Myself and my partner visit fireaway regularly, they have lots of great deals on meaning it is a really fresh reasonable takeaway for us! I can’t understand these reviews!!! Not greasy at all like other pizza takeaway, always cooked to order in front of us! Can’t go wrong! Big Thankyou to the guy always behind the counter, always friendly a genuine guy. Highly recommend Fireaway Broadstone! Love love love ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pizza wasn’t very hot when it got here but was still tasty

Disappointed that you have halved the content of the size of your salad. Won’t be ordering that again.

The delivery driver was really helpful and good and the food was great and packed full of toppings.

I echo what everyone else is saying. Back in lockdown, their pizzas were lovely. However, now they taste like cardboard, probably worse. In times when it is expensive to eat out and it’s become a treat, I would avoid at all costs.

Always good delivery and food from Fireaway Broadstone. We do however have a problem with the Just Eat StampCards/Loyalty Rewards. On my account it is not showing any StampCards rewards from our participating Restaurant Fireaway Broadstone. Can you help me with obtaining the rewards and back dating the orders taken? Lovely, just a shame they forgot to add the turkey that was supposed to be on it.

Brilliant customer service and great food

We used to love this place because it was authentic and really good quality. The products they now use have gone down in quality, the cheese is all plasticky and it just doesn't have that authentic food fired feel now. Disappointing. It was also quite cold on delivery! The crispy chicken strips were really nice though.

6 tasty pizzas. Still hot on arrival. The pesto pizza was a particular hit!

Food tasted fresh and different from other pizzas,, ( but it was not hot ) only just warm

Avocado couldn’t be eaten. Brown and overripe. Buffalo mozzarella salad was slimy and past its best.

Really lovely pizza. Tasty base and good quality toppings. It was quite late though, but it was a Friday night. Maybe just add a bit more time onto the expected delivery slot? Would definitely order again though.

driver got lost and went to on a magic adventure for an hour, when the pizza arrived it was cold, drinks were wrong(full sugar instead of diet for a diabetic), all in pretty awful

food was half an hour late and received the wrong order. absolutely fuming.

It took a while to find a driver so we waited a long time for the food, but he was super helpful about tracking us down at the theatre! And the pizza got a big thumbs up.

Have ordered from here before and food was amazing, unfortunately this time around it looked like the pizza may have been dropped or tipped on its side during delivery as almost all of my topping had slid off and ended up as a blob of goo in the corner of the box with soggy pizza base. I know these things happen but when I spent £15 on a pizza I was hoping for one I could eat and enjoy.

Shocking service from just eat. My food was sat waiting at the restaurant for nearly 40 minutes. Can't fault Fireaway as they contacted me to let me know it was ready and I'd be better off coming to collect it myself

Used be a fair good spot for pizza. But we hadn't been in a few months and some changes have sent them plummeting down in my it books. Price rises: Used to pay £24.95 for our family pizzas. Literally the same thing now, costs £34.95. A full £10 more. They are also far more difficult around swapping items. And to top in off... Quality of food: Rubbish quality of food. Again, used to be good, but now shocking. Surely the price increase would mean better quality but no, it's dropped off a cliff. Wouldn't recommend, will be heading to Wood Fired in Wimborne next time.

Excellent pizza, perfectly cooked and very tasty.

This is the second time I’ve had one of your pizzas and being gluten free I find some pizzas really tough to eat but I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza from Fireaway, better than Pizza Hut or dominoes!. The only thing I will say is that I don’t know why people who are vegan or gluten-free are charged extra for the gluten-free base or for the vegan cheese

Burnt crusts. Not a great pizza at all.

The pizza is lovely! Not the usual greasy base like it can be! I paid for the extra cheese which Is certainly the right thing to do! The garlic bread aswell THE BEST AROUND! I’ve tried all their chicken toppings and well the chilli honey is definitely the best! Next thing on the list is to try their milkshakes unfortunately today they were unbelievable but heard great things! Delivery was spot on originally said later however came 20 mins earlier! I’m going to divide opinions but all I would’ve liked to change is being able to put pineapple on 😅 apart from that it’s perfect!

Delivery was quick but pizza was quite average - not enough tomato or cheese really which made it a bit dry. Quite expensive for what it is in my opinion.

Delicious food and quality ingredients

Food was over an hour late, tried to call the restaurant with no answer. Food eta was updated after order was delivered. Pizza was cold and side order of wedges had 5 wedges in.

Order came really quickly but the build your own pizzas had a complete lack of topping - we thought there was no chicken on the pizzas, you had to dig under the cheese to find the tiny bits. Terrible customer service from the restaurant when called to complain.

Very poor pizzas after having had very good pizzas during lockdown similar to review below. Ordered a chicken pizza but couldn't find the chicken until finding a few squares no bigger than sweetcorn, previously had proper bits of chicken . Feel completely ripped off £43 for 3 very substandard pizzas. When called to complain all they did was send me pictures of their tray of ingredients. Was previously very complimentary of their pizzas but not now.

All good but the toppings wasn’t great and wasn’t spread very evenly. Delivery was 5 minutes early, pretty good. But crust really dry and wasn’t cut very well.

Food was never delivered!!! Restaurant didn’t even care when ringing, now over £25 out of pocket and no food. Absolutely shocking

Way overpriced for not exactly good pizza. The avocado salad was a particular disappointment, it contained three lettuce leaves, three cherry tomatoes and about a thousand olives with a small sprinkle of avacado.on top

Some of the best pizza I've ever had! The staff was amazing, and gave us fantastic recommendations which turned out to be perfect!! If you enjoy pizza literally at all just go here, you won't be disappointed!

BRILLIANT SERVICE,LOVELY FOOD AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We frequent these guys via just eat. And normally it's really good and we prefer them over pizza hut or dominoes. But our last visit (last night), I found a massive piece of plastic in the dough of the Nutella pizza.

Awfully, awfully long wait for a pizza on a Tuesday night. Waited for over 30min only to get home and find out the order was wrong…..

Not only was an item in our order missing and the only options we were given were to get a refund or collect, no attempt was made to re-deliver. As it happens the food was so terrible we didn't miss the pizza. Completely different to what we'd ordered from this place 2 years ago when it was restaurant quality food. Now it's extremely expensive for a pizza you can get from any takeaway. Definitely wouldn't order from here again.

Really excellent quality pizzas and calzone was delicious. Side salad was lovely too and the kinder cookie was insane!!! Delivery was surprisingly fast. Will definitely order again!

Closed for no reason on a monday night even with posters up in window for a Monday deal .not even the decency to put a note up in window stating was closed .poor and lazy customer service

Turned up to buy pizza for dinner, they located the doors before closing time. They could see we wanted to come in to order food but wouldn’t let us in. The pizza oven was still roaring. Why have a closing time if you decide you’re gonna close before closing time and not let people in who clearly want to buy your product. We didn’t turn up just before closing either. The staff seemed to want an early night on this night.

We ordered as we'd previously had really nice pizzas delivered 2 years ago in lockdown and fancied something better than a standard takeaway pizza. Sadly, not only did they forget to send one of our pizzas (then said their driver was very busy and could we collect) but the pizzas were nothing like they were previously. No better than a cheap takeaway, except not cheap! I think they are under different ownership and not for the better.

Terrible terrible food. Cold, flavourless and uninspiring. It appeared the makers were told to try to hide the blandness with an excess of bland toppings. The garlic bread was bitter and sharp. I wish I'd just ordered a Domino's instead!

Didn't expect it to be a pizza you have to eat with a knife and folk as the topping where too large and the pizza fell apart unable to pull out a slice so preparation was extremely poor. Did taste nice clearly fresh so will consider again if I get different toppings

On time-ish. I wish the message to not ring the bell, please call with my phone number put in the message actually got read. Every time except 1 that we order through just eat we put the note, please call and do not ring the bell. Causes me so many problems every time. Tried shouty capitals and everything. The restaurant are great but stopped tipping the drivers now. Pretty simple request really! Not happy just eat. Sort your delivery staff out

Amazing food. But the delivery becomes later and later and later. 55£ to wait for over 2 hrs from the time of the order is far to much .

At the writing of this the food still hasn’t arrived! It is now over an hour late, despite calling the restaurant and assured it would be with me with me ASAP. Poor service, poor excuses! If your having issues delivering do the decent thing and let the customer know!

We love to order from fire away in Broadstone !!!! It never disappointed us ! The quality of the pizza is on top all the time and the staff it is always friendly!! Definitely recommend it!!!!!🍕

Pizza base is tough and lacks any crust. Toppings are OK but the prices are too high for this kind of output. Stay away from Fireaway!

30 minutes late, food was cold. not even an apology from the driver. recieved a text that it had been delivered when we hadnt even recieved it. Will not be ordering from them again.
