Subway in Croydon

Very very poor delivery service. The driver couldn't be bothered to find addresses and dumped my items elsewhere. RUBBISH!!.

Not changing the gloves,salad station was in the bad condition .

The lady in there is a liar, I asked if they had anymore cookies she said no when I could see more in the back

I hate the new menu but as for the place, it's okay. I didn't get the chance to asl for salad and sauce.

Food didn’t taste fresh at all and customer service it’s simply not there

I was visited yesterday.I never ever seen subway in any place like this not proper clean. Basically i am subway fan . They are placing the old meat on the top of the new meat in cambro(i seen that in front of me only they are mixing steak & using the old cambro for teriyaki chicken). I was very disappointed for this behaviour. They are not thinking about our health.

Sandwiches are fine, but they put their hands in the meat, and then in everything else afterwards such as cheese, salad, corn, etc. I don't eat meat so I don't want any form of cross contamination. Plus some people have allergies. They should use the tongs or a spoon to avoid this.

Terrible attitude from the guy serving me. I had a discount voucher which was very begrudgingly 'accepted', but when I came to pay the guy tried to charge me 30p extra for a plastic bag (which you normally get your sandwich in for free) - to which I said I wasn't going to pay for a bag so didnt want one. Even after that he added 10p extra on for the bag which I again had to ask him to take off my bill. Appalling customer service and abysmal attitude.

I love the food here and the employee is so nice however their biggest downfall is that they’re supposed to be open at eight and they are NEVER open at that time and even by 8:30 on most days

I've been to a lot of subways, and perhaps I visited at a bad time, but I was a little intimidated by some potentially senior manager or area boss coming in and seemingly shouting at his employees for some ingredients they didn't have or an order he had placed. It was distracting them whilst they were trying to serve me and other customers, and I left feeling a little bit like I'd not received as much attention as a customer that I have experienced at other subways. I hope that this was only a one off and not a regular occurence. Disappointed with the service, but still happy with the food quality!

Always Delicious, staff were friendly

The TLC subway is very good, especially for vegetarians and vegans. The tikka TLC is also very good.

Stopped in to grab lunch on my way to IKEA today. Had the best experience I've ever had in a subway shop. Very polite and helpful gentleman served me a delicious sandwich with no fuss or need to repeat myself. Thank you for my meatless marinara, it tasted soooooo good!

The "sandwich artist" on shift was on the phone to his mum, I want to say girlfriend but I want to leave a bad review. I admitted I didn't know the Subway way and the menue was pointed at. Everything else was pointed at except the door which I was happy to walk through

I've paid this place a visit 3 or 4 times now and, to be honest, it's a pretty bog standard Subway. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is OK. The only reason I am not marking it higher is that it's located very close to a secondary school and a college so lunch time can be noisy and unpleasant. It's South Norwood folks, you know the type of person living around there. It isn't pleasant.

Ordered a veggie delite in subway via ubeats. Was the worse subway Ive ever had I will never order from them again.

Quick, clean and good service. The subway I ordered tasted really good, and I also got the meal option where you upgrade to a drink and a cookie (which is probably the best cookies in the fastfood business to be honest) for just £1 extra. Very friendly staff as well. Would recommend and will come by again.

Was served a luke warm capachino which tasted like 4 teaspoons of cheap coffee. When using voucher for free sub told it couldnt be used although says its valid at that store online. Been there serveral times in morning and not open when it should be.
