One of the best places in Poole to come and dine in, friendly and kind staff, restaurant is kept very clean and tidy and food is always cooked fresh and hot, been coming for a year now regularly and never experienced an issue

I went there last wednesday . And lady the staff was speaking , one of drivers. I seen my whopper burger. But i served for 10 minutes cos , she was charming the driver . And did not get napkin again

Ordered off Uber eats and hour and half ago , has just arrived stone cold. To the point its in uneatable, very poor , Uber driver clearly dropped off multiple orders

Wow, what a disappointment! The burger(s) we ordered, we're really small but quite expensive, as we're the fries. We don't go to burger joints very often, but the golden arches, are value for money and a decent size.

It's a shame as the food was good and nice and hot too, but omg, the service was sooo s l o w!

This Burger King was massive , the chips low key slapped as they taper salt perfectly so the flavour doesn’t fade

Probably the freshest BK I've had in a very long time. Very much enjoyed. Only thing that ever lets it down is the prioritisation of online orders, but that's not exclusive to this premises.

Drive through. Quick, friendly and efficient. Food pretty good but felt patty was a bit over-done. A lot of ice (bit too much) in coke. Fries good and well seasoned. No napkins 😔

Get food and lovely delivery driver

Food quality was great and service friendly plus quick (i was there when it was quiet) only thing was the machine I ordered my food from printed out a receipt with out anything on that's all. Otherwise good experience.

recently the food has highly improved at this joint, the service is bland but has a nice view of all around despite not having much to look at, the staff are nice and understanding, the only thing i would recommend is sunday lunches are quite slow from what i know, not many people were working at that time but that may be a separate issue note: new slushes are definitely worth trying, last long and have perfect flavour, not overwhelming but just right

Food was amazing, I never have any problems with Burger King, always well organised. Mcondalds and kfc always forget drinks, sauces, straws or actual items. Burger King is consistent for me and food tastes great with actual flavour on the burgers. Keep it up guys restoring my faith in fast food.

Failed to supply full order. Asked for refund for missing items only to be told “not able to offer a refund on the occasion”. Very poor service.

No real problems. As normal , chips were meagre in size & not hot but the burger meals were still above average by comparison !?.

I feel bad for the low review as the staff we trying really hard. But they looked so understaffed when we went there. We put our order in and waited 5 minutes to receive the food, and then were told that the chips wasn't ready, so waited another 3 minutes for them. The guy who served us forgot to call us as they were serving the drive through, so we had to go up and collect the chips but we were 1 portion short on our order and had to wait again for more to be cooked. Other than that the food was piping hot and the staff did the best too help us but just seemed to be being passed from pillar to post.

Burger was cold and not very tasty chips were awful not crispy and rubbery I ordered chicken nuggets and got onion rings which was horrible too so disappointed as usually quite good food

Whoever made my Whopper tonight needs a pay rise - the place was heaving but my whopper was sublime it was a mighty fine textbook of a whopper - nice! 👍

I had such an amazing experience here in fleetsbridge. The warm and friendly welcome I had from all the staff there is true testament to the level of customer service that they practice. Definitely a top tier Burger King establishment.

Very expensive, beef was dry and burgers tiny. Toilet in a very poor state, second disappointing burger King in two visits, I won't go back.

No plant based burger. No milkshakes. Ok for basic quick meal

- Food was not hot and fresh when I was the only customer in there no one else. (Arrived half hour after open) - I saw employers not using disposable gloves when prepping food (Don't get me wrong but Subway does it)
