Bad service and the food is disgusting the guy who answered the phone he doesn’t speak English and so rude. Rubbish

The food is always an excellent consistency and salad always fresh. Chicken Shish always cooked well, and the lamb donner always sliced thinly, not in lumps like some takeaways.

My go to place for chicken shish kebab. Visited tonight and ordered large chicken Shish accompanied with chips and a pot of their home made chilli. Absolutely amazing food as always.

Second time we have had kebabs off them and they are lush ! We have the large of each meal deal and so much meat. All fresh & hot, we also have delivered and it's not a long wait. Would recommend ☆☆☆☆

Sadly this has been a very poor experience..ordered a large chicken donor. Portion size was ok. But the chicken was hard and stone cold. Likewise the pitta was rock hard and not toasted..the only positive was that the salad was nice and fresh. £9.50 isn't great value for this. Have ordered from here a few times previously but doubt I will again. A real shame.

I can only judge as I find..and I find First Choice absolutely fantastic. Always only ever had amazing food from them ... Unbelievably quick delivery..very friendly staff....and my very "first choice" for a kebab or pizza....no complaints at all. Brilliant place.

Very good chicken doner kebab, ordered twice, and twice was delicious. Good size, not bad price, delivered in good time, nice and warm.

Fantastic kebab house. Food always great and the main grill man is a top guy. Always prioritise the customers in the shop over online orders.....wish the chain fast food resturants were taking notes!

Just had a chicken shish kebab and chips delivered and it was excellent. Varied and fresh salad, and succulent, tasty chicken, with the right amount of chilli and mayo x can highly recommend.

Placed an order and they took my money and failed to deliver.

If like a good kabab this is the place recommended order pic up or delivered as if turn up you can wait but that's a sign of how busy they are which is great food

Have been ordering from here a long time but lately the food has gone right down hill doner kebab always cold and bone dry have told them a few times still the same unfortunately will not be eating from here again

Can't comment on atmosphere, but service was good but the food a let down, kebab very nice but very greasy and chicken was that dry we didn't eat it but the dog was happy with it normally very good but not sure what went wrong today 😔

I bought a set meal with Lamb Shish and Chicken Doner with salad and pitta bread plus extra fried chicken on the side, via Just Eats. The delivery was within the timeframe and I must say the food was so good I couldn't wait for it to all be on my plate Lol. There was more than enough food for two people. Good value for money. I ordered Cheesy chips and I got this chips cooked so many times there is no potato left and maybe a spoon full of cheese if im lucky also had a hair in my kabab. If busy Maybe stop taking orders and keep customers happy so they return. I've had some nice kababs from here don't get me wrong which is why ive returned the food is normally nice but today when I was sober and it really mattered I feel let down so therefore won't return as a customer.

My food was late arriving we wait 1hr and 30 minutes for our food and then the chicken came slimey and frozen. I am 8 months pregnant. When I rang they just said they'd give me another or my next order. Not good enough I won't be ordering from here again so giving me a "free" one on my next order does not make up for this evening.

The lamb shish is the perfection, deliver to Keynsham which great as its much cheaper than keynsham kebab shops and tastes better.

It was so good, I loved it, speedy delivery and delicious food. I highly recommend.

Will not consider buying from this place as when they brought round junk mail the guy flicked out a cigarette onto my grass and didn’t shut my gate when leaving. Complete lack of respect for potential customers property.

Ordered thru Just Eat, arrived on time, all very nice. Pleasant driver, hope to use again.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited nearly 1 1/2 hours for cold food to arrive. Driver had no change to give and it was all my fault according to the manager/ owner. His language was disgusting and abusive. Apparently I am unable to order ever again. Luckily I will not anyway. Appalling customer service and cold food. Simple as that.

Horrendous customer service, I ordered an £23 meal deal but they charged it for £26 without any reasons. What a scam!

I've just been delivered our foos the breaded mushrooms are ice cold I buyed a 3 peace fried chicken and I only got 2 mostly every thing was cold me and my mum normally orders from you as normal the food is hot but not today its was cold

Disgusting I spent £57 on 5 meals only to find hair in every meal multiple different colour, rang restaurant to complain manager called me a liar and said he is sending driver back out to collect all food. Demanded I show evidence to driver, driver was Disgusted and couldn't stop apologising. Manager refused to give me money back as none of my family got to eat as hair was pulled up in every 1st forkful. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still fighting to get money back. Horrible service from manager. Will never order from this place again.

Quite smart looking for a take away. Have only tried the special kebab (some of everything) and it was pretty yum. Lamb was the best bit, but chicken good too. Delivery was also pretty quick

Lush food but please can your drivers carry change for customers who pay in cash. Ended up paying a larger tip than intended. Crafty!! 😂

We at Coveya all had lunch from the kebab house today. It was delicious, the chips were crispy & fluffy in the middle, the kebabs were so nice. My colleague collecting the food was given a drink while she waited. Fantastic customer service, I will be going there a gain & again :)

the staff are very friendly and helpful with the order that you have placed and very good value and quantity for the money and the delivery driver's are very polite when asking for the money 💰

Been ordering from these guys for a while, standards have been slipping, food is often cold, stuff missing and small portions. However my last order had a "lovely" extra in it, right under the chips, a very juicey dead fly! Won't be using again.

Used to be good but standards have really slipped recently, maybe because they're so busy. Orders kebabs with wedges and the last few times chips have turned up with no explanation. If you order do it through Uber eats so you can complain when an incorrect order arrives.

Use to be good the portion is very small for the amount of money they are charging large kebab was more like a kids portion up to the rest of the shops I have been using

Noticing the standards had dropped i have used other places the last 6mths or so but thought I’d give them another chance tonight. My lamb kebab was dry and burnt! It was like eating pork scratchings. Clearly just reheated what the had left and must’ve forgot about it. Going from one of my favourite places about a year ago to never wanting to use them again is a shame. If you’re looking for a good kebab after a couple beers, use someone else!

I have to say they do a really good mixed grill kebab cost about £10 but very filling perhaps a bit to much but worth trying

Arrived at 2145. Couldn't be bothered to serve me preprepared chicken because they have to close at 10. Clearly just couldn't be bothered to work. Absolutely wouldn't go back. Really poor customer service

Ordered a falafel wrap but there wasn't any falafel in the wrap, so it was a salad wrap, who would order that?

Normally very good but tonight I was served by what I can only describe as a miserable sod ! Tried to overcharge me and couldn't even be bothered to hand me my food from the back of the deep counter, won't be giving them my business for a while.

Best kebab place by far. Live around 5 miles away but always choose this kebab house. Pizza is unbelievable and staff are very accomodating to dietary needs and requests. Highly recommended to all.

Once chicken wasn't cooked properly, once they add wrong sauce , and once I waited more then 1.5h for delivery.

I have ordered from here many times and never been disappointed, until tonight when I rang and was told to hurry up with my order then when I was asked a question and couldn't hear properly I politely said pardon in which I had the reply "your taking too long i haven't got time for this don't ring again" then he put the phone down, I've never been so upset but someone and spoken to like that for no apparent reason, I can understand the frustrations when people are busy but that's no way to treat a paying, returning customer who's done nothing but sing your praises - very disappointed

Asked for white cabbage in kebab and same for salad box. Got onions peppers and a box of salad swimming in dark liquid. When I phoned and complained told he was busy and next time at this point I stopped him and told him there will not be a next time

Rang up to enquire about y there was only 4 cures of meat in my kebab and got a rude response of that is how it comes! And they shout on door step as there system would not record my address properly saying was my fault

Got my order wrong and was very rude acted like they could understand what I said when asked for a refund! Will not be going back here!

Really rude on the phone. Not impressed.

Never again. We ordered a Pizza. Went to pay on card and they told me the card machine wasn't working and will not be available in the future. I asked why they haven't got a sign up to notify people. I was then directed to go to local cost cutter to use the cashpoint machine ( where they charge for withdrawals). No thanks. You can keep the food. I will not be going there again. The quality has dropped.

Everytime i order i write in the box where it says any request for this order, and everytime i just shouldnt bother. They never read it.

Cheap affordable priced takeaways. The food may taste a bit bland. But it certainly fills you up!

Quality has gone down dramatically over past 18 months...order not correct and items added not ordered but charged for..when I complained they weren't interested said it's what you ordered..

Food was near enough inedible. Chips were chewey and tasted as if they had been microwaved. Chicken burger was dry. Only positive is that the food arrived before time. Wouldn't order again from here
