Delivery driver has tipped the pizza and after a quick phone call, was able to get some fresh pizza to collect. 5 stars all round.

First class used to be our absolute favourite. Since new management it has gone down hill drastically. The menu has changed and nowhere near for the better. Chicken gyros has gone now too. We tried again tonight in the hopes they have realised since customers have stopped using the place the drop in stars. We got one pizza and 1 chips. I asked twice in the comments for extra crispy chips, they still came undercooked and floppy, the one pizza was burnt BLACK underneath. Place is ruined now.

Delivery driver clearly dropped my pizza it was a complete mess all at one side of the box, it was also stone cold and missing toppings. A conplete disaster.............

I ordered many ti.es from this take away, they got brilliant food and prices. Last time when I ordered my food, I received sweet dough balls as a present, it was really nice from them. My pregnant wife really enjoyed this sweets for desert )) Thank you very much for good service and good food!

Absolute joke of shop. Ordered food 17.55 rang at 7pm told would be 20 mins. 19.55 still no food. Rang back to be told it’s not even left the shop. Understandably I’m angry the food was for kids. They then cancel the order! I will be putting this place all over social media and warning people to avoid at all cost!!!!

We got cheesy chips, the pizza deal (hotshot and a cheeseburger one), and some sauce (which was forgot but its ok). They (S.C) also gave us a free soon-to-be menu item that's absolutely delicious! Really suprised us with it but it was amazing, thank you so much. One of our fave places to go to for a cheeky take away

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel incredibly welcome by all the staff. The customer service here is truly amazing. Despite placing a large order, our food was prepared in good time and the quality was exceptional. Honestly, this is the best tasting food I've had in a very long time! Hull has been missing this level of quality, and I'm so glad we decided to order from First Class Pizza. The stone-baked pizzas, burgers, and loaded fries were all top-notch. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming again!

I placed my order on Sunday evening. After 1.5h of waiting I gave them a call and they told me that they don't know anything about my order. 1 minute after finishing the call my order has been canceled... Someone is waiting hungry over 1.5h for order which is "preparing" and then after all that wasting time order is cancelled. I don't recommend this place, they don't respect customers. Very bad customer service.

Pizza was really good, chips were good, donner was a bit dry and the (gourmet cheese) burger was really wet, bit burnt and not great, but pizza and chips were good

My son and I both had wraps. Initially we both thought they were a bit expensive, but when we got them, they were beautiful, perfectly fresh and hot. They were really big, too.

The chips were horrendous, rock hard and overcooked - whoever cooked them and deemed them acceptable needs a word with themselves. Pizza OK but cannot get over the shocking quality of the chips.

The best pizza and burgers in hull. Very affordable, fantastic quantity and really delicious meals. Highly recommend their classic double cheeseburger and Turkish style pizza with fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, onion, and chicken as toppings.

Under new owner yet the same name for now i have experienced very friendly approach and to my surprise got o try new smash burger which turned up to be so tasty with lots of flavor.

Terrible pizza. I ordered Salami plus cheese and mushrooms. The pizza was burnt on the sides and the salami was the worst. I won't order again. Tragedy.

Best Stone baked pizza in town! After trying stone baked from here I haven't been able to go back to the normal takeaway pizza. Even had me eating the crust which says something 😋 also the burger was thick and juicy too! 10/10 would recommend

Orderer a cheeseburger pizza ,wings with chips,garlic sauce and a coke, waited hour and half for food to get delivered, when it arrived the pizza was very low quality the sauce was very watery and it the pizza felt like it had been heated up but got cold and then heated up again then the wings the skin was tough and was hard to chew threw the meat inside was cooked and fortunately wasn't dry but the meats quality was horrendous kept having to spit bits out that where impossible to bite through,when I got to the bone the flavour was alright at best and as for spicy wings there where mild at most,the chips were the worst part they was soggy and felt like they where left till last minute didnt even try more and the sauce was just a mess all watered down there was very little garlicy flavor and the spices didnt make a difference shocking to think how good this place used to be and now with the same pricing its horrendous

Daughter ordered from here for the first time, in fact we hadn't even heard of it - Ordered Margarita pizza, Cheesy chips . A very basic and quick type of take away meal but it was full of flavour . Chips weren't scrappy and the Garlic sauce that came with it was proper Garlic yogurt. Like I said above I've not been in the shop itself but they must have a traditional pizza oven ...or something very similar as the base was on par with a traditional stone/wood fried oven . It arrived hot and the food was delicious. We'll order again without a doubt . Loved it !

this place used to be amazing, ordered the knysza kebab, barely any chicken in it just fat and jelly, loads of cheap iceberg salad and onion battered inside, their garlic used to be the best in hull and the few drops that were poured over just tasted like plain greek yoghurt. Such a dissapointment, will not be ordering again.

Average kebab but I felt ripped off. Ordered a large kebab meat for £8 which came in a small box with the salad taking up a third of it. It wasn't a large portion of meat by any means.

It was my second time ordering food from here online. They have the best pizza in town. Thin and crispy crust, not greasy. Plenty of toppings to choose from if you want to create your own (I went with ham,mushroom, garlic butter, camembert, oscypek which was absolutely delicious!!!!) My partner got a kebab. It was well seasoned, fresh, the chips it came with was crispy and not undercooked like in most takeaways. The prices are reasonable too.Honestly, it's my new favourite place, highly recommend it :)

I can say that this place is fresh, tasty and nice. The portion is large, tasty, you can feel that everything is fine, salads in knives, very good meat, tasty sauces and at an affordable price, I highly recommend it.

Spot on as always. Best stone bake pizza in hull. They know how to cook a pizza, make gyros and fry a potato ! Very slim pickings in hull to find a take away that takes food seriously. And I am very picky. Thank you as always! x

Took over 2hours to deliver an order into the city centre, which should have taken a max of 20mins. I appreciate one of the bridges being closed, but still do not expect it to take this long. Extremely disappointed. Keeping people properly updated would help 1 phone call saying it would be another 30mins after already waiting hour is not good enough!. When the food finally arrived it was really good, hot and very filling.

Amazing pizza here not been for a long time. Called in tonight changed hands since last time I went the new owner is sound can't do enough for you. The pizza awesome loads of quality toppings and cooked to perfection will definitely be back.

Ordered a 4 cheese pizza to share and it was okay but had feta on it which we weren’t expecting and weren’t big fans of. Next time we’ll just stick with cheese and tomato I think!

£12 for the worst bolognese pizza I've ever had... ever in 40+ years. A cheap'o frozen one from a supermarket would have been more enjoyable.

The food was better than most takeaways of the same cuisine! We tried the chicken gyro, gourmet burger & tomatoe bread! All was very good indeed! (My kids ate everything!) Would highly recommend..!!

Great Stone Baked Pizza. A little pricier than most places, but well worth it!

The chicken gyros I had was delicious. My husband’s pizza was lovely but the cheese was stuck to the top of the box, which was a shame. The food did arrive 15 minutes late and when I rang the shop they said the driver had left earlier and they’d check whether they’d prioritised the other order they also had to deliver. The food then arrived a minute or two later so I can’t complain.

Very disappointed after using for years and decided fancy a change went back to order a gyros. And wow has it changed very greasy with no chips and looks like just been piled up with chicken and no gyros taste very disappointed and won't be using again.

Staff are 100% delivery drivers are 100%, they never forget anything and always read the comments. We order from here way too much, but the pizzas are sooooo gooodddd! Chips are perfect too!

Best stone bake pizza in hull by far. Staff are super polite. Special requests are always done. Most take always make no effort with the chips and have no idea how to fry a potato. These do. We order regular from here. You will never be disappointed.

wot we got was advertised as chicken gyro so i usually presume it comes in wrap or pitta bread wot we received was nothing more than chicken donner and chips that was greasy as out with salad that was days old by looks of it ..terrible false advertising ..

Ordered the 23" pizza deal, and it was worth every penny! Despite it's monstrous size, the pizza was cooked to perfection with a thin base and arrived hot and delicious, we ordered the one with everything on but removed a couple of toppings and the order notes were all followed correctly. The cheesey garlic bread had a really good flavour too (and actually tasted like a garlic bread not a pizza) will definitely order again and have already recommended to others! Thanks.

After trying lots of takeaway we found this one and it’s amazing. Staff are friendly. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection the pizza base is just like an Italian pizza. Chips are never soggy or overcooked. We go here every week now.

The pizza was that nice I ordered 3 nights on the trot and spent almost £60 The last order - the delivery driver turned up and said the boss wanted an extra £3 for the additional toppings I asked (peppers and onions) I reminded him this was the the 3rd order I've placed in as many nights and I spent £60 on pizzas! If his boss is that greedy then I'll take my business elsewhere. Shame because the delivery time was spot on the pizza is by far the best I've tried in Hull. The boss has cost himself a lot of money because I won't be ordering again from here! £3 for a few onions and peppers... get real!

We ordered at 6 with estimated deliver for 7.10 and it was delivered just before 8. I called them and they said the driver was 5 mins away, I felt like they fobbed us off - it was another 25 mins after this. Food was ok, warm generous portions but wasn't worth the wait. We won't be ordering again.

DO NOT USE. Food never arrived, the lovely girl who I complained to arranged for another pizza to be sent out and she said the driver got lost, despite me living round the corner, only for her to ring me back half an hour later, put me on hold, and I hear the manager shouting abuse at her, to then go on the phone with me to continue shouting. Very angry. Man doesn't know how to speak to customers. Had a problem that I left a negative review and wanted me to delete it. That's not businesses work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Over 2 hours late, rang 5 times kept saying to me it's on the way and to stop ringing up because there losing out on orders, food came after 2hrs and 20 minuites, it wasn't even warm rang up for a refund and was told that wouldn't be happening as the food left their hot, then offered me a free drink on next order, I don't think so
