Stopped in for a late lunch after arriving on Salisbury. Owner took time to discuss our plans and offer assistance. Lovely lunch of soup and cake served on retro china.

Met an ol’ mate here today. Very friendly staff. Even better coffee ☕️ Bakwell tart was the best I’ve had in a long time. Looking forward to the Juke Box. 🤣

A vintage cafe with friendly staff and exsquisite food and care also affordable but best of all run by a youngman who has put his heart and soul into this quirky trip down memory lane. Excellent job well done.

Not so good. ordered sausage sandwiches only to be told they had run out of white bread. Ordered a chorizo chickpea and sunblush snack bowl when it came out there were no chickpeas or tomatoes in it. Was made to feel like a pain when I asked them to change it. Was then told they were also out of chickpeas. Coleslaw was out of a packet and pita was stale. Finally the sausages in my sons sandwich were burnt. I reviewed this place a year ago and it wasn't good then but I thought I'd give it another go. Won't bother again. On the plus side the toilets are funky.

Popped in here yesterday and was waiting for a friend, so had hot chocolate, which was amazing... But also ordered toastie, which they forgot about, until I went to ask for it and by which time I had already finished my drink, so wasn't impressed! The drink and toastie when it did come were really very good, but I feel that a bit more attention to what they were doing and perhaps an apology would have gone a long way.

Delightful cafe situated on the way into town from the station. Regularly stop off here for a coffee and piece of cake. Love the retro decor and the music. Well worth the walk out of the city centre and away from the coffee chains to sample a friendly relaxing atmosphere.

This place has just changed hands this week and the indications are that Ed will continue with the excellent customer service and quality built up by Sue over the last year. In addition, Ed has his own coffee roasting company so the range available will greatly increase. Best coffee shop in Salisbury and I’ve tried them all. The food is good but for me it’s the peanut butter cookies.

Called for the first time today and will definitely go back. Sue & Andy who run the restaurant are really welcoming and the food is great at very good prices. It has a retro style will 50 & 60’s music playing in the background. A good range of food including gluten free and some vegan foods. Very good value and we got a real plateful when we ordered a Bacon, Brie & Cranberry Pannini and it came complete with a good salad.

What a great little find! It’s right on the main street into downtown Salisbury and about a 2 minute walk to the train station. From the get go it was a warm and inviting place. The owners are super sweet and really care about their customers. Great Americano (came back for a second one the next day!) and a ton of delicious cake and pastry options. Lemon and Blueberry Cake was delicious! Didn’t try any of the food from the kitchen, but seems like a popular breakfast spot for the locals. Highly recommended!

Our family of five stopped in for coffees/teas/soda as we had some time between trains. What a find! Everyone discovered a delicious homemade treat to have as well. The Viennese Whirls were absolutely amazing! The staff were some of the nicest people we have met. We walked away wishing we had more time to spend in Salisbury so that we could return again.

You wonder in to the warehouse and think that you've hit the jackpot just because you've found the lovely tea-rooms but then you notice the items for sale... there's an enormous emporium of retailers upstairs with everything for sale from antiques, retro and vintage goods to new beautiful home accessories and gift ideas. If you're local you have to add this to your list of Must Visit places. Great for finding great home accessories and even better for gift ideas. Love the Warehouse!!

A place to relax and feel at home. Warm and friendly, you feel like part of the family. The food is made to order, they accommodate your needs for vegetarian, vegan etc. Their homemade cakes are lovely, especially the banana chocolate chip cake! There is a play corner for the little ones

Myself and a friend stopped off here for something to eat and a pot of tea around 2pm, the place was empty and we were quickly served. The pannini that we ordered was advertised as a Haweian, cheese ham and pineapple. We wre asked if we prefered chedar or mozarella, we chose mozarella. When it arrived it was a rather sad looking and they had put cheddar in it. So far not a good start. It got worse!

On the road in from the station there is a way into a courtyard - and there at the end is this charming eatery/craft centre. It is all very relaxed and friendly. Very good food and the soup of the day was first class. What is so nice about the place is that it doesn't seem touristy - more for locals who are "in the know".

Everything about this place is beautiful. This cafe has a lovely old style feel to it with the staff members being really friendly and has time for customers. The tea and cakes are lovely in there and sometimes come in to get cake. The location makes the place snug too.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly service and the most delicious home made cake - mixed berry crumble, made with no dairy or sugar, so although it looked wicked it was extremely good for us! And very good coffee too! Will certainly return on our next visit to Salisbury.

Little cafe on the way into the city from the railway station, adjoining an antique warehouse. Warm reception from staff, choice of table and chairs or sofas to sit at. Sixties theme i the decor with memories of the mods, together with the appropriate music of the era. Homemade cakes and soup on offer along with hot and cold drinks. Settled for bread pudding and latte which was delightful. I do find these independent coffee shops have more character and soul than those national chains who perhaps don't pay their share of taxes. Thoroughly recommended.

Having ate here before and had a good time I thought it would be good for a birthday meal for 4 on a Monday lunch time how disappointing it was. 2 Steak & Stiton pies ordered although very tasty lacked Stiton and was meant to be served with veg we had to ask for the veg which when it arrived after several minutes the excuse was we only have 2 microwaves not the excuse I wanted, the other 2 meals were fine, unfortunately we will not go back.

We visited on a Sunday for breakfast. Arriving a couple of minutes after 10am (opening time), we queued for a table and then again to order food. There were plenty of tables but appreciated it was busy - not all tables were full. We waited for 50 minutes for our food to arrive, although coffee arrived much earlier. This was prompted by us asking where our food was/checking the order had been made, to which we were told ‘we’d just have to wait because it was busy’. The food arrived 5 minutes later. The food was tasty and we’ve no complaints about the quality or price. But, something about the system here just doesn’t make sense, queuing at every point and then waiting another 50 minutes for scrambled eggs on toast and a bacon sandwich, doesn’t make sense. We arrived at 10 and didn’t leave until 12:15…. People had started arriving for lunch! Sadly, we’d not return. There are just other places nearby that are doing it better.

We booked a table for the opening party, the pub opened earlier in the week with new staff and owners.

The location of this establishment is strange because the shop/restaurant sits within what is essentially a business park in the middle of nowhere but it is not hard to find. The setting was ideal for a summer lunch with lots of variously covered areas to shelter from the sun or rain if it happens. Then you realise that all these covered areas are, in fact, the restaurant! I saw no evidence of indoor seating. The main seating area is fundamentally a plastic marquee attached to a shop unit and all the seats are picnic benches. They have an interesting menu, which changes regularly I understand, and it is obvious that this establishment is not trying be a full all ‘singing and dancing’ restaurant and they do make that clear. It uses locally sourced quality produce for Deli style light meals, specifically lunches, and also snacks. The people running it are personable, welcoming and efficient. We found them very helpful and attentive and the food was delicious. Overall, the food menu is a little overpriced I feel but not excessive. That said, a few dishes do seem “over the top’ for what they are. It is the shop where the prices are eyewatering expensive and I think they have gone too far. I can here them now saying that they are supporting local suppliers and that this comes at a cost but times are hard and I do truly believe they, or their suppliers, need to face reality as the pricing is far too high. We need to support businesses like this but they have to respond too! Did I enjoy my meal? Yes, fantastic, Would I go again? Yes, definitely! Would I encourage you to go? Yes definitely! I just warn you that your visit will be enjoyable but not cheap so be prepared.

Great evening! It did not disappoint! The black rock fillet steaks were amazing. The young waitresses were both lovely, always smiling & nothing was too much trouble for them. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and we all enjoyed the evening. We would highly recommend a visit here!
