Third time I have ordered a delivery from this location and every time it has had issues! This time they forgot the order. When I rang it was chaos. Blaming the computer system and lack of drivers. Won’t be using again! Avoid at all costs

Really disappointed. Been here several times before and always nice. Went on a sat night expecting fresh food as it was almost like it was reheated / overcooked. Won’t be returning. Both fish & chips not great. Also, Fiver for a curry sauce and chips is a shambles as well.

The battered sausages here are the best in essex! curry sauce is recommended and a tangy pickled onion as well. you can use the app to book in advance.

This fish shop was recommended by family. It had a large choice of food all reasonably priced. Staff were efficient and very friendly. Recommend the home made onion rings.

I really do like this take away on St. John's estate in Colchester. They have a friendly style of service. The shop is always clean. The food is well cooked and very reasonably priced, even their senior fish and chips. I use this place as often as I can.

We had an evening delivery but it arrived incomplete with a yogurt kebab missing. When I called to ask about this, the person on the other end was completely uninterested and told me to “call Just Eat” as it wasn’t their problem. At no point during the conversation did they offer to send the missing item. £13.00 for what is basically a doner kebab with yogurt on it apparently vanished… Fuming!!!

I spent £9.59 for a medium meal. I paid an extra £1 for the tango blast drink. Unfortunately when it came the drink was tiny, I thought it was a children's size drink by accident, but the staff confirmed that was the correct size. It used to be double that. It felt like a rip off. Unfortunately I also witnessed a woman wiping her baby's *** with wipes in the restarant and leaving the soiled wipes on the table as she ate which disgusted me so much I had to leave. Why did she not go to the toilets to do this? I know it's not Burger King's fault (unless there isn't a baby changing room) but it was grim. By the time I ate my food it was stone cold.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Clean, happy staff, male toilets were spacious and inviting and the seating area was moden and clean
