Fit Fresh in Darlington

What a pleasant find. Initially we walked passed thinking it was just a sandwich bar because all of the restaurants were shut on Monday we came back. Thank goodness we did, a good choice of freshly cooked healthy meals, my chicken flatbread was delicious.

This is an absolute little gem of a place!! We visit often and try something new every time. Staff are amazing and always so helpful. If you haven’t tried Fit fresh, you must and I absolutely guarantee you will not be disappointed. Katie and Kieran are so knowledgeable and so passionate about their business.

Today was my first visit to Fit Fresh and I will definitely be revisiting. From the minute you walk in it's a friendly atmosphere with staff who are willing to help. I have recently started on a weight loss journey and having the ability to be able grab something on the go which is fresh, delicious and good for the waistline is amazing. Summed up in one word 'Fantastic'

Attended for lunch one afternoon around 12noon during working hours and got the Thai Green Curry which was on offer and it was delicious, I’d happily say the best I’ve had. Hot but so tasty! To avoid disappointment I’d pre-order your food. Lovely seating area inside aswell. It seems very very popular and if your following a protein based diet, this is perfect for you, especially all gym bunnies! Weekly food offers sell out quick which are advertised on Facebook. Although someone would say pricey, it’s all fresh, cooked to order and I’d visit again and again.
