Good fish and chip shop a family favourite I do a telephone order every week and the staff are extremely helpful good quick service

As Motorhomers at the Aire in Donaghadee, a great Chippy for a nibble, Chips made the way I like them..Quality great. We always get a carryout here and go to the sea front to eat them.

Went here around 4pm on a Saturday. Carry out was busy but we took a table in the cafe. Our order was taken quite quickly by an elderly woman who was very pleasant. My husband and I both ordered fish n chips with peas. My food was served quite quickly but my husband had to wait at least 5mins for his to arrive! Surely whoever was putting up the orders would have ensured that all the meals for the same table/order were served at the same time. It's not nice to be served before the rest...I wished to eat my meal with my husband not to be half finished when he got his. Would think twice before going back.

Ordered fillet of fish supper last time and got breaded plaice. Ordered special fish supper this time and got breaded plaice again! So much for fresh haddock delivered daily...you can’t even order it. Won’t be trying a third time. So much for supporting local businesses

ordered at 9.45pm (they close at 11pm) delivery was due at 10.30pm. called at 10.40pm & was told they were busy & it was a fault on just eat that shouldn’t have stated 10.30pm & then that food was about to be made and sent out to receive in the next half hour.... it never showed up.

wouldn’t recommend ordering as you are not guaranteed to receive the food. if you do it’s “not worth the wait” as stated in previous comments numerous times.

Good food, but very late. We called to complain/find out where our order was and although the first person on the phone was sympathetic, his manager couldn't have cared less.

Waited over 90 minutes, called them and told on its way and still waiting 10 minutes later

outstanding pizzas tonight, very fresh and hot. healthy amounts of topping and really tasty , base was fresh and crispy. amazing thanks!!

waited two hours to tell me they can’t deliver he food and then refused to give me a refund!! extremely rude wait staff who care more about getting paid then delivering customer service. Stay away from this restaurant if you don’t want to be ripped off!

I've paid online for my order and it's not all arrived' I get that it's snowing but the order was 75 minutes late and the fact that there is £3.60 of stuff not here isn't great.

fish was lovely but yet again I could count the chips that a could eat it was terrible the amount of chips that went to the bin suppers are dear enough ow without putting most of the chip in the bin don’t think a will order again very disappointed think it must of been afternoon chips

Absolutely awful! This was last chance, this chip shop used to be the best now it’s terroble ordered food tonight it was cold soggy and a complete disgrace. Callled to complain got no where hate to say but will never be back.

I was called to be notified that some of what I had ordered was not available, but when I made alterations to the order, it was taken incorrectly

used this take away numerous times never had a problem so not sure what happened tonight but delivery took a little over 2 hours and food was stone cold hope it doesn’t become a regular occurrence

Very good, every meal the make is better than Aldos, although I prefer Aldos Pizza.

I had the fish and chips and my friend had the same . Price was average. There are very busy as they do carry outs as well. .Service was good and friendly staff. .

Food was ok, small amount of chips but the it was fish was only £5.20. The downside was that they added 15minutes on to the order then proceeded to deliver nearly 45minutes after this. I live 1 mile away from the shop.

food arrived late and cold. I paid extra for a side for stuffed mushrooms which consisted of one tiny mushroom. overall disappointed and won't be returning.

ordered to collect from shop, so easy and it was made freshly just before I walked in to collect. great food as always.

The fish tasted awful... chips were soggy, chipsteak was soggy & the tuna on the pizza didn't taste fresh... very disapointed!

delivery time was given over an hour after ordering and shop only round corner. turned up with item missing, told he was coming back and didn't so had to call! eventually got missing item over an hour after originally got food, 2 hours after I ordered. fish was terrible!

Pizza was pretty good. Would buy again. Maybe dough could have been a bit fresher though and it would have been excellent. Nice though and the driver is sound 👍

Por esta manera y pensamos darnos. Ojalá nos hubiera de molestado. Nos pusieron nuestra Orden en y por el tiempo que en realidad nos dieron nuestra orden la noción estaba fuera de nosotros. Esperando de pie fir de nuestra orden, pero la gente era entrando y saliendo con su orden antes de nosotros. Aparentemente estas órdenes habían sido llamó para colección. Parecía muy injusto. Me paraba por más de 35 minutos. No volveré. La comida era nada fantástico. Las patatas fritas eran peces y setas greasey maltratada eran demasiado. Hay que solucionar lo mejor sistema para gente caminando en de la calle.

Large chicken n donner Kebab cost £7.80 and was just full of soggy salad, had about 3 pieces of donner meat and five pieces of chicken. Asked for everything on the kebab but had no sauce or onions etc. Dry n tasteless. Orders are never ready when requested. Always have a large work order on a Friday but not again. Volvo.

Simply atrocious! Donner meat was more like something you would put on the bottom of your shoe when the sole is worn. Total waste of money,! Had to throw out. When will some fast food restaurants learn that they still have to provide decent, edible food even if it is for takeaway? Such a shame but there are plenty more in Broxburn that offer better quality at better prices. This was totally inedible and don't worry Bravo, you'll never have to worry about us or my friends darkening your door again!

Meal was an hour late ordered at 5pm and arrived at 6.50pm. Meal wasn't correct some missing items and food cold binned the lot and ordered a chinese. Won't be using the chip shop again.

Was left with one unhappy little boy as he didnt get his kids box with the juice with his half pizza kids meal. Was told by the delivery driver it would be dropped off and it wasnt and i paid in full cash for it too. Definatly will not be ordering from bravo again

22:27 still not delivery yet said delivered at 22:15. My wife is now asleep so 75% of the order will go to waste as the pizza was for me and the rest for her. Shame & a waste of my money!

Sorry very disappointed with chips they all went to the bin they were definitely reheated and the fish was cold don't know what happened tonight it usually is very good

Something went wrong and my receipt didn't print so I waited an hour and forty minutes for our order. Once I phoned Bravo did apologies and rectify the problem.

Vile. Munchy box chicken was dry, donner meat was cold, allergic to the mushrooms which were in it but not mentioned on the menu. No sauce on both meals and driver wasn't given juice that was 'included' with the order. Last time I ever order anything other than a pizza.

By the time it arrived it was just look warm and needed to be reheated.

Kind of gutted niagra falls doesn't exist anymore and you only get the little tubs. But I suppose it will have to do 😂. Fast, affordable, tasty and great service as always. I'm always back there.

Drivers are always polite and most of the time when we order it is delivered quicker than the estimated time and the quality is always top notch will definitely be using again.

Really looking forward to our pizza & chips, we were disappointed the pizza was over cooked & cold, not good!..

Ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza at 6.29pm. Called at 7.50 to complain. Finally delivered at 8pm. OMG pepperoni pizza was burnt and the ham was burn also but more cheese put on top to hide it. We called back to complain. Told it was a 'new' cheese from their supplier that burns easily and wasn't their fault ......

Once again not delivered on time, 45 mins later than the time requested. Does the delivery time get ignored? Food eventually arrived cold and not worth the wait. Very poor.

This is a fine chip shop and a highlight of any trip down the Ards Penninsula. For a reasonable price you can enjoy some of the best chips in the area. You can't go wrong with a sausage supper from here!

Took far too long for delivery 1hr 30mins for Broxburn to Uphall for a pizza. To add to that it was cold, burned and the cheese was solid. Never again

Wasn't bad, decent calzone. Order was correct. 25 minutes added onto delivery, but suppose it's a positive they advised me of this rather than leaving me waiting. Would consider this take away again. 6/10

Impressed for quality of food. New to area and read reviews for Chip shop before I ordered for family. Great choice on menu for us all. Delivery time was slightly longer than quoted on JustEat App however as was a Friday evening that would explain.

Chips were cold and reheated as were the hamburgers and chip steak.
