TLDR: Be careful of what you buy from here as they will sell you a fake and tell you that they had mislabelled the product only after they are caught. I bought a Porcelain Set (Blue and White) that was falsely claimed as a real Coalport. I went into the store while visiting the town and saw a porcelain set which was tagged as a "Coalport" set. I asked the staff member at the front desk if this was actually real, which he responded with yes. I even asked how he knows it is real and he said that there is a staff member who verifies the authenticity of the porcelain sets. Since the store was already closing and I trusted his response, I went ahead and bought the set. When I went home, I went to inspect each of the pieces individually against information I found on the internet about what real Coalport sets are like and to my dismay, the pieces sold to me are counterfeits. The plates all had the same defects and the markings under the plates did not resemble any of the possible Coalport markings. I called to ask about the set that I bought and was told that the store had "accidentally" put the wrong tag on the set, which is why the set was falsely labelled as a Coalport. That person said they would give me a refund but I don't live in the town. It is unjust to expect me to spend another 40 pounds for a train ticket to go to the store to get a refund when I was sold a counterfeit, unknowingly.

Quirky place, reminds me of granny's sitting room, full of objects u have no idea why she has them.. The loos were a tad chilly and 2 out of 3 ladies were broken, and no particular signage as to where they were. The place was busy, but the service was extremely slow. Took 1/2 an hour to get 4 drinks and only received after chasing, as other later customers had been served. The cafe had a friendly atmosphere and allowed baby breast feeding, (a great thing, well done) children were also allowed to okay on the floor.? Would I go back, sadly no I felt it was a little cluttered and dusty with fair service. But can see it appealing to families

Had a horrible experience in the Fisherton Emporium yesterday (Sunday 20th Nov 2022) with one of the pitch holders. Extremely rude and aggressive when I ask how much one of his items for sale was. ( how dare I!!!) was told the decorations weren’t for sale (it was a figurine not a decoration) but he couldn’t leave it there I had to be told the carpet wasn’t for sale either. My opinion is he didn’t like a woman giving him back what he was dishing out - how dare a mere female talk back to him. So unfortunately I will not EVER frequent this establishment until he has left.

Popped into Fisherton Warehouse after a 2 hour train journey with a friend, never having been before what a wonderful surprise. Only went for coffee and cake, arrived at 11.30am, left at 2.30pm!! What an amazing interesting place, a definate 'must visit' when you visit Salisbury, can't wait to return.

Cafe - First visit: Stopped by with a friend and decided to use the cafe - not a single gluten free option was available so we went elsewhere. The member of staff said ‘oh sometimes we have a gluten free cake in the freezer - let me check’ but there was nothing. The owner assured me this would be rectified. Second visit (4 weeks later): Asked if there was any gluten free cake available & got the same line but from a different member of staff! You guessed it, there wasn’t any so I had to just settle for a cup of tea! Very dirty cafe - food under the sofa, dusty lampshades, cobwebs everywhere. Not very busy and staff not very chatty with customers. Warehouse - There are some great vintage pieces for sale from a few of the traders but lots of tat from the rest & no retail standards whatsoever. It’s very easy to fall over how much stock is in there! Such a shame - a wasted opportunity for Salisbury. We won’t be visiting again!

A vintage cafe with friendly staff and exsquisite food and care also affordable but best of all run by a youngman who has put his heart and soul into this quirky trip down memory lane. Excellent job well done.

Not so good. ordered sausage sandwiches only to be told they had run out of white bread. Ordered a chorizo chickpea and sunblush snack bowl when it came out there were no chickpeas or tomatoes in it. Was made to feel like a pain when I asked them to change it. Was then told they were also out of chickpeas. Coleslaw was out of a packet and pita was stale. Finally the sausages in my sons sandwich were burnt. I reviewed this place a year ago and it wasn't good then but I thought I'd give it another go. Won't bother again. On the plus side the toilets are funky.

Popped in here yesterday and was waiting for a friend, so had hot chocolate, which was amazing... But also ordered toastie, which they forgot about, until I went to ask for it and by which time I had already finished my drink, so wasn't impressed! The drink and toastie when it did come were really very good, but I feel that a bit more attention to what they were doing and perhaps an apology would have gone a long way.

Delightful cafe situated on the way into town from the station. Regularly stop off here for a coffee and piece of cake. Love the retro decor and the music. Well worth the walk out of the city centre and away from the coffee chains to sample a friendly relaxing atmosphere.

This place has just changed hands this week and the indications are that Ed will continue with the excellent customer service and quality built up by Sue over the last year. In addition, Ed has his own coffee roasting company so the range available will greatly increase. Best coffee shop in Salisbury and I’ve tried them all. The food is good but for me it’s the peanut butter cookies.

Called for the first time today and will definitely go back. Sue & Andy who run the restaurant are really welcoming and the food is great at very good prices. It has a retro style will 50 & 60’s music playing in the background. A good range of food including gluten free and some vegan foods. Very good value and we got a real plateful when we ordered a Bacon, Brie & Cranberry Pannini and it came complete with a good salad.

What a great little find! It’s right on the main street into downtown Salisbury and about a 2 minute walk to the train station. From the get go it was a warm and inviting place. The owners are super sweet and really care about their customers. Great Americano (came back for a second one the next day!) and a ton of delicious cake and pastry options. Lemon and Blueberry Cake was delicious! Didn’t try any of the food from the kitchen, but seems like a popular breakfast spot for the locals. Highly recommended!

Our family of five stopped in for coffees/teas/soda as we had some time between trains. What a find! Everyone discovered a delicious homemade treat to have as well. The Viennese Whirls were absolutely amazing! The staff were some of the nicest people we have met. We walked away wishing we had more time to spend in Salisbury so that we could return again.

You wonder in to the warehouse and think that you've hit the jackpot just because you've found the lovely tea-rooms but then you notice the items for sale... there's an enormous emporium of retailers upstairs with everything for sale from antiques, retro and vintage goods to new beautiful home accessories and gift ideas. If you're local you have to add this to your list of Must Visit places. Great for finding great home accessories and even better for gift ideas. Love the Warehouse!!

Myself and a friend stopped off here for something to eat and a pot of tea around 2pm, the place was empty and we were quickly served. The pannini that we ordered was advertised as a Haweian, cheese ham and pineapple. We wre asked if we prefered chedar or mozarella, we chose mozarella. When it arrived it was a rather sad looking and they had put cheddar in it. So far not a good start. It got worse!

On the road in from the station there is a way into a courtyard - and there at the end is this charming eatery/craft centre. It is all very relaxed and friendly. Very good food and the soup of the day was first class. What is so nice about the place is that it doesn't seem touristy - more for locals who are "in the know".

Little cafe on the way into the city from the railway station, adjoining an antique warehouse. Warm reception from staff, choice of table and chairs or sofas to sit at. Sixties theme i the decor with memories of the mods, together with the appropriate music of the era. Homemade cakes and soup on offer along with hot and cold drinks. Settled for bread pudding and latte which was delightful. I do find these independent coffee shops have more character and soul than those national chains who perhaps don't pay their share of taxes. Thoroughly recommended.

Upon entering the pub we were served drinks by a friendly man with nothing to fault, pointed to our table which is where it went down hill a few of the staff seemed grumpy and like they didn’t want to be there some doing much more than others. When our food arrived (chicken burger) the chips tasted like they had been left over and re heated I did not enjoy them at all the burger it’s self was not great the chicken was almost slimy. My partners lasagne looked watery and didn’t have much flavour. Overall after spending £50 I would not recommend and I personally will not be returning.

We visited with family from France with dog who were looking forward to visiting for coffee and a light snack for lunch,we arrived on a dry bright Sunday lunch, although relatively busy, there were several tables empty, albeit full of dirty leftovers, when we pointed this out to the lovely girl behind d counter she promptly cleared table and wiped, from this point expectations fell away quickly, there was absolutely nothing to eat except carrot cake or muffins fresh or pre packed biscuits and flapjack ! We mentioned this to the counter staff who just said sorry were short staffed and low on food, there were 8 members of staff behind the counter ! Oh well, we ordered coffee which hit the spot first round fine, second round incorrect, then members of our party wished to visit the loo before leaving, a queue of several people waiting constantly to use 1 toilet that was disgustingly dirty from top to bottom ! All in all a poor experience of what some 18 months ago was a lovely place to visit, maybe it was just an Off day, but to have that many staff not doing a lot or cared a lot, not sure I would be in a hurry to revisit
