Absolutely incredible food and service! Thank you so much they had forgot sauce and drink no big deal but the driver was straight out without any hesitation. For the food it was delicious actually might be the best pizza around sittingbourne. Thank you

Ordered at 615,email came to confirm 7pm delivery,stone cold and incorrect order.rang to complain and was told would redeliver in 10 mins,now 848 pm still no delivery.have rang 3 times now lastly to be told,why don't you have it on your next order!! Not good customer service considering I spent over 65 quid

Can't comment on atmosphere because I always order delivered. But these guys are amazing! Don't be put off if their wait times are long, they always deliver before the ETA (even if you make your own pizza), and the food is always delicious! Never use anywhere else

The pizzas and sides were better than most other pizza places in the area and tasted OK. However, I had a bad stomach soon after eating here which wasn't pleasant. Understandably, I won't be returning after this experience. The prices (as with all other pizza places) are out of touch.

Fantastic Authentic Pizza, Brazilian bloke super friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing. Liking the January £5.00 offer 12” Pizza deal 👍 smart. Tasty and reasonably priced pizza from a restaurant with character.

Fantastic pizzas everytime without fail. These pizzas especially the margarita with the added buffalo mozzarella cheese are seriously the closest thing to a real pizza from Italy, especially Napoli. Never tasted anything like this in England before and very reasonably priced too.

I really enjoyed everything about my visit the food was great , the service was superb. I will add that the lemon ice cream dessert was the best ice-cream I have ever tasted . I would definitely recommend a visit.

Hi , i do not normally eat takeaways as my experience has been poor despite reviews saying different. I chose firewall as it covered most things and did so professionally. The pizza looked appetizing was great with ample more than enough topping quantities. I was informed of delivery and kept up to date . The pizza arrived hot and the delivery guy was polite and that was also appreciated. The chicken wings were superb and the milkshake . I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs re assurance in honest shop reviews , simply excellent.

Never Been in here but I have always ordered online. Food always arrives Hot and on time, The chicken strips are to die for and they always have really good customer service. They haven’t messed up an order since we started getting there food, and we must have had 20 pizzas from there now. 5/5

I've driven past 100s of times, looks completely uninviting from the outside, that said once inside its the complete opposite. Very clean tidy nice place to get a pizza from. welcoming staff, Better than dominoes and the others in every way. Dominoes is so full of chemicals and shiz, whereas this is all nice and fresh and makes for better eating u dig? Will happily go there again .

TLDR: What can I say! Great pizza, much less greasy than other takeaways. Starters have been decent but if it's all about the Pizza, this is the place to go! Full review: I ordered this for the first time a few weeks ago and was so impressed that I ignored instructions from my niece who was babysitting and asked for a dominos perperoni pizza. I went out and midway through my evening I had a text from my niece who was so impressed that she was telling all her friends to try it and wanted to know the name of the place. The base is amazing, crispy bubbles and perfectly cooked. The Ingredients for topping taste fresh because they are fresh. There are are vegan options too, although the gluten free base and vegan cheese options do cost more. I enjoy a bit of chicken with my pizza, the kids like garlic bread and the wife likes Olives and/or wedges. All the sides have been awesome (The olives in particular and I am picky when It comes to these). The wedges definitely were not from [insert random supermarket] and were delicious. On one occasion the chicken was very slightly overcooked but still worth 4/5 stars.

I ordered from this establishment last night and I’ll certainly be ordering again. My two youngers loved their kid’s pizza. A fitting portion size. I like to keep my pizza simple, pepperoni if I’m pushing society’s constraints. It reminded me of the same pizza I had on my honeymoon to Rome in 2012. A taste I thought I had forgotten. See you guys again very soon!

I will rate absolutely 5 stars for pizza and pizza man - this guy from Brazil he make awesome and tasty pizzas and he is friendly, funny and helpful man. But only 1 star for delivery mans which deliver staff pizza boxs and other products and use front doors even if customers eating inside and leave that products on the floor! Noise guys and make big mess around. That's why I rate only 2 stars.

Had a takeaway from here and it's so amazing! You could taste the pizza was fresh and it was still warm. The portion size is great for the money and their garlic and herb sauce is the best!

Staff are really helpful and friendly. The pizzas are great aswell, not doughy or greasy, really tasty. Will definitely be back.

Used them for the first time today. Asked to collect at 1. Walked in at 1 as they had freshly prepared the 2 pizzas. Very Friendly staff. Got back to work and the pizzas were amazing valve for money. Highly recommended very tasty.

Really pleased that FIREAWAY has now opened, I've been walking passed daily and seeing it progress so it was brilliant to see the doors opened. The restaurant's decor is bold and has serious impact. Being brand new it's super clean, the toilets are lovely. There are a number of tables for groups meals and there is a wide variety on the menu to suit any taste -, they also offer sweet pizza's! The stone oven makes the most beautiful pizza 🤤 I was lucky enough to take home a heart shaped pepperoni and mozzarella pizza tonight which was extremely tasty and a lovely touch for Valentines day. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly and are genuinely excited about Sittingbourne's newest pizza restaurant being open. I asked a number of questions and all were answered in depth and with strong knowledge of products and ingredients. I'm really happy to have a local pizzeria, and as I pass it daily I'm sure to be a regular. Wishing the new owners every success.
