Make sure you point at the picture because if you ask for Korean chicken 11” you will get 7 Korean wings

Tried Domino's new Korean BBQ Pizza and it was fabulous 👌

Ordered online, all food pictured with garlic dips, arrived with no dips apparently dominos don’t provide these anymore. No mention of this on the website or anywhere else. Awful.

Ordered in January and the pizzas arrived burnt. Decided to try again tonight and one hour after ordering I rang to see how much longer they would be. The unhelpful girl who answered said they would be at least another 15 mins and was shocked when I said I wanted to cancel. The manager then came to the phone and was argumentative and stroppy, and initially refused to cancel. I eventually pointed out that I had paid via PayPal and would just contact them for a refund and after a huffy silence he agreed to refund. Not trusting him, I went onto PayPal and opened a case that was immediately decided in my favour. Moral of the story, if you’re brave enough to order here then at least pay with PayPal so that your refund is easier to get!

Very disappointed with my order today, spent £100 only to be presented with three out of five burnt pizzas. I phoned the branch straight away and the guy who answered the phone had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that that is how the thin crust pizzas come out!!! (One of the three was actually classic crust....). It wasn't just the crust, the whole of the pizzas were burnt. They eventually sent out three replacements, but guess what? Two of the three were burnt again. By that point I just couldn't be bothered any more as I has guests round for a birthday. Will never order from there again, really disappointed.

Dominos only contacted me when they new a honest review was coming there way after adding too much salt to the pizza. I made a complaint that day by email and was never contacted, all I received was an acknowledgement email. After a follow up complaint, about the food and customer service, I interestingly received a PHONE CALL. When I spoke to customer service, I was informed that I was 10 days out and unless I provided a 10 day old pizza or picture, I can not get a refund. Customer service also added that I have the issue as no one has ever complained about their food. Wow!

Spent a girl's weekend away cheering up my bestie! We ordered Domino hoo hoo to where we were staying and we had a feast! It was all delicious! The cookies, the meat feast pizza, the garlic sauce! Everything was wonderful! Thank you very much 💃🏼💃🏽🍕🍟🍪🍪🧀😋

I had a delicious small pizza dominoes never disappointed,

I ordered online and made payment for collection. My car broke down on me so was unable to get to the shop. When i called I asked if they could deliver and was told there was nothing they could do and could only refund half my money. This branch is my regular the woman I spoke to was unprofessional there is no customer care, because of this service received today for a matter that was beyond my control, I will not be buying from here again

Ordered on Sunday morning with a 21-30 minute delivery time. Called up 40 minutes later and the food still wasn’t in the oven with at least 20 minute wait. Terrible customer service, terrible branch of dominos!

The staff is very cold not friendly and welcoming at all

We all know the best pizza is the hot one, like 5 minutes after you take it out the oven 🥰. I had here in Coulsdon a happy experience. If you want best service just ask for pretty Charlie ❤️. A serious employee.

On more than one occasion the driver hasn't found my house and decided to take the food back to the shop and not even let me know. On the most recent occasion they sent me a tomato base "texas bbq" I'm allergic to tomatoes and they refused to offer me a refund unless the whole pizza was there, I obviously took a bite before I realised it was tomatoe... I could of died. By far the worst customer service from any food outlet I've ever experienced. Absolutely shocking

Food was overcooked, Nachos were burnt, and pizza was overdone. I tried to call the Coulsdon branch but got a really out dated answering machine… talking about Social distancing, government directives and “Stay Safe”! No way to leave a message. Not used to such disappointing service from Domino’s!

The staff here are very very rude and don’t know how to speak to paying customers, one star is too much for them. Very disappointing because I won’t be ordering from this branch again. 👎🏾

The employees don't seem happy at all but take the orders and sometimes take a long time to bring out the pizzas even though the screen shows them ready for a while. Overall the pizzas are not bad. The large size is not that large compared to other countries. I recommend the vegan chorizo ​​one!

I've ordered plenty of pizzas from here in the past without any trouble, but due to the attitude of the lady on the counter today I won't be going back again.

If Carlsberg made a pizza take away it would be like this one. Have ordered a gazllion times from here and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad pizza. Hats off to the manager , the staff and delivery drivers. Whatever you are doing keep up the good work 👍

I ordered 2 pizza yesterday. Both arrived extremely quick. But the pizza were aweful. No taste soggy and after 2 slices all went in bin. Afrai of tummy ache. Very disappointed as we order quite regularly from this store. Too tired from work thus coud not be bothered to call the shop to come and pick up their pizza with full refund.

Literally the worst pizzas we’ve ever ordered and frankly we’ve had much better from dominoes in the past. Low quality ingredients, tomato sauce too sweet, made without care and attention to details. I don’t believe they would eat their own pizzas. It was all so disappointing and a real let down for Pizza Friday.

My most favourite place on the planet, love dominos!

We entered the shop, being the only customers in the store at the time and where ignored from the moment we walked in. About 6 employees were present yet not one came to take our order of even acknowledge us and were more interested in taking selfies in the back.

Ordered at shop. Waited nearly half an hour. Had to make a complaint and ask where my order was as it was taking so long. All the delivery drivers were emerging with pizzas but mine seemed to get lost in the ordering system. However when we finally got the pizza, it tasted good and was very appetizing. Just a shame about the service. Sadly put me off going there again.

Best pizza takeaway in Coulsdon (in my opinion). Have got my order wrong sometimes, but always rectify. And they don't skimp on toppings. No idea what delivery is life as I always collect.
