Great service. Catered for a full family of us, very helpful and friendly. It's fireaway so of course the food was perfect too.

I went to order food and when I said to the man what I want he stop answering me and just started talking to a work in a different Lange for a few minutes then hanged up on me

The quantity of ingredients put on the pizza was too little for the price. Barely any cheese or chicken.. for their Asian Fusion.

This is the first time I have ordered from Fireaway Pizza. Almost an hour and a half to get 3 pizza's and a milkshake! Pizza's were warm, not hot and very very average. Milkshake lid was split and only found when wearing half the cup. I had to phone the shop to chase the order half an hour after being told that it had been despatched. I will not be using them again, many more better pizza shops in the area.

Good pies and good deals. Always tastes better than you think they're going to. Pretty legit.

Excellent service and let my explain what I mean. I had arranged a birthday party and I had to collect 9 pizzas. The manager was such a nice guy that he made fresh pizzas in front of me and gave me 2 hot boxes (delivery guys use) so that my pizzas stay nice and hot. And on top he made a complementary Nutella pizza for the kids. After about 1 Hour I opened the pizzas and they were still hot. Everyone loved. Full marks for excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Shocking service never turned up although ringing to confirm order. Would never use or suggest to anyone ever again. Was gonna decent service untill a few weeks ago, now wouldn't even order food for my dog, don't know what happened but please sort out!!!!

The pizza and garlic bread was delicious and hot! It was worth the wait. Not to mention, the Milkshake, enjoyed it so much, I had 2 Vanilla ones! (a bit of an over indulgence! ). You want decent pizza, go to Fireway. Photos next time! I tucked in before thinking to take some photos!

Pathetic food service ordered Asian fusion special pizza and literally it has the worst topping with nothing on it..

The salad served alongside the peperoni calzone was a disappointment. The greens were visibly old and had a distinct unpleasant odor. Freshness is key when it comes to salads, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking. On the brighter side, the Meat Head Pizza and BBQ Boss Pizza were highlights of the meal.

Great value & even better tasting pizzas

I got this delivered yesterday, and the service was very good. Only had to wait 20-30 minutes, which is fantastic compared to past experiences I have had with restaurants. The cheese was so good, it was buffalo mozzarella, the pepperoni and meatballs went so well with the pizza, and even ordered chicken as a side. Lovely food 😋

After a mediocre service and assurances that it was a one off, completely let down again last night (Sunday 31st March). Having placed an order at 23:45 with a delivery time given of 00:10 (knew there would be some delay as time given wasn’t viable) three phone calls later and offered an apology with complimentary food. Eventually arrived at 01:15 with ONE free milkshake on an order of circa £50. A real shame considering pizzas are very good, but very much once bitten, twice shy! Booked using Uber Eats, app never updated until delivery was made! Do not bother, avoid the stress, poor and trustworthy customer service.

Excellent. It is surprising how good these guys are. The pizza is fresh and authentic. Customer service is also great too. I always get served fast and the guys seem to have a spring in their step and love what they do.

Thought we'd try something different, and so glad we did. We thought the pizzas might be a little smaller than some of the other chains, but one pizza is more than enough for an adult. Traditional style pizza oven with a rotating base gives an authentic char to the base. Well topped without being too much allowing the base to properly cook. Had some wedges and wings. Wedges we're barely cooked and not great, but the wings were soft and juicy. Good value for money and good service. This will become a regular.

Terrible tasteless pizza. The store seems hygienic and the staff polite, but the standard of pizza is shockingly below par. I think the only reason for sales is the lack of options in the area. I hope you guys can improve.

I tried something different from Dominoes. Average quality pizza which is expensive for what you get. I ordered a delivery, the speed to delivery was good, however the pizza did not have and crunchy chewy texture like stone baked pizza should have. It was more like bready consistency. I had the Pepperoni and my partner had the Roma. The quality of toppings needs improvement.

The pizzas are nice, but the salads were not very good. They do very late delivery which is good.

Despite ordering two large pizzas, we found the toppings to be quite sparse. I had to search for chicken and meatballs, making it seem more like bread with a hint of cheese rather than a true pizza.

Good pizza, quite expensive, not the best but definitely in top positions in Basingstoke, friendly staff which I wish they would try and speak a bit more clear, I have issues everytime I order on the phone or even in person also I wish some they would wear gloves while making the pizza or other food. But nice to have different kind of pizza made inside proper oven.

Rubbish pizza and expensive too. I ordered 2 pizzas by ph and they said £15 bill and when my husband picked they charged £20 . We paid £20 for the pizza that goes in to the bin because no one liked.

Pizzas have become expensive and ingredients have almost vanished. Ordered BBQ boss pizza and there was hardly and toppings. Even cheese was very less and pizza was all burnt. Staff was very rude and unhygienic too. After making pizza , he will wash his hands and wipe them with his trousers. Would not be going there again for sure.

Only disappointing thing about the food here is could be cooked more for longer and be nice for it to arrive hot not cold .. staff seem good and good with times

Amazing service - confirmation of your order via Just eat is simple, yet much appreciated feature. Food itself arrived quickly, neatly packed. Main and side warm and tasty, drink still chilled. Multiple deals whether you go for delivery or stop by in store (walking distance from train station). Several options both in mains as well as sides (savoury along with many sweet options). Plethora of drinks/beverages to go for. Will be happy to order more in future!

Never ever thought I'd give fireaway a 2 star but after tonight I had to. Ordered it whilst on my way home from the pub was a little quicker than expected. However there is no tracking or anything of the sort. So by my surprise when I got home it said it was delivered, no phone call or anything :/ I looked around to see if they left it at the door and again nothing. Very disappointed with today and upset with somewhere that is normally very good and nice

Disgusting service. My order never arrived after paying and trying to contact them with no response. Worst delivery experience I have ever had from anywhere. I had just moved house as well so had no food which made it worse. Don't offer a service you aren't willing to fulfill.

I ordered a pizza from here over a year ago and it was an absolute disgrace, I meant to leave a review then but never got round to it. Recently my workplace ordered a bunch of pizzas from here and what I received and they were charged for was beyond a joke. So I had to come on and review because the place should be ashamed of themselves. My first pizza I ordered (full price) was vegan cheese-less pizza, as I don’t even like vegan cheese. I paid for the toppings mushroom, pepper, onion & spinach. The pizza arrived burnt, the tomato paste was not only scarce - considering I had no cheese so pizza companies usually use more paste to keep the pizza juicy - the paste was completely dried up. The toppings were even worse. Spinach (what was there of it) was shrivelled and burnt to a crisp, barely any green showing. More black than green. And I had, no joke or exaggeration here, literally ONE TEENY TINY slice of mushroom and pepper per pizza triangle. One triangle didn’t even get a mushroom. It was pathetic. Totally out of order to be so stingy on any pizza but let along a full price one that you BURNT. How they thought delivering that would be acceptable or appetising I don’t know. I wish I’d stuck to my trusty favourites Pizza express and Papa Johns but someone had told me the pizzas here were really nice. I have since spoken to many people who agree with me that they are poor and overpriced. Just recently, my workplace did a huge pizza order from here for the office. I asked in advance for them to supply one vegan pizza with no cheese and your standard veggie toppings - mushroom, onion, pepper. Sure it was rubbish last time but this time it was free soooo! At first they didn’t even send the pizza. What turned up was just a bunch of vegan margaritas. The lady then called to say they hadn’t sent the one veggie pizza with no cheese. She brought it to my desk, and to say that this was absolutely despicable that a restaurant could even send that out claiming it is a ‘pizza’ let along CHARGE for it is, believe me, an understatement. I wish I had taken pictures of both but I was just so annoyed it went straight in the bin. What turned up was literally pizza bread and dried on tomato paste. It was disgusting. How can you even call that a pizza?! It is bread and tomato paste! Like how can you work in a pizza restaurant and not understand you work around VEGETABLES that are totally acceptable on a vegan pizza. I mean it’s in the name, VEGETABLES, right?! Honestly disgraceful, they should be ashamed of themselves, especially with the likes of Pizza Express etc now offering such incredible vegan ranges where they don’t just include TONS of (you guessed it) VEGETABLES (and aren’t stingy with them in the slightest) but they also have mock meats and tons of flavour and juices added even without cheese. I really wasn’t asking for much from this place. But if you’re capable of putting a load of meat toppings on for meat eaters pizzas. Then it surely can’t be that difficult to add a load of veggies to a vegan pizza. Moral of the story. Stick to the well known pizza restaurants and don’t buy here. It’s not worth it.

Ordering was a hassle, didn't even show the ingredients of the pizza on their website! Couldn't order online, couldn't order on the App. Called up and the women was massively unhelpful. Just didn't bother ordering in the end as a massive hassle

Best place to customers your pizza and good quality pizza

Pizza was OK but place inside was filthy. Couldn't sit down anywhere because pizza boxes, empty cans, used tissues, crumbs & left overs on every table. Toilet is out of service. Also a table is being used as a store room by the looks of things. Place is going down hill.

Tasty takeaway pizzas, wood fired, giving a more authentic taste to the pizzas, price is around average, take-aways are ready when required.

Visited here a number of times. Very good pizza with great prices. Clean and modern cooked in front of you. Staff are friendly. Definately my 1st choice for pizza in Basingstoke.

Lovely food lovely staff nice looking shop. took my two boys in there had a eat in lunch they loved it and the lady gave 2 capri suns on house for the kids thanks lady.

BETTER THAN DOMINOS We've had Fireaway pizza twice now. The food is fantastic, has turned up speedily both times, so fresh and delicious. Pizzas are perfectly cooked and the chicken strips are innncredible

Hello, I have been eating pizza in many places but this one is unique! Always perfectly cooked, simple but high quality ingredients. The dough is delicious, you will never have any stomach problems like after other, well advertised pizzas(especially the one witch starts with d)... I’m a chef witch 15 years of experience, really fussy and grumpy 😉 and seriously I can say only positive thinks about this pizza place. The only think witch is missing in the menu is tomatoes as a pizza ingredient, that’s it. I assume that it’s because of the fact that there is a delicious tomato sous on the bottom. The Queen Margarita is almost addictive😉This is a real Mediterranean experience, not cheap american style pizza for stoners. If I could advise the owners, it would be the production of homemade garlic sous because it goes perfectly with this pizza🙂. In Fireaway pizza you can also buy Italian fuzzy drinks witch have 22% of juice inside,from Bibite Polara Company(Sicily). The one witch bloody orange is so good that I started to buy it in big amounts from Italian seller. Side portions are decent, you will never complain about that. Delivery is always on time, they are really well organised. I ordered at least 10 times and it was never late. Was travelling through Basingstoke by train late and looked on Google maps they are less than a minute out of the station so order online for collection. Some of the best pizza I have had in a long while at a good price and very friendly staff definitely travaling though Basingstoke hungry again.

Blaring rap music which I don't mind but I do when I'm hearing about how much the artist busts you know whats on b***s and I have my 7 year old son with me disgusting. Tasteless! I was really excited to try Fireaway after their take away menu landed in my mail. I was looking forward to a great stone fired pizza, unfortunately what I got was a tasteless mess. I ordered the Queen Margherita as a calzone (toppings: Tomato Base, Mozzarella, Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil, Oregano) The dough tasted undercooked & I think someone forgot to put any sauce in mine. I had 2 or 3 basil leaves & I couldn't taste any oregano. The only thing I could taste were the black olives I added in my order & about 4 pounds of buffalo mozzarella. I should have heeded the other bad reviews - don't make the same mistake!

O-M-G!! The food is DIVINE! Literally feel like I'm back in Rome or Venice, enjoying a PROPER pizza! Not the greasy pizza hut/dominoes kind. Thank you for also doing a gluten free base! I can only enjoy this food in Italy usually as the gluten free pizzas in this country are awful. The buffalo caprese is so lovely and refreshing, and the Nutella milkshake, oh my! Amazing, amazing, amazing 👏 I will definitely be a regular ☺

One of if not the best pizza bar in Basingstoke. Simple but great ingredients with everything being fresh. The pizza is cooked is stone baked so waiting time is very minimal and the taste is close to authentic. I can highly recommend it to anyone!

Food took just over an hour for local delivery and arrived cold. Too many olives in my opinion. Pizza would be much better warm/hot. Disappointing.

Disappointing: Long hair baked into the pizza. Also, topping was thin and taste underwhelming. Requested a refund, which I was promised, but never received despite following it up multiple times.

The special pizza was amazing. Best pizza joint on town. The milkshake was nice as well. Good customer service and kind colleagues.
