I feel bad for the low review as the staff we trying really hard. But they looked so understaffed when we went there. We put our order in and waited 5 minutes to receive the food, and then were told that the chips wasn't ready, so waited another 3 minutes for them. The guy who served us forgot to call us as they were serving the drive through, so we had to go up and collect the chips but we were 1 portion short on our order and had to wait again for more to be cooked. Other than that the food was piping hot and the staff did the best too help us but just seemed to be being passed from pillar to post.

My preferred place for a burger currently enjoying the Halloumi fries.

Whoever made my Whopper tonight needs a pay rise - the place was heaving but my whopper was sublime it was a mighty fine textbook of a whopper - nice! 👍

I had such an amazing experience here in fleetsbridge. The warm and friendly welcome I had from all the staff there is true testament to the level of customer service that they practice. Definitely a top tier Burger King establishment.

Very expensive, beef was dry and burgers tiny. Toilet in a very poor state, second disappointing burger King in two visits, I won't go back.

No plant based burger. No milkshakes. Ok for basic quick meal

- Food was not hot and fresh when I was the only customer in there no one else. (Arrived half hour after open) - I saw employers not using disposable gloves when prepping food (Don't get me wrong but Subway does it)

Took my kids through the drive-thru, was the first car there so thought we'd be in and out in 5 mins. Ordered, paid, and then had to wait over 15 mins for the food. By this time there was a queue of cars behind me, a man shouting and tooting at me, so when my food was eventually passed to me I drove off without asking for any sauces. Pulled up in the carpark to run in for some sauces, and the young lad that handed me the bag of food made sure to keep his back to me the whole time, wouldn't look at me and made it very obvious he didn't want to acknowledge me. When the woman on the till had finished serving the customer in front of me, she walked over to the young man and stood with her back to me also. I waited, and waited and then heard the boy mutter "she waited over 10 mins for her burger" so I said that I didn't care and only wanted sauce. Ignored again, their backs to me. I then said excuse me after waiting a few mins longer, they ignored me again so I walked out. I looked through the glass doors as I left and the old woman was back in her spot at the till serving the man behind me. There was only those 2 in the front of the restaurant and they were both very rude. I ordered 2 kids nuggets meals - both fine, and an adult meal. The burger tasted burnt and the drink somehow tasted weird. I would completely understand the wait time and the burnt burger if they were busy but it was almost dead. I was first in the drive thru and there was one man and his daughter in the restaurant. I didnt get given a receipt so cant complain online or by phone either. I wouldnt recommend at all.

Awful bloody awful. service was utterly slow & got our order wrong! was charged for more food than what we asked for. an old lady served us & looked at us so rude & we were told we couldn’t have our order which took so long due to having to wait for the angus burgers which we didn’t order.. Awful slow service. Maybe spend less time chatting & get on and serve maybe..

I have never had a bad meal from here . The staff are super friendly but professional they always go above and beyond to help and rectify any issues. I come to this restaurant often and I always leave with a full tummy and a smile. Keep up the good work guys

Went here with my mate for lunch, should've stuck to a ham sandwich. 11 pound for the whole meal which was stupidly overpriced. Ordered a large meal and still only got a small paper bag of chips which were really bland but still the best part of the experience, which says alot. The burger was dry and flavourless and i opened it to find weird coloured lumps all over the meat which really put me off. Also the bacon was soggy and undercooked. No more than 5 drinks avaliable, all being filled from the machine (which only decides to work when it wants to.) The fanta tasted nothing like the original, instead like weak orange squash. Worst meal ive had for a long while. There was only us and two others eating there around 1pm so obviously not popular, and yet, only 2 avaliable tables as the rest were uncleaned, covered in rubbish, with sauce and spilled drinks smeared on the seats. Staff were also miserable, unhelpful, and putting in minimal effort. Also took quite long considering how quiet it was and how rushed the food was. Overall a 0/10 would not recommend. Defenitely not coming here again, nevermind paying 20 odd quid for two people. Half the price in McDonald's, way better food, friendlier staff, cleaner resturant, more options of meal. Never coming again,better off saving the money and going hungry.

Ordered a share box on the app, staff refused to give us the 2 free dips that come with it - got charged an extra 60p for the ‘free dips’ showed them that it says in the description you get 2 free dips - manager was even less helpful - complete rip off! Staff were really rude, even before the issue ! Felt slightly better tho after slinging one of the dips i was forced to pay extra for across the drive thru window!! Only way i’d ever go back there would be to do that again !

I accepted a Deliveroo order earlier today I had to drive about 10 minutes to get there just to be told that they don't have the order for some reason, after few minutes received another delivero order again been told that they don't have the order. Well I understand sometimes there is a long wait because they are busy or short staff but not letting Deliveroo know about it it is a joke really because until you let Deliveroo know they will obviously keep sending you drivers to collect the order so drivers will be driving just to be told they don't have the order and also the customer can track every step of the delivery so they also will be just waiting and waiting for the food they paid for but will never get it! It is just not acceptable Burger king staff couldn't be bothered to let Deliveroo know that they can't cook the food for some reason.

So I walked into this Burger King to be greeted by yet another charming young gentleman. AARON served me. From start to finish , he was so professional. Very efficient. His positivity and motivation for the job was second2none. Positive and motivated ! The food was served to me in really good time and was cooked to perfection. I wouldn’t nooemally write a review for BK but this positive experience (and great food) was down to Aaron. SPOT ON ! Thank you for your professional service Keep up the Good work Stay motivated

Would very recommend better then McDonald’s, however there prices do seem to be creeping up, specially their whoppers.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Vegan Royale burger, which was utterly bland, tasteless and dry. It comprises a burger in a bun with a sad little bit of lettuce and some barely visible mayonnaise. Sadly, I threw most of it away. On the plus side, the chips were nice. This burger was disappointing and definitely not value for money.

Enjoyed our visit but found it rather cold in the eating area.

It was absolutely freezing in there! We had 5 children for a birthday tea before ice skating and it was so cold we left our food!

Awful lady ‘running the show’. Jane served us after I shouted to her with my colleague several times to acknowledge us and 7 others stood waiting in the queue patiently for over 20 minutes while under bags wee packed, broken ones were discussed, while rubbish was all over the tables we wanted to sit at, while drive through was being served only to be huffed at and told they were busy and not enough staff. Has this woman ever worked in a kitchen before? I think not. She only had to acknowledge us and communicate once but didn’t. She spent more time highlighting and breaking her own than serving clients. We walked out and went to subway which was busier and we were served and received food in 8 minutes and they had 3 members of staff. I am disgusted as I used to use this BK all the time. It needs raising to the ground and starting again. Jane could also do with a tidy up and being front of house would be good not to be wearing a filthy jumper. If you get dirty have a couple with you so you can change every now and then. Even Starbucks across the road copes with more with the same staff. Now I only get a short 30 minute lunch break and today am working 14 hours and 66% of my break was used up waiting for Jane to acknowledge anyone at all in front of her and I had to shout to get her to do that. Maybe another vocation is required here. Utterly disgusting.

Ordered two burgers. My dogs burger was freshly cooked. My burger had hanged about for some time. The chips were stale.

Great food good value for money.

I was served by Aaron, Lovely lad great service and speedy, I had a few questions about the food prep as I have dietary requirements he was very knowledgeable and well mannered.

I went through the drive through in a taxi and I ordered plain burger chicken royal and 9 onion rings and paid not till I got home to find 2 x chips in the bag that I never ordered and that I paid for too. I’m very upset with that is there a chance of a refund with that please as I never ordered a meal or 2 x chips please? Thank you

Service very poor. Waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were stood there. Floor and tables very dirty. Only 4 staff members on duty and they couldn't cope with 3 customers , drive through and delivery drivers plus cleaning. They called 1 young girl back from her break early to help with the mad rush (she was the 4th member of staff) !!

Rubbish service were more interested in lining up delivery drivers orders who weren't even there yet than serving customers who were lining up!

They prioritise delivery orders over people standing in store. Don't bother going in.

A really nice hot burger and chips

Asked for large meals and only got a large drink, no straws and had to wait nearly 15mins for food in the drive thru, total joke 🤬🤬

Got there at 10.35 pm supposed to be open until 11 pm doors locked staff inside refused to open the doors. 11 pm means 11 pm not 10.35 pm.

Great Burger King not far from one of the local Travelodge hotels, had dinner here 2 nights on my week business trip, absolutely no faults, it was quiet when I visited which was nice as it meant that I was served almost immediately upon entering and the quality of my food was great, it was cooked there and then which you could tell from the heat of the food, good quality and overall a great service. This Burger King gets a 10/10 from me.

Food is good, but service could be better. Seems they priorities good for delivery apps and customers that are actually there have to wait. Luckily we don’t get fast food often!

Food was very tasty and service was quick. The only downfall to this restaurant was the staff. When we went to sit down to eat all the empty tables were filthy and food all over the floor. We managed to get a member of staff to clean our table but the rest wasn't done after as they went back behind the counter to mess around with other team members. For this we will not be returning.

Always cooked right and normally quite fresh as it’s not a busy one. Could do with a few more smiley faces. Never not been able to get seated.

Whos bright idea was it to cake the chips in salt? without even asking first. Isn't that what sachets are for. Totally ruined the chips my plate is. Full of salt. Oh wonder the reviews are so bad.

My honest review would be. This place hasnt been on par with any of the other local fast food chains for a long while now, Not only were we waiting over 10 minutes at the drive through, the food came cold and wasn't that appealing and is always overpriced for what it is. I'd save your time and money.
