First Choice in Croydon

Ordered a salt and pepper box for £12.10. I wasn't happy with the portion size for the money, but it did taste nice.

Tried this shop and it has the best curry sauce I have had in a long time. portion size is good.

I gave this restaurant a two rating because they take TO LONG TO DELIVER and I can't really hear them

Just a takeaway. Not much atmosphere! Food good, portions good, prices reasonable. Live close so I always collect and 15 to 20 mins is maximum wait

My friend is currently in intensive care at Croydon University hospital fighting for her life after an emergency operation to remove an infection from her stomach after consuming food from this restaurant. I have reported them to the food standards agency at Croydon Council. DO NOT EAT HERE THIER FOOD COULD KILL YOU !!

Food tastes very bad plus customer service very poor, we ordered some food and when we complained about it they couldn't do anything it and disconnected the call. Overall bad experience.

A great little takeaway. The food is always tasty and good value for money. A great vegetarian selection on the menu.

Love the place great Chinese food, best thing to try is hot and spicy king prawns in batter.

Today was the last straw with this restaurant ordered special noodles NO prawns !!!what was sent prawns phoned to inform them they had sent the incorrect order considering i have never had seafood since a child because of alleries .the person on the phone was very rude and Said there was nothing she could do to help after spending £20+ no result never again.

No way, 🤣🤣 this is only based of the fact the number to call them is a big joke. Imagine calling and they dnt answer at all. Imagine isolating and craving Chinese and the several times you called because you physically can not cook, for them to NOT answer and I tried every day just to see if they will answer and for the 10days NO ONE ANSWERS 🤣🤣🤣 I've only been there once and the food knocked every other Chinese I've ever tasted, like 5stars for the food,BUT TO RAHTED SPEAK TO SOMEONE Is a JOKE🤣🤣

The lady who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful!! No manners. She never wants to listen and is always huffing and puffing down the phone. If she can’t handle the pressure she should step down. Everything is a problem for this lady!! Rubbish customer service. Never listens to order notes!! Food always takes 1.5hrs and ALWAYS arrives COLD!!! We spend a lot of money each time here and it never improves!! Should spend money with a restaurant that actually cares about its regular customers.

Staff, too busy shouting to each other, 3rd time they have got order wrong.Then blamed me as thought lemon chicken sounds like plain omelette and chips.No apology when phoned up to complain.Rest of food ok, but will not be going back.

In summer 2019 my wife and myself my daughter and her two children went on holiday booked through First Choice to Turkey at the TUI waterworld resort in Belek. It was supposed to be a 5 star All inclusive hotel food drinks and water sports. When we arrived late at night we were shown to our rooms which were damp had no outlook and were certainly not up to the standard of a normal 5 star hotel. The following day I raised the issue with the local representative who confirmed that the ‘hotel was a bit tired ‘ and he understood that TUI were withdrawing next year due to the poor standard of the hotel. This has been proved correct as TUI no longer advertise this holiday. He advised me to contact TUI after travel customer service. During the stay we realised that staff were promoting chargeable drinks and food but the all inclusive drinks were difficult to get. Our grand children wanted to use but we could not easily get them onto the sports activities and the manager was abusive to my wife when challenged about the availability. This was a very disappointing experience which had cost over £6000. Upon our return in early August 2019 we registered our complaint as advised by the local representative with the “after travel customer service “. This organisation is a total disgrace as the last thing it is concerned about is the customer. They do not investigate the cases as they state there was no record of any issues and they have dismissed the complaints. They did offer a voucher for money off another holiday but I would never use them again. We have taken the issue to ABTA but they are equally useless. My advice would be do not book a holiday with First Choice/TUI. Once they have your money they are no longer interested I have never experienced such bad customer service and as a result will never use them again

They will take your money and when you get home you'll have a complete different undercooked meal, good luck

Good range of food on the menu, live near plenty of Chinese restaurants close by but I still get deliveries from here. Great value!

Food was terrible, not what it used to be. Had Sweet and sour chicken, what a waste of money. Egg fried rice was soggy

It's ok been taken over lately again so have to see ... anythink has to be better than the last occupancy then

Ordered food and was told it would be ready in 10min, that should of told me all I needed to know. Went to collect it and waited few minutes for it then went straight home and put it on a plate. Home is only 2mins away so I was surprised that it was only warm. It didn't taste fresh and was disappointed.

A decent choice for Chinese compared to others around it's pretty good and fast service. They have been serving the local community for a long time.
