Amazing pizza, very friendly staff, appreciated the artichokes with the vegetarian option, so good to eat hot

I have ordered from Firezza for years and generally been pleased, but this one lets the side down. They have got my order wrong once and my last two pizzas have been burnt and barely edible. Thought I'd give them a few chances but won't be ordering again.

Half an hour late, frozen (literally) wedges, chicken like rubber must have been days old, and pizza cold with no cheese. Without doubt the worst take away I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Me gustaría decir que ayer recibimos un excelente servicio de Firezza Wandsworth. Personal realmente servicial, la pizza estaba deliciosa y llegó caliente y relativamente a tiempo. Nos trajo mucha alegría un viernes por la noche en estos tiempos difíciles.

Hello, I just want to express my disappointment with this place as they charged me £10 extra 3 weeks ago and never returned it back. I have called them several times and they have guaranteed in many occasions that they would give my money back, however never did it. So please everyone be aware of this. Actually, my flatmate had exactly the same problem with this company a couple of months ago. Why is that difficult to refund a costumer that was incorrectly charged?

Terrible service! Made an order 48 hours in advance for a party and the pizza arrived 30 minutes late with no explanation or apology. Based on other reviews this seems to be the standard service from Firezza

Not much to say.. not sure what happened to them it used to be decent pizza.. the pizza was unbearable and undercooked..

Pizza ordered at 20:14, website said would arrive 20:59. It arrived an hour and a half late (after two calls to store) at 22:30. We live a ten minute drive away. Lukewarm, doughy very average pizza. Plenty of competitors to order from next time.

Used to be really good but quality has got steadily worse since they were taken over by Pizza Express. Service is inconsistent, quality of pizzas has declined. Used to use them regularly but after several poor experiences I won’t be ordering from them again.

Perfect takeaway pizza for a saturday night in. Pizza's are generous in size, toppings always fresh and most importantly the dough tastes authentic and unlike stodgy D*minos pizza. The Nduja sausage on the piccante is peak!!!

Estoy acostumbrado a fin de Firezza por lo menos una vez por semana en una zona de Canary wharf.

My new favourite takeaway pizza restaurant. Great authentic pizza and good value if you are dining with friends and can take advantage of their collection offers. Pizzas taste/look like "proper" pizza, not takeaway pizza.

If you like an order to arrive incomplete and cold pizza - this is the restaurant for you! Unfortunately, despite having a great menu, the staff and service make this place an absolute let down.

Nos pareció que la Firezza pizze eran excelentes y muy inusual. La opción de 1/4 metros presenta una muy buena relación ya que es la misma cantidad que una pizza de 12" para un 20% de menor precio. "Patate" y "pizze miste" - Inusual combinación deliciosa. Orden lado focaccia también fue muy bueno.

Utilizamos Firezza por un número de años estaba tan decepcionado que hayan sido tratados con dicha distain por la 'administrador de la zona'. Decidimos tomar una pizza, pasamos más de £25, utilizamos algunas 'lealtad' puntos, en el código de oferta y esperamos 45 minutos. No hay pizza vino con la orden. Cuando llamamos no sabían sobre la oferta, dijo que la pizza mencionado ya no estaba en el menú (oferta email recibido mismo día y pizza es en el menú), nos dirigimos a desafío en términos y condiciones que ella no parecía haber disponible y me pidieron que fuera leído varias veces. Incluso con la información claramente leída por nosotros, ella se llevó a cabo en un reto que usando puntos anula la oferta que no estatales en los t&C; en la web e incluso cuando le pregunté por algún tipo de compromiso que ella no se mueven. Lo que lo que realmente tienen costo Firezza? Siempre me apoyo a las empresas locales, pero por desgracia, esta es suprimida de la lista. Pizza era frío cuando finalmente me dieron. Terrible service. Food was sub-par. Didn't deliver mozzarella dippers, called to request them, was then practically called a liar. The takeaway then offered to send dippers and never did.

After trying so many delivery pizza places in London my family votes a clear number 1 for Firezza. The quality of the pizza and sides is really second to none.

Brilliant pizza t away, sometimes we are ordering from Firezza, the phone service is always good and gentle, the delivery always on time and the pizza hot and fine.

Really disappointed in the pizza. Used to be one of the best pizzas in London. Today my order was lukewarm, has hardly any toppings and was actually missing toppings.Not going back until it improves!

After an hour or so of reading reviews we decided to give you guys a go as you had some great feedback. We were looking forward to the pizza after a long hard days work but unfortunately we were disappointed. When the pizza arrived the box was wet…it was raining but I would have assumed the bike would have a waterproof delivery box. The base of the pizza was also quite limp, not sure if this was due to the wet box or a problem with the base itself. Finally we ordered a banoffee pie, which is an absolute favourite dessert of mine and we were given a Tiramasu…one of my least favourite. The receipt even said Banoffee pie.I signed up to Tripadvisor just because I am reading your replies saying to send feedback directly to you....I did actually send this review to that email address on the evening I had the meal (22/02/15) and had no reply. I even said I decided to give you a chance to reply BEFORE having to give you a bad review on social media.

Moved to London and needed a pizza to go with the boxes me and a friend were still unpacking! Pipped for this takeaway due to the awards and quirky concept (metre long pizzas?!?). Honestly, average and disappointing. Lots of dry and very chewy bread without topping. Pizza wasn't hot and chicken sides burnt. Pretty poor given the £28 the meal cost!! Won't be heading back.

An hour long wait - not good. But to be told the order has allegedly been dispatched 27 minutes ago when even in heaviest of traffic it only takes 15 minutes, shocking. Very very poor, Firezza. I had a stone cold food from your NW London branch at Christmas and unwillingly gave you a second chance - what a mistake!!!

So far, the best we have tried in London to both take away and delivery... and we are Italian!!! Good selection of pizza, good quality and good fast service.

Possibly. Great value too... two gourmet 12" pizzas for just over £16. Fast value and fast delivery. Excellent!
