It was one of the worse takeaways i’ve ever had. Every bite was a struggle

I didn't like the food. The chicken in the burrito was very dry and bland. The bread for it was really thick and not very soft. For this price its not worth it.

Horrid place took 2hours for my order.

I am absolutely livid and appalled by this scam of a restaurant. My order DID NOT ARRIVE! Waited for over 2 HOURS and STILL nothing has come through. I’ve read the reviews as well and MANY people are having the SAME experience. DO NOT BE SCAMMED, There’s nothing WORSE than being SCAMMED and HUNGRY😡.

Phone goes straight to answer machine, which is full, so literally impossible to get an update on an order 2 hours late.

Terrible service, nobody answers the phone, food still hasn’t arrived 2 hours post order no idea what is happening with it, quite possibly the slowest fast food restaurant in the country. Missed a train because of it… Do not order from this place, plenty of better burrito options in Croydon

Absolutely shocking customer service. Your delivery time will be about an hour later than expected. I called twice and was told the order was ‘on its way’ and they are very busy. Called 30 mins later to be told it had just left the building, before having the phone put down on me the final time after complaining. Whilst I understand this, no one should have to wait 45-60 minutes PAST their delivery time for their food.

Two hours to deliver and arrived stone cold and inedible. Avoid like the plague.

Criminally terrible. I ordered two burritos, nachos and chaquitos. Burritos had mostly lettuce and rice in it? WTAF? Nachos were Doritos in a small pizza box that had been put in the microwave. We threw it all in the bin after 2 bites. Probably called Burrito and Tequila because you need tequila to get over the travesty of this so called meal.

Burito taste is delicious. Chinese is good in look and taste is amazing.

THE WORST BURRITO I HAVE EVER TRIED NO DOUBT, FOOD RASTE TERRIBLE! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! TASTED LIKE DONER KEBAB IN ITS MOST DISGUSTING VERSION. DON'T GO!!!

The food was beyond dry, not good at all. The nachos are an absolute rip off ... nearly £7 for cheap tortilla chips and cheese. It also turned up cold. The meat had the texture of tinned tuna and honestly tinned tuna would probably taste better. Don't waste your money

The worse restaurant to order from. Over an hour late! Rang several times only to be told it’ll arrive in the next 10/15 mins and it’s on its way. No apology just pure excuses. Will not be ordering from this place again. The customer service is shocking. If I could give 0 stars I would but I can’t so unfortunately 1 star given.

Ordered via Ubereats and waited 2 hours and my delivery never turned up and overtime I called the restaurant they said the food was on the way. Absolutely ruined my night.

Terrible. Couldn’t eat half the meal it was that bad. Everything came in layers of polystyrene.

I love burritos. However on this occasion, it was well under my expectations. Their tracking system was not working, my order arrived 30mins late and the food was terrible. Sadly I won't be using them again.

From reading the only review I wasn't sure about this place. But the Burrito was lovely, full full full of everthing I asked for. Was extremely tasty would definitely order from here again.
