Absolutely amazing tasting food the best home made coleslaw and home made garlic sauce ever. Chicken sandwich is fantastic and so is the lamb donar highly recommended. Local friendly kebab house, good food, great staff and service. Definitely try this place out especially if you fancy pizza...best in town !!!!

Waited about 50 minutes for two kebabs, just terrible. They were ok at best, nothing exceptional.

I waited over 70 mins for a delivery after being told it would be 30-40 mins. The menu states no longer than 50 mins. He also tried to charge me delivery cost even though menu says free delivery. The bloke then finally turned up with my food still expected me to pay for it even though I told him I didn’t want it any more.

Love this place and it's recently improved massively. I normally go for the chicken sandwich meal, which is HUGE, comes with chips and a drink, all for under a tenner but everything else I've tried has been top notch too. Staff are always friendly too.

Ordered a take away and after looking at facebook and having high hopes i was so disaponited. Food was so salty that i couldnt eat it. Wish id stuck to my usual place. 🤢

Over an hour and a half wait for kebabs. Terrible, called twice in half an hour (after it was already late) to be told both times it was on its way. We live in Poole, not out of county!

We ordered two chicken kebabs tonight & a small portion of chips. The chips were stone cold & the kebabs weren't much warmer, so had to microwave the lot. The kebabs were tasty but the chips were not great. It's a shame as used to use flames at least once a fortnight.

Friendly staff with quick service with fresh food and great prices very affordable They do a selection of food such as pizza, kebabs,chicken burgers & sandwiches, mix of kids meals and a range of fizzy drinks The pizza is buy 1 get 1 free they are delicious and are a very of sizes which you can choose from with a variety of flavours and toppings The kebabs they do a choice of meat such as doner and chicken nicely cooked and you get plenty taste good and comes with salad and sauce if wanted Chicken burgers are nice usual sort of size can choose Lettuce and mayonnaise if want Chicken sandwiches are very big crispy chicken in a bun very nice and can also come with Lettuce and mayonnaise There is a selection of kids meals such as chicken nuggets and chips, sausage and chips and comes with a fruit shoot

Orded food from them, which never arrived. Phoned them and the answer was that the driver couldn't find the adres and went home The food on the just eat was marked as delivered and never seen the face of it Contacted the restaurant, and they said they would give me de food next day. i refused and asked for a refund. The person on the phone agreed. Haven't seen that either .

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered yesterday through Food Hub. When I received my order the pizza was completely folded up and squashed against the edge of the box and every item we had ordered was cold. The chips were stale and the kebab meat was so bland it had no flavour. As anyone would do, contacted Food Hub and requested a refund for the order as often order from Flames but this order was far below their usual standard. The agent tried to call the restaurant twice and spoke to the manager on our behalf. The manager refused a refund twice. He offered a replacement order which I did not want as we would have had to wait a further hour + for this to turn up and would only be disappointed by another cold order turning up. Apparently the restaurant cannot offer refunds for orders, only replacements but seems silly as either way they'd be losing money. Genuinely so disappointed with this severe lack of customer service and will certainly not be using Flames again now as it's clear they are only after the money and don't care about the food quality or customer service.

Terrible on delivery taken 1:30 hours outrageous

Was suddenly surprised today, was very tasty. I had previously tried flames a while ago, wasn't impressed several times previously. Gave them ago again tonight and was impressed, I had the flames special burger and it was value for money, tasty and warm. Will certainly try again 😀 Downside, online says open till 1am, but they close at 11:30pm, so couldn't order chips when I arrived and wanted something else with my burger.

Absolute joke of a takeaway! Has been over 2 hours waiting for our food. No apology when I phoned up and nothing to try and make up for it being so long. No explanation and told me they would give us a free drink next time we order from them! Which won’t be happening!

Multiple kebabs ordered, The majority of the food was nice, but the lamb shish cubes had a weired texture. (Possibly a different cooking method?)

Lovely little take away and rarely make a mistake. Only thing is sometimes delivery can take longer but that has never worries us. Delicious food, easy to get too, plenty parking outside, looks clean

I ordered two chicken burgers and a garlic bread pizza. Garlic bread was genuinely amazing. Unfortunately there was so much mayo on the burgers they were inedible. I am in no way exaggerating when I say significantly over an inch thick layer of mayonnaise covering the whole thing and coating the inside of the box despite the grease proof paper lining the inside. Left me and my friend feeling unwell and we didn’t even try and eat it. Something very wrong happened here.

This good value. Very friendly for its location. I pass other takeaways to use this one.

Absolutely shocking! Open until midnight yet stop cooking at 2330hrs. Asked at 2335hrs why aren't you cooking food and was told "we stop at 2330hrs to clean and shut at midnight"!?

Today was the second time the delivery person has claimed they had no change on a,£16 order, the last time I tipped the 4 pounds change, this time I sent him away and popped to McDonald's, clearly a scam to increase wages....... Not impressed...

First they apparently deliver my order to somebody else, then they took another 2 hours to redeliver to me, what then turned up was stone cold! Update - So they refused a refund but offered a free meal as a replacement. I ordered again tonight and it did turn up hot and on time. I may have just caught them on a bad night, but better customer service that night would have saved a one star review.

Always delicious food. Pizza's are definitely better than any big chain. Kebabs are great, onion rings awsome etc etc etc. If had to change 1 thing it would be the chilli sauce could be better but thats it. Will keep ordering and recommend 100%

Best pizza my other half has ever had as a spicy one!! (Chicken spicy with chilli base) mine was also bloody lovely. Brilliant and within the time frame of delivery. Well done hope it’s the same next time!?

Ordered via just est at 7:30. After chasing once and then calling to cancel after they refused to refund us the food arrived after we cancelled via just eat at 10!!! We refused it!!! Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.

2hrs waiting for an order called them after it they said that it was delivered.... oh yes it will be half hour more, cancelled the order. Absolute joke might as well have walked and had a collection!

Lovely bit of fish….. NOT! They want me to walk back in the rain so they can check it and IF it is burnt they will cook another one. They do delivery but won’t bring another. Jokes someone has packaged this up laughing!

Never get deli belly from this place Even make sure mushrooms are cooked after my husband food as he has an allergy to them they go out of their way to please us fussy customers:) Salad is always fresh and crunchy can't fault this place at all :)

Arrived on time, however the food was completely cold. The chips tasted like they were cooked hours ago, and the kebab was one of the worst I have ever had. Worst part though, I found a hair in my wrap, not just the strand but with root and all!! Never ordering from there again!

We love this kebab place. Yep it takes them a little while to get the food to us, but the quality and portion size is definitely worth the wait. I always ask for extra chilli's or separate sauce and they always give us extra. Wouldn't order anywhere else 👍

DONT EAT HERE, The staff don't seam to care and take ages to serve you and then when they do the food is cold DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE I wouldn't eat here again after seeing the state thier shops in looks like a case for food Poisoning to me.

This is poor nearly 2hrs to be told they only have 1 driver, fair play but at least tell us or give a different timescale for deliver. Horrendous not ordering here again suggest if you are reading this you do the same. I could of walked the 3 odd miles and made it myself in this timeframe. JOKES

I ordered food from the takeaway at 9 o’clock. After two hours the food still haven’t arrived and I fell asleep. The delivery driver left my order in the car park outside my block of flats overnight. When I found it the following afternoon I contacted the restaurant only to be told that it was my own fault. They claimed they had no control over the fact that it was two hours late as they haven’t employed enough delivery drivers. I explained that they didn’t actually deliver the food, they just abandoned it near to me but the rude employee refused to give me a refund or even apologise. Rude rude people. Customer service non-existent. I was a regular customer but will never use them again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I don't even want to give them 1 star ordered my food waiting for my order the delivery bloke came back straight in the shop wearing no mask went straight behind the counter picked up my pitta bread to turn it over he was wiping his nose before this didn't even wash his hands I told them to cancel my order the bloke behind the counter did say he would swop my pitta but didn't fancy it after this I find it hard there is no food hygiene rating in the shop been going there for 5 years will never spend anymore money there

Absolute joke of a takeaway, ordered at 4pm for an early tea, 90 minutes to receive our food only to find no salads, then waited an additional 35 minutes for salad! One star for the delivery driver and lad on the phone who I may have had a go at. My apologies to you both.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Ordered at 4pm, told 45 mins. Hour and half later food arrived minus the salad after a phone call! Further phone call and 35 more minutes for the salad!!! Absolute joke. Will not be ordering from Flames ever again.

Agree with a lot of the earlier comments. Have been buying from here for years and its really gone down hill. There was a 55 mins wait for delivery. Its now 30 minutes late and yet they keep saying its out for delivery. The order through just eat now says another 15 minutes.... so someone is lying. Wont be using again

Was told 45 minutes, 45 minutes later was told 5 minutes. I then spent 20 minutes waiting outside for them not to turn up. Waited over an hour and a half, kept ringing them with no answer. My food simply didn’t turn up at all, I’ve never known anything like it. I wouldn’t mind but Im staying 3 minutes down the road!

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Absolutely appalled. We ordered it at 6pm to arrive at 7pm. At 7.45pm we still hadn't heard anything so I phoned them and they said it was on its way. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we waited. At 8pm it arrived stone cold, wet (???) And some of the order missing. I phoned again to say what had happened and the response was "it's on its way" again I repeated myself as to what had happened and he mumbled something to me, I said pardon and he hung up on me. It's safe to say we will NOT be buying food from them again. I don't normally leave reviews however I was so appalled by this I felt I had to.

Completely avoid this place!!! We ordered at 11.10pm, we double checked and it said the shop stops taking orders at 12.30am and closes at 1am! After waiting over a hour for our delivery by this time it was around 12.30am we tried contacting the shop no one would pick up the phone. By 1am still no order called again, but again no contact with the shop. We gave up and went to bed, i can not believe a shop would completely ignore a customers order!!! Annoyed and angry is a understatement!

Absolute piss poor service. DO NOT USE. Put my order on Just Eat at 7 in the evening. Food was due to be delivered at 8. Called them up at 8:30 as I was still awaiting my order. Got told it's on it's way. 9:00 still no order. Called up again to be fobbed off with lies and excuses. After losing my patience and a few choice words they admitted they had not even done the order. Order cancelled and went elsewhere. I cannot stress enough how bad this service is. You have been warned if you do choose to use it. If you're hungry, you'll be waiting a long time.

Do not use. We found pubes in are pizzas twice now! Just disgusting. Will not be using again. Delivery time took 2 hours 30 mins! Terrible service, not even an apology! Kept fobbing us off saying was 5 mins away!

Popped in this evening for first time. Had a donner kebab and a chicken shish kebab, BEST KEBABS IN POOLE! Good friendly service, and terrific kebabs, I am a big eater and the large donner was very filling, my wife's medium chicken shish was immense. Good helping of lovely salad too. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. Thanks again Nige

Shocking delivery times. We ordered 2 hours ago and the food still has not arrived. Having phoned 3 times and being fobbed off with “it will be there in 5-10 minutes” they then proceeded to give me the delivery driver’s number to chase him myself. Appalling customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not worth 1 star. Half our order wes delivered wrong, sounded like a 12 year old on the phone when I phoned them up to sort it. No apologie given, driver re delivered and still no apologie, not even a free bag of chips thrown in. Will not order again from here or reccomend, will be telling people to avoid.

The best kebab in the area. You won't find better in this price! Delivery is always on time with me but maybe because i live quite close. I'd give 5/5 but i was disappointed by their pizza's being too fatty and tasteless. But kebabs are definitely good and the salad that comes with it is always fresh which is not always the case with other kebab shops i have tried!

Delivery was 20mins late and after calling several times I eventually got through to be shouted at and interrupted by a rude man saying "on its way" after asking why just eat says it's been delivered he then just shouted "it's on it's way, 5mins" so rude. Will not be ordering from them again!

First order great, second order missing 4 pitta breads from the kebab special - not much I’d a kebab without pitta. Third order (last weekend) chips and garlic bread missing - phone and they say they will send them out. 20 mins later had to call them to tell them leave it as we had eaten or takeaway so please refund me - still waiting for refund!! Won’t be using them again! Shame as the food that has arrived has been nice even though it takes a while for the delivery driver to find the house and the food isn’t overly hot

Last three occasions delivery has taken over an hour and food has been tepid. This is a shame as service in the past has been good. Will now look for an alternative

They mess up your order all the time never on time always late ever time you order this time I ordered and it took 1hour and 50min and every time you ring them they tell you it's on it's way tand for the staff there so rude when there on the phone the only time there happy is when there taking your money

Worst, most stodgy pizza we've ever had! We had 2 different pizzas but couldn't differentiate between them, all we could taste was the amount of grease and stodge. I'd expect this from a skegness holiday pizza place where they only see someone once and not repeat business. Very disappointed! Waste of nearly £20 😠

We ordered 4 times the family kebab and it was the best kebab ever. Good portion good price and everything was fresh. To be fair they always tell you how long you have to wait but in my opinion it's worth to wait.

Have had the odd takeaway for over a year now from flames.. and very consistently good best takeaway north of Poole give them a go ... spot on ..

Totally torn on this review. Honestly the shish kebabs at this place are the nicest I've had- genuinely lush salad, and tastes really fresh and actually healthy. The pizzas are really bloody good value at 241 all the time and they are really tasty (better than dominos) with so many options for different bases and sauces etc and always fresh when they arrive. If I were basing this review alone on food- for a kebaby, its pretty damn awesome. However they are ALWAYS late and the customer service absolutely sucks when you call and chase them. Typically takes over 1 hour for food, sometimes up to 90 mins and they are really not interested when you call them to find out where it is. It lets them down hugely. An honest and reasoned review. Order well in advance is my only advice!
