabila, was brilliant! She made us feel so welcome, and was a brilliant host the whole night, and really elevated the birthday dinner. Food was good, great prices, but a 5 start server for sure :) she was also super helpful for splitting the bill 🩷🩷

I recently visited Frankie & Benny's in Stevenage, and while the service from our male waiter and the manager was excellent, the overall experience was disappointing. The portion size of the chicken wings was extremely underwhelming and seemed to lack any quality control. It's frustrating when you expect a decent portion and are let down by what you receive. Moreover, the attitude of the female waiter in glasses really soured the experience. She seemed disinterested and disengaged, which made the dining atmosphere uncomfortable. Her lack of enthusiasm and poor customer service made it clear she didn’t want to be there, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Despite the good efforts of the manager and our male waiter, this visit fell short of expectations, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Great food and service, haven't visited F&B since before the pandemic but it's nice to see the food quality and service haven't changed. The only thing I missed was the music wasn't as good as it used to be, but otherwise perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

do NOT get a pasta dish unless you are craving washing up liquid and want a bad stomach, constant stops to the toilet and a high temperature for days. other than that the service was decent, very dead place though.
