Absolutely shocking if I could leave a no start review I would. Took money out my account but told us food was on its way then said they didn’t have it when went to the shop ourself

Ordered via Just Eat and must say food was delicious. We had a big group order of kebabs, pizza and sides whilst we were camping and they delivered to the campsite with no problem. Only thing I would say is the food took 1hr 45 to get to us but we were around 15 miles away from the takeaway but the food was delivered piping hot! Very happy campers.

Food poisoning galore, was a regular and never going back again! Expensive too and have been over charged.

Order has had some stuff missing this delivery but they brought it bak out to us. N this delivery iv just come home the kids have had ther food but there drinks or ice wasn't with the order the ice cream alone was £7 each n the drinks were £1.20. If u want missing items from ur order n when ring to say u am missing the items they hang the phone up. Advised not to order

chicken was not cooked properly, there was pink bits and rubbery chicken

It seems that the owners/workers seem to think that they are doing a service for the clientele. Rather than providing a serice. Expect, inappropriate Judgement on what you wear ot you order. Expect to be "thankfull" they served you. Plan a little earlier, and order from somewhere that appreciates your business.

Missing item, you phone them and they start talking like gangsters saying nothing they can do i must phone just eat to get a refund, that was not the case so i went straight to the shop and got my refund. Very poor customer service!

Ordered food 1.5 hours ago, hasn’t arrived even though app says it’s been delivered! Called the place 21 times in total and no answer from anyone!!!!! Everywhere else is shut now so can’t even order food from elsewhere, fuming!!!!

AVOID AVOID ABOID Some of the worst food we’ve ever had. Took nearly half an hour to be delivered. Most of the food was cold. Missing a whole meal from the order. Phoned up to find out what had happened and they yelled down the phone before putting us on hold and ignoring us. Phoned back 3 times and no answer. Food itself was awful quality. Chips clearly not cooked fresh and just left to sit. Kebabs had next to no salad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We rang to ask where the food was as it was late and they had told us they had left the food at the front gate of my caravan park and they had said they called and I have no miss calls at all got to the gate to find no food there I’m extremely annoyed as I had payed 40£ for this food and would suggest you don’t order from here! They was extremely rude on the phone afterwards aswell and when I asked for a refund they ended the phone

Best kerbab I've had in ages, really nice delivery drivers and lovely people, have order from here 3 times and food is always hot and tastes amazing. Will carry on eating from here for a long time .

so not only did the driver call me to say that the buzzer isnt working, when it was, he left the food outside, in the rain, letting it cold. when i got my food, the meat was so tough, it was more tough than my leather running shoes, the pizza tasted like perfume for some weird reason, the kebab was somewhat ok. it was sadly 35£ well wasted

Whole order was sodden wet, the kebab was well overcooked and when you ask for cheese they shove mountains of unflavoured grated cheese over it. Looks like cat food. The chips are severely overcooked and chicken nuggets are like mush in your mouth. Would never order from them again!

Bit of a problem with the drinks, but all sorted only problem was they put creamy mint sauce on my kebab and ruined it.

Ordered a kofte kebab and got cut up quarter pounders in a pitta instead 😂🤷🤦 clowns and you should never order from them

ordered cheesy chips and they forgot the cheese. burger was soggy and had way too much sauce. the chips were soggy and like cardboard. just order anywhere else.

Really awful customer service when called to complain about incorrect item delivered was informed by the owner that they don’t stock that item so I can’t have ordered it. I pointed out that it shouldn’t be on the options list on just eat for them then. I was then shouted at by the owner and told to F off and never order from them again. Safe to say I will never order from them again and will tell anyone I know not to either and about this awful experience. This company should not be operating as they clearly don’t value customers when they treat them so disrespectfully. If I had complained face to face I dread to think what the owner would have done as his tone was very aggressive towards me.

Good food, order accuracy needs some work. kids meal was missing the blackcurrant and the salad came with coleslaw that was specifically excluded so the white cream would not be on everything.

Used this place for years. As food is always good quality and fresh. Plus the price is reasonable and the staff are always friendly and will talk to my little girl when she comes in with me and waits.

Food was delivered at the very end of the estimated time. Most of it was cold/room temperature. The pizzas lacked a decent amount of toppings. there was minimal salad/coleslaw on the kebab. Generally speaking, not good.

food wasn't delivered, waited well over 2 hours for it, called after it was 20 minutes late and the staff just said sorry mate it'll only be another few minutes so i waited but there was still no sign of it, so I tried calling again but they don't answer the phone so i can only guess that my food isn't going to be delivered at this point. very disappointed as i really like this takeway.

We were more than happy it was early!! After a long day was starving!Hot n Fresh food, Pizza tasty with LOTS of toppings! their chicken nuggets are real chicken, almost like chicken balls you would get from a Chinese! was a lovely Thursday treat - fab service as always - Thanks guys! just wish you did ribs (Lamb ribs, with fried chicken coating smothered in BBQ sauce would go down a treat!we are really craving some!) hint hint 😉 thanks again guys - the "leftover pizza" went down a treat today😋

I rang Capital & Pizza take away asking where my food was as the app stated it'd been delivered . He told me that he left 20 mins ago. He wasn't helpful and put the phone down on me. The chicken was ok but the lamb was very tough. Definitely not worth the money.By the time the food arrived it was just warm. Definitely would not recommend or order again
