Fireaway Pizza in Bournemouth

Amazing food and great service !Milkshakes are unbelievable .Workers are very nice and friendly .Had a good time there .

Food arrived late because driver couldn’t find my address despite very detailed instructions. When the river called he couldn’t communicate because his English wasn’t sufficient. When it finally got here it was stone cold…. £19 for a cold pizza and bottle of Coke I didn’t want but the pizza wasn’t sufficient value to get delivery. I’ve left feedback on the website but clearly they don’t care about that as I haven’t received a call to apologise or compensate in any way. They say they care about their brand? Well your brand sucks!!!!

We went to this place last week and the pizza's were really good. The base was just right and the toppings were fresh. It's definitely one of the best pizza's I've tried. Can't wait to visit again.

Very average pizza for the price. Very thin base and scanty toppings. For the price there are more traditional pizza restaurants.

We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza, very simple. Unfortunately we got the pizza home and we were given a chicken, bacon and pepperoni pizza alongside a pepperoni pizza. We rang them and after 10 mins on the phone trying to figure out why we were given the wrong pizzas we were handed over to the manager who wouldn’t allow us to talk. We simply asked for the order to be redone as only one of us drives so somebodies pizza would be cold if they didn’t re do the order. (We also had a side but asked only for the pizzas to be re done) The manager would not allow this saying that one of us should eat one pizza now then the other eat the rest later when we collect again! (We even had to send them a photo on Instagram to prove they had given us the wrong order!) After about a 15 minute conversation that we were spoken over I said to the manager would you like to eat one pizza cold and one hot with your other half to which the Manager replied no. I said exactly so we will be there within 10 minutes to get a replacement which they eventually agreed too. Such a mess I do not recommend. This was our first time trying them out, it’s expensive and really not worth the hassle.

Good selection of pizzas. Conversely they are very average wood fired pizza that really does not travel that well. Recommend eating in.

Rang Fireaway earlier and collected our Pizza within 10 min. It was absolutely delicious and I can't recommend highly enough! The pizza base was amazing and all toppings lovely and fresh!

We ordered from the Bournemouth store on 1st May and when the order was overdue we called and they said ours was next to be prepared. Half hour later i checked the Just Eat app and saw that they had cancelled the order 30 mins BEFORE we called them!! i tried to call 3 times to find out what had happened and they didnt answer the phone. I sent a complaint on the 2nd and by the 5th, not even a reply! Terrible customer service. We wouldn't recommend. On the plus, we ended up ordering from Forno Pizza in Winton and it was amazing!

Cannot rate this place enough and the owner was SUPER helpful. Pizzas are delicious , fresh ingredients and so well priced. The owner himself came to deliver it to us and had to shut the restaurant. Cannot thank him enough. Please visit!!!

Great choice of pizza and other items on cooked from fresh very helpful staff not good for parking as on a Main Street staff very helpful when picking toppings and sizes
