Terrible over an hour for a local delivery

The air in the shop smelt old and the chicken was cooked a day before and reheated in a microwave and gave it this dry taste with no secrecy and then doing it right Infront of you overall not happy. Ricky Forward xx

burgers absolutely delicious chips seem like re cooks and not to the standard they normally deliver

Chips were cold, no onions in the kebab and wrong drink. Delivery took over an hour

garlic torpedo had wrong items on it we ordered spicy beef bbq chicken and pepperoni it came with tomato olives and sausage on it chips were cold and hard burger was dry and old looking and nuggets were not fresh very disappointed will not recommend

Delivery Driver is so nice and polite

order was late. missing items, and what did arrive was cold. very poor service. driver said he will bring missing food items back out, never came back.

The kebabs and chilli sauce are great here. Always fresh, delicious and delivered hot. They do great chips and garlic bread combinations too.

The food is good, however multiple times we've ordered via a takeaway app they've forgotten an item. There has been times they haven't answered the phones where we could tell them about it and had to chargeback via the delivery apps.

We order online and pick up at shop. Good value for money and good quality food. The pizza is amazing alot better than the big chains.

Very disappointed with the service, order was supposed to arrive by a certain time and was 30 minutes late! I phoned the restaurant a few times to see where my order was and kept getting told it will be a few more minutes! When the order eventually turned up there was no apology and the food was nearly cold! Appalling service!

Thought I would try pizza as had great burger meals.Pizza turned up early was burnt and cold. Think just unlucky this time.

I ordered at 18.40 of just eat,I was still waiting at 21.10 after calling 11 times to only 2 times getting through to them to then being told my order is on its way and there machine has broke,no one contacted me to let me know this. It arrived at 21.20,chips were soggy,meat didnt even look appetising and not even an apology or offer of refund,just a half price off my meal next time,it's put me off ordering again,I get its a Friday but stay in touch with your customers if something goes wrong

The food was great but unfortunately the orders mixed up, the chilli sauce was put on the large donor and the BBQ sauce on the medium, unfortunately neither liked the other ones sauce so a lot of food was wasted tonight.

I ordered at 8pm. It’s now 11:30. Food hasn’t arrived. Was told it was on the way three times. Then I was hung up on and they won’t answer the phone since.

Food was all okay apart from ordered the chicken dinner and it come as chicken shish so I couldn’t eat! Apart from that good service.

Amazing kebabs, need to try the rest of the menu items now!

Ordered via Just Eat and must say food was delicious. We had a big group order of kebabs, pizza and sides whilst we were camping and they delivered to the campsite with no problem. Only thing I would say is the food took 1hr 45 to get to us but we were around 15 miles away from the takeaway but the food was delivered piping hot! Very happy campers.

From ordering to delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes! Food arrived cold! I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and got a garbled answer and had the phone put down on me. I called back but nobody would pick up the phone. Really poor service which was disappointing as my food looked like it would have been quite nice if it had actually been hot. No apology from the restaurant and no apology from the driver. Very disappointing.

Dinner was good. Just a shame they forgot the cheesey chips, that was my sons meal so had to cook him dinner . only to get it back as credit

Order has had some stuff missing this delivery but they brought it bak out to us. N this delivery iv just come home the kids have had ther food but there drinks or ice wasn't with the order the ice cream alone was £7 each n the drinks were £1.20. If u want missing items from ur order n when ring to say u am missing the items they hang the phone up. Advised not to order

I was missing the donner rap meal with cheese and ketchup all other food was freezing cold

The most pathetic kebab I’ve had in my 53 years, two pieces of meat and dried pita bread that was overly chewy. Smothered in salad. If that was a medium what’s a small look like.

It seems that the owners/workers seem to think that they are doing a service for the clientele. Rather than providing a serice. Expect, inappropriate Judgement on what you wear ot you order. Expect to be "thankfull" they served you. Plan a little earlier, and order from somewhere that appreciates your business.

We always from you because the food is always good. Sadly tonight it wasn’t so good. The pitta was burnt and crispy, the lettuce wasn’t good and I think the lamb is starting to go as it had a weird cheesy tang to it.

We normally order from you and we have normally no complaints, I put the order in at 5:30 but this time I’m not happy with Supposed to arrive at 6:30 How to wait another 45 minutes on top for my food

Ordered food 1.5 hours ago, hasn’t arrived even though app says it’s been delivered! Called the place 21 times in total and no answer from anyone!!!!! Everywhere else is shut now so can’t even order food from elsewhere, fuming!!!!

AVOID AVOID ABOID Some of the worst food we’ve ever had. Took nearly half an hour to be delivered. Most of the food was cold. Missing a whole meal from the order. Phoned up to find out what had happened and they yelled down the phone before putting us on hold and ignoring us. Phoned back 3 times and no answer. Food itself was awful quality. Chips clearly not cooked fresh and just left to sit. Kebabs had next to no salad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We rang to ask where the food was as it was late and they had told us they had left the food at the front gate of my caravan park and they had said they called and I have no miss calls at all got to the gate to find no food there I’m extremely annoyed as I had payed 40£ for this food and would suggest you don’t order from here! They was extremely rude on the phone afterwards aswell and when I asked for a refund they ended the phone

Best kerbab I've had in ages, really nice delivery drivers and lovely people, have order from here 3 times and food is always hot and tastes amazing. Will carry on eating from here for a long time .
