The coffee is one of the smoothest had in Salisbury so far, a great atmosphere and the team are really attentive. Great to be able to have another venue where we can take the dogs, grab a coffee and browse the fantastic selection of cakes. It’s a hidden gem!

Delicious food, served by a very friendly team in a lovely old warehouse. We had hot smoked salmon and avocado salad, and a mushroom, spinach and gruyere quiche with lentils and tomatoes. With sour cherry bread and butter pudding with Jersey cream for pudding. Portions are sensibly sized, it’s not particularly cheap but it’s good value for money. It gets busy, so probably better to go early or later if you’re aiming for lunch

Still our favourite place to eat in Salisbury. We eat here at least once a month. Menu changes every month - always delicious and the loveliest staff. Nice inside and like sitting outside in the better weather. Dog friendly inside and out.

We were won over!! We decided to come here for lunch as we were in the city. Looking at the menu initially we thought it seemed quite expensive and there without any simple choices. We also tend not to eat much at lunchtime and couldn’t judge what sort of quantity mains might be, but decided to stop dithering! We made the right choice: we chose the flatbread with lamb kofta, but asked to share one, and we stuck to water. A second warm plate was brought with a very willing smile, the food was lovely and we had more than enough to eat. Result!

We popped in for a drink and snack on the way from the station. Absolutely delightful, lovely outside seating area, super staff who were so friendly and helpful. The best flat white coffee I have in a long time and the savoury muffin with feta and courgette was wonderful, only complaint we should have bought two rather than one, will know next time! A delightful place, what more can I say?

This is a delightful cafe, gallery and shop set just back from the main road from the railways station towards the Cathedral. Located in an old mews the cafe serves food and cakes and is located in an attractive building that also houses a lovely shop selling a range of handicrafts and artworks. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The place is about a 5 minute walk from the station and is also on the main R1 bus route.

Exceptional food in wonderful surroundings. Staff were friendly and efficient, prices were reasonable for the quality of food on offer. Very much tucked away from the centre of Salisbury but still bustling, which says a lot about how good this place is.

We had a fine lunch here, with fresh fixings and excellent service. We found the place by accident--serendipity. Our hotel had recommended another place but they had suggested another restaurant the day before and we were disappointed with it. Anyway I would suggest that you go here for breakfast or lunch. Sitting outside on the terrace on a pleasant day was delightful. The food was tasty and well presented.

I've never been here before, it is a very quaint place with friendly staff. After visiting the second hand book store, we were in need of a drink and cake. There were a great variety of cakes to choose from and there was gluten free, which was very appealing for my friend. Ordered a latte and hot chocolate and three different cakes. Reasonably priced at £18.20 Everything was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

Having visited this cafe before I was looking forward to a lovely healthy meal. Today I was very disappointed. I was asked if I would like crackers with my salad and I said no. When my salad was delivered it had crackers on it - I am allergic to the ingredients in the cracker s. Why bother asking me if I wanted them if you ignore my answer. The meal was replaced minus the crackers. I was disappointed to receive a £14 meal consisting of what looked like a handful of lettuce leaves, a couple of wafer thin slices of pear and two wedges of Stilton - sadly it was all swimming in olive oil. I took the first mouthful and it was rank! I might have poured a big glut of olive oil in to my mouth. The waitress took it back and the chef returned this time with a fresh salad minus the olive oil. Very disappointingly he then proceeded to have a very unprofessional rant at me in the middle of the shop because I said my mouthful of olive oil was rank - which it was!!! This is appalling customer service! We paid our bill and left. We will not be returning. I certainly would not recommend paying £14 for that small amount of food, swimming in oil and very rude service!

A little gem of a place set nicely off a main road. Before I even looked at a menu I saw some of the lunches coming out. OMG they looked wonderful. A quiet setting nicely intergrated into the shop and the gallery sitting outside on a warm day lots of conversations going great waiting staff smiling and engaging. I had a Turkish flat bread with a pomegranate and leave dressing and lovely lamb.10/10. Sally had salmon and prawns on rye, equally delicious with a good serving of prawns. The best was yet to come, ice cream in a waffle cone lemon flavoured. 11/10. Thank you

Fresh food home made and delicious in charming garden setting perfect for a light summer lunch or cake. And with a second hand bookshop next door. My butternut squash with a chilli sauce was very good indeed. Only quibble is that the portion was very small for the price of £14.50 even allowing for food inflation - it was really a starter portion. I will be back but probably not for lunch.

We found positive reviews on tripadvisor, and decided it was a good place to meet halfway for a catch up. It was lovely being able to walk round the gallery, see the local artist products, and then being able to sit down and have the most delicious lunch. We both had the rigottone, and it was absolutely amazing. The cakes proved too tempting, and the carrot cake is 100% justified in being recommended! I even had a bit of brownie to take away. Absolutely amazing customer service, incredible food, and lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Lovely atmosphere for a coffee, great lunch and cakes. Also lots of high quality unusual ceramics, glass, linens, jewellery and loads of interesting and attractive things to buy. Well worth a visit.

Quirky little cafe amongst fab load of handmade handicrafts. The sandwiches were tasty and came quickly. The atmosphere was good - we stayed longer than expected. Parking nearby is possible but fully priced for max 3 hours (nearly £5)

This former mill has character and charm. It has been developed into shops, small businesses, gallery and cafe. Good food reasonably priced. Licensed if u fancy alcohol. Recommend

Si aún no has estado aquí, ¡hazlo! ! ! Lo antes posible ! Su comida es deliciosa y mi dios, los pasteles! ! Todo hecho en casa también. El choc toffee merengue fue el mejor pud que he tenido. Drool digno. ¡Todos luchamos por eso! ! servicio rápido fabuloso también. Altamente recomendado. ??????????

Good place to visit. Buy original arty gifts, see an exhibition and enjoy lunch in the charming cafe. We ate delicious tortilla with serano ham and fresh beans washed down with Italian beer sitting in the courtyard in the sunshine. It's probably better if you aren't too hungry as when we got home we had to eat again as the portions were small and light. Perhaps they should serve it with a brown seedy roll? But they serve the best home made lemonade I've ever tasted and the cafe is far more original and fresh than the majority of chain eateries in Salisbury. We'll be back!

We went mainly to support the traders after the recent problems, and found this great cafe and gallery. Very good food and cakes and coffee. Lovely art for sale

I've had various cakes, sandwiches and soups here over the years - have never been disappointed, always tasty, fresh, generous portions. This time I went with my teenage daughter, who wanted to make a few changes to her order - all done very obligingly, no problem at all.

Excellent choice of light lunches; open sandwiches and similar. It was a warm day and the glass of home made line squash was excellent. Highly recommended for lunch, £16 for two of us, and maybe a look at what there is for sale there.

What a lovely spot for a cup of coffee; we had a browse in the gallery then a nice mid-morning drink. Quite a haven from the bustle of the city centre.

I've been a regular visitor to Fisherton Mill for some years without ever reviewing it before but today's visit was so good, I thought it was about time I sang its praises.

The Bradley Hare is an elegant enterprise but tends to cater for diners and private parties rather than dog walkers looking for a pint and a sandwich; indeed the lunchtime snack menu is almost non existent. On occasions the bar closes completely to facilitate private functions. In short, the Bradley Hare is perhaps more of a "restaurant with rooms" rather than a traditional hostelry.

Stopped on a trip from Cinderford to Romsey , have driven past many times but never had time to stop, husband and son had ‘small ‘ breakfast and I had toast and jam, the breakfast was a great size, quickly served and tasted great, really good value for money . Toilets and rest of premises are really clean and can’t wait to visit again

Popped into here on a recommendation while cycling. Lovely hidden spot with great cakes and coffee. Bike friendly with lots of bike parking, pumps and spare tubes. Would definitely recommend a stop here!

Ok so Lynne and I are back at The New Inn with friends having yet another superb meal. We have now eaten here a few times and I feel I should commend the staff and the chef ( who we found out his name was Ronnie ) very nice touch when he comes out of the kitchen personally to ask if everything is ok. Once again superb service and our friends also commented on how lovely this superb pub/restaurant is. Even when we pop in for a snack Pizza that is just superb. Well done all at The New Inn. we certainly will be back and so will our friends. You guys deserve to do well as you always go the extra mile. Thank you, so refreshing in this day and age . We will be booking for a meal again l this Saturday night with some more friends. all the very best Ian & Lynne

There’s a lot of restaurants in westbury in such a small town but this is by far the best one not just in westbury but the whole of Wiltshire the only place I will eat and the prices are fantastic too recommended B’s special for someone with a big appetite like mine the only place that can defeat me A MUST TRY
