Call and the restaurant decided they didn't want to deliver my food it was to far away even though they had done the previous 2 nights. Dreadful

Food was freezing cold and tasteless. Kebab pitta had gone all sloppy. Burger bun was burnt. Overall awful experience

Despite the poor reviews, I was really happy with my order! Hunger hit after a late night gym session and I had nothing in the fridge to curb my stomach growls, so I found somewhere that was still open and could deliver. I knew I was pushing my luck as I had 5 mins to order before they shut (I would usually avoid doing this as I know how frustrating it can be when you just want to close up shop). I ordered a lamb shish wrap and 2 fried chicken pieces. The lamb was tender and not overcooked at all. The wrap was a good size too. The fried chicken was well seasoned and succulent. They even chucked in some chips for me which I hadn’t ordered. Considering how affordable it was, the quality was fine. Thanks guys! Really appreciate it

Ordered for the first time tonight and was really impressed. I'm working a night shift and asked the takeaway to get the driver to call once here. They did this and the food was hot and very tasty. 10 out of 10 for food quality and fantastic delivery service. Will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

wraps were lovely and we got a free garlic bread

If I could give it one star in would. We entered this shop with all the hopes one would of fine eastern cuisine as advertised on the poorly dressed window front but worse things where to come. We ordered a mixed kebab which enticingley the owner trimmed from the rack alass this was not ment for us. We ended up having the leftovers from a sub standard baine Marie which was scrubbed repeatedly to discard the chard remains of would could only be described as hell it's self. So with the old british dunkirk spirit politely ordered chips not to complain as we knew the kebab was an endeavour to far. When we returned home we found that the chips where limp at best and to be brutally honest we have seen more life in Lester Piggotts whip. So our resident fox had our takeaway whilst I tucked into warbatons crumpets. Safe to say the fox wasn't much better off as I could hear him screaming Into the night. I can only assume he himself felt the afterburner of not such a fantastic turkish delight.

Superb food and service as usual

Appalling. How hard can it be to receive an order and make a pizza? Pretty hard apparently. If you're going to offer an option of additional toppings, how about actually putting them on? Thoroughly disappointing, poor quality pizza. I would never use again.

the food was awful nothing was cooked properly

We made a mistake when ordering and missed the garlic bread freebie. Phoned up to ask about it and was given a reasonable explanation. We hadn't opened our food but when we did it was full of grease and wasn't right. We phoned the shop who weren't helpful at all and said they didn't give a shit because we were crying over not getting garlic pizza bread.

Portions sizes very good. Food was really tasty. Great value. Delivered quickly and was all hot. We had a pizza, chicken burger, 2 x kebabs all with chips for 4 people. More than enough food. Will definitely use again when in the area.

Food was good but cold. Delivery driver went to wrong place and made me walk 10 minutes to meet him after 3 phone calls and him passing his pho e to someone else to speak Then shouted at me for making him wait. Sped off and nearly caused an accident

Ordered not prepared correctly, which posed a serious allergen risk. This is utterly unacceptable and will be passed on to local authority food safety. Arrived 20 minutes early, but pointless when the order was incorrect.

I ordered a chicken donner which we witnessed them cooking it in the pizza oven my partner had lamb donner which they took out of the fridge and reheated both meals was disgusting and wouldn’t of feed to my dogs!! Never will we order from here again!!

Missing drink, grumpy delivery driver and food warm but not hot and not very good quality

I've been a returning customer for years and not had such a poor experience with new capitol before. 10 minutes after the latest delivery estimate (an hour after ordering), the order went from no progress updates at all to saying it was delivered in one hit. More than half an hour after that, it actually arrived, stone cold so it either had to be eaten cold or overcooked while reheating.

Usually amazing but today the food seemed rushed the chips weren’t cooked fully and the chicken nuggets was the same

Disgusting. If you aren’t in operation you shouldn’t be available to order on just eat. Placed a £60 order and received nothing. Happy to take my money, just as happy not to deliver anything. Avoid at all costs.

always messing the orders up or sending wrong things, but the food is amazing n no matter how much they mess up, u can't get better food anywhere else, but need to learn to read order n double check orders before sending, will defo b asking the driver to check orders in future

Food took over an hour to arrive and then turned up cold!! Had a query regarding an item, which turned out to be due to their website being incorrect, and was met with the most rude staff member on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want cold food and someone shouting at you down the phone.

Food was awful. ordered a burger with specifically no gherkins yet still got them which left the burger tasting of them still; and the chips were extremely undercooked and soggy to the point i felt ill, and had to put them in the air fryer to try save them (it didn't help all that much). Will NOT be ordering again very disappointed.

I ordered food last night when it clearly showed the shop was still open on just eat. After placing my order just had a call from someone saying the shop had shut and there was nothing the they could do and when I asked for a refund the employee just was on the phone with said he couldn’t speak English well and I didn’t end up getting my refund. I spent £40 on this food the last of the money I had so I could not get dinner.

2 large pizzas no Tomato Base on ever one. asked for chilli Tomato Base on one. and normal base sauce on the other. cant believe they missed that of.

The cheesy chips were good but the wrap was a letdown had a half an onion unchopped
