Good halal fast food in Guildford.

The food is great, I give 3* because the toilet is always filthy and staff members are constantly speaking their own language which is very disrespectful for everyone.

Very good restaurant with varied choices very polite and very smiling cooks only drawback there is no toilet but I highly recommend as a family with cheap prices take the chicken cheese sandwich you will enjoy it

Time kept moving and food arrived 35min later than it said when ordered

The food is always fresh and well cooked with generous and succulent pieces of chicken. The chips aren’t overly greasy either but a lot of the sides from here are great. It is speedy and friendly service we’ve eaten in and taken out both and will continue to do so.

Great food, average customer service but at least i get my food... Prices are decent, especially in this economy.

Food came cold and took 2 hours to get to my house.

So I ordered food online from deliveroo and wanted my food to be in a specific way so I called them to clarify with it and after speaking to the manager of the store and telling them the delivery number they still did not make the food as to my expectations which was very nominal. Disappointed, might have to choose other place for food not.

A big improvement since my last encounter. I really enjoyed the beef burger. And half chicken was tender and juicy

I ordered extra hot peri peri whole chicken. But I got the chicken which is not hot at all. I am a regular customer of you. Last 2 times I was really disappointed. The chicken was cooked but not added any flavours.

Ordered early… The chicken is old and feels like it was cooked yesterday and used for the first orders. And again they missed the dip today as well.

Delivered on time. Driver kind enough to inform us that something is leaking - it was the sealing part of the packaging that unfortunately separated. However, taste is consistently delicious.

Haven’t tried other bits but love their chicken n rice meal. My go to order is chicken and rice Extreme and it’s just so good ☺️ their chips are fresh and yum too!

There was small hair and plastic in between rice and there was smell in chicken or sauce. Previously I bought it was good.

I am a big fan of Pepe's. I have travelled across UK but this one is not as good as others. The chicken and rice here is kinda not as flavourful as in other Pepe's. I don't know why there are such inconsistencies. 2x bad experience

I am yet to try the food from this branch but disappointed that unlike my local branch, they do not offer Blue Light card discount. It’s a franchise but not acting like one. I have never had one KFC branch with one rules and another one with a different rule. Greedy management I am afraid!

Brilliant. Like Nando’s but cheaper and faster with better peri salted fries. Big portions too.

Got to be one of the worst when it comes to service. Poor customer service skills and phone skills are zero. First they won’t answer the phones and when they do they’ll put you on hold for few minutes and then disconnect.

The driver brought me a someone elses food and gave my one to them still i haven't got my order he said i go back bring you a new one. Cant say anything rubbish!!!

Extra chips were missing from my order.

I went to this restaurant for the first and last time. The tables were very dirty. After 15 minutes, a cleaner came who wiped the table with a cloth without using any spray, and all the dust and rice grains fell on us. When I went to place an order, the attitude of the person taking the order was very bad. The same person who cleaned the table took my order and also packed it, which means there was no attention to hygiene in this restaurant. There was a constant annoying buzzer sound that was bothering us every second. If I had the authority, I would shut this place down permanently. 😡😡😡😡😡

Driver got lost, went to the wrong street, phoned me to claim he was outside, due to barely speaking English he ignored me when I told him repeatedly that he was in the wrong street, and food eventually turned up 6 minutes later than the claimed delivery time, almost completely cold. Pathetic service and this is probably the last time I'll use Just Eat.

Regular customer here. Person who took my order around 6pm on the 23rd May had no manners. Please train your staff to have appropriate etiquette.

Would give it zero stars if I could for horrible customer service. Waited for over 45 mins and once we started eating, got told off to leave as they’re closing at 11pm. Even though they were busy, there were a lot of staff as well but preference wasn’t given to the customers in the store, it was for deliveries as the riders were threatening to cancel the orders. We literally told them if they’re going to take time to cancel the order but they didn’t listen and still kicked us out after our order arrived.

Fresh food every time with amazing taste. Good customer service with attentive staff ensuring every need is met. Highly recommended !!

Even when it's busy, Pepe's chicken rice is always a hit. It reminds me of the chicken back in India—aromatic rice and juicy grilled chicken. They keep up the good work, even during peak times. My last visit brought back so many good memories! Highly Recommended to all.

They are consistent with only one thing. "Delivery is running late!". Average waiting is already too high and then also delay. Been waiting for my order for last 1.5 hrs.

My 5 tender strips were completely off, they smelled foul as soon as i opened the bag. Did try a bit but the are off and i had to bin them. The extra 3 tender strips were fine, so was the half of chicken. I'm not looking for a replacement. I would just like a refund.

really delishious food with great portions. the chips came out hot, crispy and fresh with plenty of peri peri seasoning. the grilled chicken they serve is so flavourful and juicy, you can really taste that it has been grilled. highly recommend as a place to get a quick lunch that is very filling and very cheap! I will definitely be returning.

Amazing tasty food! We had Lemon & Herb and Peri Peri Chicken and wings. Lovely tender chicken. Delicious Peri Rice. Perfect Corn Cobs and super fries. We’ve used Pepe’s a long time now and the quality is always outstanding. 10/10

i personally love the fried chicken burgers much better than mc donald’s , chicken burger the nuggets and chips with garlic sauce is beautiful 🤭 however you guys take ages to accept my order on deliveroo 🫨 but pépés is TT ❤️

On the order there was chicken and drinks I orders but only to find the wrap inside tell me what’s wrong I paid an extra £3.50. And drink I didn’t get anything

Ordered over £40s worth of so called fried chicken burgers which have a picture next to them of what looks like real fried chicken.(Morley's,KFC,Perfect chicken ect) When the food arrived I was massively disappointed to find out that all the chicken burgers were of processed meat similar to cheap chicken nuggets.(falsely advertised) Phoned up the shop and was told that it is what I ordered and that there is nothing that they are willing to do about it. Why would anyone order processed rubbish and further more pay over 40 for it. The chips got eaten and all 6 burgers got thrown in the bin. Not good.

Little bit disappointed with the LAMB 🐑 burger 🍔 it had a strong meat flavour m, I have eaten many of these but never tasted a strong meant taste. Lovely tasty 😋 chicken 🐔 wings and boneless chicken breast are amazing. Cheerful 😀 staff helped me with my order and they were all working hard and seem very much in the game …

The lemon n Herbs Chicken n Rice always wins. Recommend for a fast delicious food, but you need to wait a bit for that chicken to get grilled. The place in term of cleanliness is not the best, some regular clean up and smiley faces could cheer the place up a bit.

Food ordered at 8pm and delivery time of 2115 given and then a further 30 mins late. When food arrived was stone cold and looked like it had been sat around for a while as grease was coming thru packaging. Had to heat in microwave to eat food tasted ok bit will not be ordering again.

Large fries are not really “large”

I ordered a chicken burger from Pepe's and was looking forward to my meal. After waiting 1 and a half hours for it to be delivered, found that the chicken was RAW. I called up the store and send them the photo attached, to be told that it was not raw at all and that "some chicken birds are just pink". I requested a refund, but was told they would not give one as it was fine (which it clearly isn't). I then said I would contact their head office to which they laughed and said "good luck, I'll just tell them its fine". The raw food I can accept as a mistake, but the rude and obnoxious behaviour or Pepe Guildford's staff sickens me. I will never order from here again and really urge everyone else not to make the same mistake that I did. The FSA have been notified, so hopefully their upcoming visit will sort out this failing restaurant.

Awesome Chicken Grilled Burger…Value to money…Although sauce was little in the burger it can be more good with more sauce in their burger…Overall it’s was great experience prefer to order…

I have not received the order , but the delivery person have marked the status as delivered. Called the restaurant and they informed that driver is not the way to deliver and wait for couple more minutes, when the just eat app says that delivery is complete.

Yummy spicy food. I was told by their staff that this is fresh food and not frozen!

I must say, my experience at Pepe's Chicken was quite unique. The anticipation for my meal stretched over a two-hour period, during which I had plenty of time to contemplate life's mysteries. The staff's phone demeanor, though, added an interesting layer of challenge to my wait, reminding me that patience truly is a virtue. When my food finally arrived, it seemed to have taken a leisurely stroll to my doorstep, arriving in a state of chilled indifference.

Missed off a meal, then I phone they promised to deliver within an hour. Then I rang up, and then they said they couldn’t deliver it, so I would like a refund.. disgusting service

lamb burger tasted very processed, onions rings could of been cooked a little more. At least the chicken nuggets was nice and the hot sauce was pretty good.
