Tried to give these guys who took over the Firezza brand another opportunity. Mistake! Order not delivered, order page agrees not delivered, contact us form ignored, phone disconnected. Visited in person 4 TIMES, couldn’t see manager to get refund. Finally agreed order not delivered and would refund to card. 2 weeks later still no refund! Dodgy cowboys. Previous review in 2023: Once again, problems with delivery, which happen every 3-4 orders. This time, no delivery at all, no communication from them, no number to call.

Cannot complain on the quality. Good pizza, many variations. It's a bit overpriced but then again, Pizza Hut and Papa John's are overpriced as well and the quality is worse. The pizza is great but the sides not so much.

Dry and tasteless pizza. Not sure what’s happened but the food has gone completely down hill. Firezza used to be top notch. I’ve had better frozen pizza. (This was takeaway)

I ordered for collection was given the wrong pizza (even though the receipt on the box was correct); very poor quality pizza, not worth the £15. Do yourself a favour and order from PizzaRoom on Deliveroo, much much better.

I placed an order on Friday 01:35AM a 12-inch pepperoni deluxe with 6 BBQ wings. The pizza arrived stone cold not only that I was disgusted how could they deliver burnt BBQ wings? The burnt smell took over my pizza couldn’t manage to eat it, I only had two slices. I wrote to JUST EAT explaining the issue, the response I get back was I've checked the order details to see what I can do for you. Since you paid for the order in cash, and the payment was made directly to the [restaurant/store], it's not possible for me to process a refund. In this situation, the best thing to do is contact the restaurant to ask for a refund, as they hold the funds. I hope this helps. I then contacted the restaurant explaining what I’ve been told by JUST EAT spoke to the manager/Jay absolutely rude not even an apology for selling me a burnt bbq wings and a missing item from my order, no manners whatsoever zero professionalism. Refused to give me a refund or another order free of charge….

When I called to replace order they hung up on me and took the phone off the hook. Horrific customer service. Do not eat there!!!! From reading other reviews it seems like they are in the habit of using out of date ingredients.

Food took over an hour to arrive! Pizza was obviously stone cold. Called the place, and the guy who picked up the phone just hung up after 15 seconds. I had also left a note asking the driver to call me when he gets here, but he decided to knock on the door instead. What's the point of having that option there if you're not even gonna read it? Shite branch, avoid if you can.

Characteristic place, nice without great pretensions. Delicious food, their soups are unique dishes with delicious noodles. All the dishes we saw passing by at the tables near us looked very inviting. Advise? Absolutely yes
