New Capital Pizza & Kebab in Poole

Food took over an hour to arrive and then turned up cold!! Had a query regarding an item, which turned out to be due to their website being incorrect, and was met with the most rude staff member on the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want cold food and someone shouting at you down the phone.

Food was awful. ordered a burger with specifically no gherkins yet still got them which left the burger tasting of them still; and the chips were extremely undercooked and soggy to the point i felt ill, and had to put them in the air fryer to try save them (it didn't help all that much). Will NOT be ordering again very disappointed.

Great value for money, 2 large portions of chips with loads of cheese, plus an added extra

My order hadn’t come 40 minutes after the estimated time but then it got marked as delivered but it hadn’t been. I called them up and said it’s been marked as delivered but it hasn’t arrived and he said he’s on his way to you. He never arrived so I never got my food.

Fried chicken was not the normal fried chicken, it was chicken burgers without the bun. It’s almost comical

Was notified when delivery was on the way, didn’t realise how far away the takeaway restaurant was until the map came up, but food was still hot on arrival, thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Chips were stone cold, onion rings were cold and soggy, burger wasn't bad but won't use again.

The air in the shop smelt old and the chicken was cooked a day before and reheated in a microwave and gave it this dry taste with no secrecy and then doing it right Infront of you overall not happy. Ricky Forward xx

Buy one get one free on the pizzas I ordered 2 expecting 4 to arrive but only 2 show up. When giving the shop a ring we was shouted at down the phone saying it was our fault. So paid for 4 pizzas and only two turn up First time ordering with them and it’ll be our last

These guys are absolute legends!! I ordered from another Kebab shop who closed early and still accepted my order, now waiting for my refund. But these guys just 2 minutes from closing accepted my order and called me to confirm my order and boom 15minutes later it's at my door!! Thank you so much for such great service. The delivery guy was very pleasant aswell!! 😊

garlic torpedo had wrong items on it we ordered spicy beef bbq chicken and pepperoni it came with tomato olives and sausage on it chips were cold and hard burger was dry and old looking and nuggets were not fresh very disappointed will not recommend

The kebabs and chilli sauce are great here. Always fresh, delicious and delivered hot. They do great chips and garlic bread combinations too.

The food is good, however multiple times we've ordered via a takeaway app they've forgotten an item. There has been times they haven't answered the phones where we could tell them about it and had to chargeback via the delivery apps.

We order online and pick up at shop. Good value for money and good quality food. The pizza is amazing alot better than the big chains.

Very disappointed with the service, order was supposed to arrive by a certain time and was 30 minutes late! I phoned the restaurant a few times to see where my order was and kept getting told it will be a few more minutes! When the order eventually turned up there was no apology and the food was nearly cold! Appalling service!

I ordered at 18.40 of just eat,I was still waiting at 21.10 after calling 11 times to only 2 times getting through to them to then being told my order is on its way and there machine has broke,no one contacted me to let me know this. It arrived at 21.20,chips were soggy,meat didnt even look appetising and not even an apology or offer of refund,just a half price off my meal next time,it's put me off ordering again,I get its a Friday but stay in touch with your customers if something goes wrong

The food was great but unfortunately the orders mixed up, the chilli sauce was put on the large donor and the BBQ sauce on the medium, unfortunately neither liked the other ones sauce so a lot of food was wasted tonight.

Nearly an hour and a half wait, pizza was only warm. Good chicken popcorn tho!

Ordered via Just Eat and must say food was delicious. We had a big group order of kebabs, pizza and sides whilst we were camping and they delivered to the campsite with no problem. Only thing I would say is the food took 1hr 45 to get to us but we were around 15 miles away from the takeaway but the food was delivered piping hot! Very happy campers.

Food poisoning galore, was a regular and never going back again! Expensive too and have been over charged.

From ordering to delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes! Food arrived cold! I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and got a garbled answer and had the phone put down on me. I called back but nobody would pick up the phone. Really poor service which was disappointing as my food looked like it would have been quite nice if it had actually been hot. No apology from the restaurant and no apology from the driver. Very disappointing.

Dinner was good. Just a shame they forgot the cheesey chips, that was my sons meal so had to cook him dinner . only to get it back as credit

Order has had some stuff missing this delivery but they brought it bak out to us. N this delivery iv just come home the kids have had ther food but there drinks or ice wasn't with the order the ice cream alone was £7 each n the drinks were £1.20. If u want missing items from ur order n when ring to say u am missing the items they hang the phone up. Advised not to order

Amazing food, generous portions, very hot and always delivered fast!

The most pathetic kebab I’ve had in my 53 years, two pieces of meat and dried pita bread that was overly chewy. Smothered in salad. If that was a medium what’s a small look like.

I was missing the donner rap meal with cheese and ketchup all other food was freezing cold

chicken was not cooked properly, there was pink bits and rubbery chicken

was horrible, chicken under cooked with some bits still having pink on them

It seems that the owners/workers seem to think that they are doing a service for the clientele. Rather than providing a serice. Expect, inappropriate Judgement on what you wear ot you order. Expect to be "thankfull" they served you. Plan a little earlier, and order from somewhere that appreciates your business.

We always from you because the food is always good. Sadly tonight it wasn’t so good. The pitta was burnt and crispy, the lettuce wasn’t good and I think the lamb is starting to go as it had a weird cheesy tang to it.
