Ordered 2 pizzas online. They delivered 3 pizzas, none of which were the ones we had ordered. They were freezing cold as they had been sent from their Streatham branch - it appears this one isn't even operational anymore. None of their phone numbers work. Avoid.

Horrible place. They forgot our order, 10 minutes past the delivery time we called them to check where was our food. They had no idea our order existed and told us it would be an extra 30 minutes. We then asked them to cancel the order as we could not wait that long (after already waiting 40 minutes since the order was placed). They refused to cancel our order, after multiple requests. In the end, they hung up the phone on us. Pizza showed up 1h later, with a wrong order and missing items from the original. We will follow up.

I remember when Firezza opened in Battersea and it was great. Sadly it seems like so many places they have expanded too much and lost what made them good. Delivery pizza tonight was cold, slightly burnt, dry/hard and with the thinnest/smallest layer of toppings and £15. You could tell it had been cooked a long time before it got to me. A shame but seems time to find somewhere else that is still maintaining its quality standards.

Amazing pizzas! So impressed. Ready within 15 mins, well cooked and loads of toppings! Would definitely order again. Bbq chicken one was 10/10

2nd order here . 2nd time over 1.5 hours late, Had to chase delivery and when pizza eventually pizza was delivered cold. Do not order from here.

I used to order from this store at least once a month as their pizza was incredible. It has been few months that the food there is terrible. I ordered some tomato base pizza and the toppings were swimming in tomato sauce. When I folded a slice the sauce was litterally leaking from it, just horrible. So I started ordering white pizza, with just mozzarella and toppings, at least the first time it was decent. I have ordered one more last week and, god! There was double cream on the base? It was just disgusting. I don’t think I will ever order again from this branch. So disappointed to see one of my favourite restaurants failing so badly. Please change pizzaiolo cause he is not capable of baking this delicuous food.

Firezza used to be great, but tonight we’ve been waiting for our pizza for 1.5 hours. It was meant to arrive at 7.52pm and its now going on 8.45pm. This is terrible service, we’ve had to call twice to see if its ever going to arrive. Think I’ve finally gone off Firezza for good now. Twice now they’ve missed off our side order as well.

Don’t bother ordering late, even if they’re still open. Our order was taken, accepted & charged. 1.21AM & were still waiting. We’d not have bothered if we knew they couldn’t be bothered. No way of evfn contacting the driver. Do NOT take orders you cannot fulfill, Firezza. This keeps happening to us and is no way to run a business. Sad because they’ve recently improved their recipes. Conclusion? The inconsistency in reliability makes this feel like some knock off student company.

Pizza ordered but took over 1.5 hours to arrive. When it did, non of the extras we had paid for were included. I called the company to complain and was met with an arrogant response. Options were to return the pizza or wait for the driver to go back to the shop and bring the extra sauces which we had paid for. No offer of a refund or apology.

Terrible service using Firezza website. Order was over 40 mins compared to ETA given when order was placed. When I called the company I was told the pizza was very close, 15 mins later my girlfriend called and was told the pizza was about to leave the store.

Pizza was ok not fantastic but do not try when is busy as it will take ages for you to get the food! service is a let down.

I read a lot of negative reviews but I decided to try anyway and I'm glad I did. I ordered 2 pizzas and they tasted amazing; genuine Italian pizza. I collected them myself and they were ready perfectly in time! Keep up the good work!

This is one of the best takeaway pizza's I have had in London. The mushroom and truffle one almost turned me vegetarian! Price was quite reasonable as well.

Great Pizza at great prices! We are allowed to substitute the toppings at no additional cost. My son used to love the pizza at made in south but now that it has closed down, he has shifted his allegiance to Firezza!

Elija este restaurante ya que ofrecen queso vegano. El tiempo de espera para mi Pizza y Cerveza fue de una hora, lo cual pensé que era bastante largo, pero después de 1 h 15 m llamé al restaurante. ¡La peor noche! Pedimos esta noche hace unas dos horas, después de 2 horas aún no recibimos ninguna pizza, llamamos y dijeron que no sabían cuándo podrían enviarnos pizzas por hora debido a su conductor. En un domingo por la noche ni siquiera tuvieron la decencia de llamarme antes de las 11 para decirme que no tendré mi pizza, así que mis invitados y yo ahora estamos hambrientos y enfadados después de 2 horas de espera y es demasiado tarde para ordenar en otro lugar . ¡La peor noche! ! !

He llamado a una pizza en casa, como de costumbre, el tiempo de espera es de unos 40 - 50 minutos. Alguien me llamó en el momento hubiera llegado mi pizza pedir perdón y diciendo la orden iba a ser 20 minutos tarde. Lamentablemente tuve que esperar otros 40 minutos. Por lo menos podrían haber enviado algo de aceitunas o algo así. La pizza era delicioso como siempre, pero deberían mejorar el tiempo de espera.

Delicious, consistent and quick service! Cannot recommend the mushroom pizza more (Porcini de Bosco). Only comment is it would be good to have a vegetarian cheese option to replace to parmesan. Thank you Firezza for making me fat!!

I had order a pizza and is taken two hours to arrive. Sometimes the time doesn't matter if the food is good but in this case the pizza was cold and it hardy had topping. Very disappointing.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia. La comida era servida rápidamente, el precio era bueno y la calidad era estupenda. Pedí el gluten capricosa pizza que era delicioso, de mejor calidad y precio de la pizza 'vinci' por la carretera. Definitivamente será pedir de nuevo aquí.

We have ordered from Firezza twice and pizza has always been excellent. Really crispy, authentic Italian taste and lovely toppings. Great quality all round. My only cautionary comment is that they're so thin and crispy that they get cold pretty quickly - not a problem for us as we just live up the road!

Utilice estas dos veces, la primera pizza jokers fría y poco hecha con apenas alguna. La segunda vez fue casi una hora y media. Su Tienda de Herne hill es excelente, éste debe estar apagado.

I don't generally wrote reviews but I was so disappointed I felt I had to on this occasion. Pizza wasn't cooked properly, egg white was still runny (see photo), generally a very oily pizza and the toppings didn't taste all that fresh, would not order again.

I ordered a take away pizza from here one Friday evening. An hour later nothing had arrived so I called and they claimed to have lost my order.Offered to make me a pizza and send it straight out. Arrived stone cold and congealed. I had to bin the 30 quids worth of food.The delivery driver was also rude and when he couldn't find my address I had to stand outside in my pjs on a Friday evening at 10.30pm to help him. No apology. He grunted at me.I emailed to let them know how awful I found the experience and my email has been completely ignored. Not even an apology. A huge waste of money. Will never order again and would strongly advise anyone else not to eat here.

Non avendo visto recensioni su trip Advisor per caso avendo tanta fame ci siamo entrati con la mia compagna e devo dire che il posto subito mi sembrava un po' direi "strano" però nonostante questo ci siamo entrati avendo tanta fame e sperando di trovare una pizza semplice senza pretese, però questo che abbiamo mangiato non assomigliava nemmeno la pizza, non so cosa dire, di solito non mi piace scrivere brutte recensioni però non ci siamo trovati li bene e avevo sensazione che qlc mi ha rubato soldi per qlc immangiabile, grazie

Ordered through Just Eat. Bit of difficulty with delivery but that was a problem at our end. Food was fine, nice and proper tasting stone baked pizza. But bit stingy with the toppings. It also seems to come DIY with the toppings in little bags for you to put on? Little odd but I guess good if someone else doesn't like one of the toppings.

Waited over an hour, left 2 toppings off, pizza was cold. Couldn't be bothered to complain and ate it as was so hungry. Overpriced too. Won't be ordering from them again :(((

Ordered a pizza from here for delivery. Pizza took nearly two hours to arrive, even though I called multiple times to ask where it was. The pizza was cold and didn't taste great. Maybe it would have tasted better if it was hot. They initially offered a 15% discount on my next order, and eventually offered me a free pizza next time. I feel they should have offered me a refund considering the all round terrible service. Looking at other reviews online, I can see others have had the same experience. I would never order from here again, so I won't ever use the free pizza they offered. So overall, I just wasted my money and time.

I have ordered from Firezza many times in the past and generally the standard is good, however recently standards have slipped to an all time low. The delivery on my most recent (and last ever) order took over 90 minutes to arrive. When it did arrive, part of the order was missing and the pizza was cold with almost no topping. After calling and explaining about the missing items, I was told they would be sent straight out, however they never arrived. These guys have really let themselves go.

Ordered here to try something and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza here is fantastic! We ordered a couple of sides which were also delicious! Delivery was very quick. Won't hesitate to order next time I want pizza!

I ordered a couple of vegetarian pizzas to be delivered over the telephone. They said it could take up to an hour and the pizzas did turn up bang on one hour. When we got them inside one was wrong - it had ham on it and both were cold. My boyfriend thought his was a bit doughy and thick. Overall not a great experience but the mozzarella (which was lacking) was nice as was the tomato sauce.

Do not think about ordering for this restaurant. We place an on-line with estimate delivery time of 45-05- minutes, after waiting 75 minutes we called only to be told that there that we could expect the order to be delivered in within 40 minutes.

Pizza sotto la media. Non ho apprezzato particolarmente quello che ho preso cioè una pizza con tonno e cipolla. La salsa di pomodoro aveva un gusto strano, il tonno sapeva troppo di acqua.Non lo consiglio

A good clean fast efficient outfit. Everyone was working hard and the wood fired oven was belting out more heat than a mid 80s Schwarzernegger movie; but honestly the Pizzas jus weren't that great: too thick, bit soggy. The small outfit next door is great when its open!

Quantity isn't always best. The meterage sq pizza format is a nice idea, but lacks topping. Maybe other peoples thing, but I like some cheese... etc.

This pizza was fabulous. Completely different taste and texture then then usual dominoes pizza effect. Light and crispy and not cycle either. Comes as a metre long pizza cut into squares. Really tasty with buffalino cheese. And vary fast delivery. I'm gonna order again no doubt about that. Best pizza so far in battersea, Ya dig.

Non me lo sarei aspettato, ma la pizza è stata cotta (davanti a noi che aspettavamo) nel forno a legna alla perfezione.DI dimensione abbondante, croccante, con ingredienti veramente in quantità e buoni (la bufala era vera bufala spezzata a mano davanti a noi).Consiglio la pizza con le patate e bufala, davvvero buona. Comunque tutte le pizze vegetariane (vegetali, mediterranea) sono buonissime.Certo, il prezzo di 9,99 è 2 o 3 volte quello che spendereste in Italia, ma siete a Londra e se volete una pizza questo è il prezzo. Consigliato.
