Food quality has improved substantially and the manager was very nice. There was a weird fat guy sitting silently in the corner at 3am but it didn't really affect the overall experience.

Excellent all round. Gave us an extra milkshake and went to the trouble of re-delivering an item they forgot. Great quality and prices. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pizza. Delivery guy reversed into our neighbours car and drove off at speed. Restaurant claimed our pizza was delivered when it was not. Phoned 4 times trying to get information and the guy on the phone claimed we were lying and that our pizza had been delivered. Crash was recorded on our nest door bell camera and by our neighbours ring doorbell.

Tired of pizza, so I ordered the mac n cheese pasta. After about 15 minutes it came. While I stated that I will eat in, it came in a takeaway box. Had a shake and a coke. A whopping £13 and some change. £9 for the mac cheese and portion was small.

Cheap and cheerful pizzas. Usually get the Margherita, But Was surprised by how good the Asian fusion pizza was with the tandoori chicken

The guy working Friday lunchtime (May 31st) was amazing! So helpful and kind. He was working on his own with lots to do and was smashing it whilst giving great customer service 💪😁 The pizza was delicious and well-cooked. They have great deals too. Will definitely go back!

Since Fireaway came to Guildford we won’t go anywhere else for pizza they do the best tastiest pizza there customer service is always spot on, and always serve with a smile, ordered anchovies tonight which they did not have so i went for chicken instead they turned up with a complimentary shake, which was so lovely of them and did not expect it, food always turns up on time and always hot! Brilliant place

Food arrived late after 1hr 45mins it was cold. Also the gluten free pizza is not worth the extra £4 it is dry and chewy.

I recently visited this shop and had an outstanding experience. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and flavorful toppings. I must mention that Nahid Ahmed did a fantastic job; the service was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a delightful pizza experience.

Food delivered 40 mins late, stone cold. Blamed traffic and “lots of other complexities” Driver proceeds to put the food on the floor to call his manager. We refused to accept it. Came back 5 minutes later to say “you can take the pizza and microwave it”. No thanks!

Worst gluten free pizza base ever. BBQ Pizza was completely tasteless, neither pizza was eaten. The hot food was cold and the gelato was melted. And the driver's music was so loud you could hear it down the street - must be why he confused about the time....he recorded it as being delivered early when it was actually late.

I ordered a pizza on Uber eats and they didn’t deliver it they just left it as an open order till 3.30am. I went to the restaurant at 2am and they were closed! Why didn’t you cancel the order on your end or even attempt to deliver a pizza I have paid for. The man was so rude on the phone and hung up on me. Will never go in or order from there again. Disgusting customer service!!!

Fireaway Pizza an amazing place to hangout, even at 3 am in the night sometimes a really fun place to chill relax and enjoy mush visit a really great spot as well, Animesh their head chef was absolutely brilliant and provided us with delicious pizza, highly recommended

I visited fireaway with my boyfriend this afternoon. We noticed how amazing it smelt as soon as we walked in. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The food was prepared quickly and we could see it cooking in the open fire pizza oven. The pizzas were very well priced and tasted so good. We will definitely be back x
