I love going to Fireaway in Molesey, the guys there are so great they give such an efficient and friendly service The pizza is delicious, I personally would recommend the Amalfi, the Fireaway Special and their Nutella pizza dessert

This place used to be great. Some of the best pizzas on the market when they opened. Lately the quality has declined massively. The pizzas just aren’t good any more. It’s a real shame but I won’t be going again after two disappointing orders in a row.

My daughters love the kids pizza and the milkshakes they do there. The service is very good, employees very friendly. Highly recomanded.

I live locally and I’ve been getting pizza from this shop for ages now. It’s usually delicious and never disappoints. I got it today and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. It’s extremely dry, burnt at the bottom. I was looking forward to it the whole day and ordered three pizzas that were really poor quality. I called the shop and they didn’t offer replacement or anything. I always get pizza from this shop and always recommend it to all of my friends and family. Definitely no more

Can't stand companies that take the complete pi55. Ordered via just eat 20:35, delivered at 23:27 . No communication. Disgusting and a lack of respect.

Worst ever pizza. Ordered a .mushroom pizza which had hardly any mushrooms. Delivered cold. Wish I had my second choice of an Indian at least I would have mushrooms. Shame that was a great French restaurant now ruined.

The pizza was burnt and arrived cold and wasn’t cut right. It tasted okay but I’ve had much better from here in the past. The delivery driver sat outside for 10 minutes and the food was freezing by the time he decided to take it out of his bike. Really disappointed in this order.

Ordered a pizza ; I asked how long as was parked out side , pizzaolo said 5 mins; I immediately thought , that’s quick. I was right pizza was nice but underdone . Pls fireaway , cook for a bit longer ! .

I’ve been using Fireaway pizza for a few years now, always happy with order only this time one of the pizza had wrong filling but didn’t complain.

The service here is absolutely incredible. I come here multiple times a week and the staff are always so kind and eager to help. And of ours the pizza is also out of this world. I can never find a tuna pizza in London but these guys make it immaculate. The staff that is always so helpful is called Ridwan, just so you can ask for him.

cold rubbery pizza, very disappointing

I decided to try the pasta from this pizza place for the first time, and it was actually pretty good. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was better than I thought—a nice change from just ordering pizza. The pasta was decent, and I’d probably order it again if I’m in the mood for something different.

Awful absolutely awful. I’m so gutted. I ordered from fireaway pizza in Milton Keynes a week ago and it was the best pizza I have ever had. So I thought I would order again from one near me - Fireaway - East Molesey. Absolutely AWFUL, the pizza arrived with no cheese, burnt at the sides, I paid for double pepperoni and got HALF a slice on each pizza. It was also stone cold, I had to put in on the oven, when I took it out the oven I just through it in the bin and ordered from Pizza Hut instead. I also ordered the Nutella pizza. Basically a dry burnt pizza with the tiniest squirt of Nutella. So sprinkle of icing sugar like advertised. It’s so bad, save your money.

visited yesterday evening to soak up england’s victory, on arrival the staff were very accommodating to what we were after and threw in an extra chicken goujon. come in england!! further more a previous customer had forgotten to come back and collect their pizza, so the staff kindly offered if we’d like to take the extra 2 pizzas, of course we took them. come on england!! overall great food and service would recommend and i will be returning very soon.

I normally don't have an issue with you , but the cheesy garlic bread had no cheese on what so ever..and delivery guy barely had any change for me to break a £20 note ..so all in was quite stressful

Service 0⭐️12/04/24 afternoon I ordered 3 pizzas, garlic slices, and a BBQ dip. Two pizzas had the same toppings, but one had a gluten-free base and the other a normal one. When the pizzas arrived, there was no sign indicating which one was gluten-free. Additionally, I didn't receive the dipping sauce. I called Fireaway in Molesey, and the person on the phone was incredibly rude and arrogant. Instead of taking responsibility, he had the audacity to suggest that next time, I should request a tick on the box to indicate which one is gluten-free. Really? I paid an extra £4 for the gluten-free base, so they should well know, and it's their responsibility to clearly label it on the box! This is not only disappointing but also dangerous for someone with allergies. They should be more careful and respectful. Furthermore, he didn't even bother to address the missing BBQ dip. And to top it all off, when I mentioned I would complain, his response was: 'Do it! Do it!' Absolutely disgraceful. I will never order from Molesey Fireaway again!!!!

chicken wings were a little greasy but had a good flavour. Build your own pizza; plenty of toppings, good fresh taste the base however was too thin so ended up being soggy/sloppy.

Didn't appreciate the driver leaving my pizza at the door , whilst he went to deal with his vehicle.. it's minius temperatures outside and pizza was only just warm. Mediocur pizza ... nothing special As well I didnt appreciate the phone call from the driver stressing at me because he can't find my well signposted address. He's stressing asking me where to turn, when I had no idea where he was. I said I couldn't assist him as had a child to watch and couldn't leave the address. I the put the phone down on him.

The pizza was amazing. I actually got the meat feast. I was going to take a photo but was too busy enjoying the flavours. So i ordered another for a takeaway. Really loved the customer service from DRONA he did an amazing job with the food. I'm not one to eat pizza crust, but i enjoyed every bite of this pizza, including the crust. Would 100% recommend anyone for a quick lunch takeaway or eat in. I will be visiting again soon

We order the pizza from Uber eat pizza was so cold at 10 30 pm and tandoori chicken pizza served with very less bit chicken . Very unsatisfying service again

6th time "trying to order" every other order was cancelled and not refunded. I had to walk and find the delivery driver who couldn't be bothered to read the instructions to find my house, which isnt hard to find, as he was delivered it to the wrong house. The pizza hadn't been cut properly, toppings were non existent, and of course it was cold. I ordered a pizza and a desert meal deal, overpriced for what I got, and it was missing parts of the order. Avoid this place, there's better places, whom give you actual quality for money. Absolute joke of a pizza place. If I could give 0 stars, it would be a high rating

Pizza arrived hot and fresh! But a couple bad points, that being the pizzas didn't have a lot of toppings (another review also stated this) and also would expect to receive dips considering ordering 2 pizzas but not even one. 👎🏾

I’m afraid not for me, not enough topping, as some slices only had one small bit of meat and one or two peppers. Most was three pieces on one and two on others, oh and forgot my mushrooms. My Second pizza, my lad said was very good and and the little git got his mushrooms, 🤣, so not all bad.

I ordered for takeaway and put 7pm collection time, specifically NOT asap. The order was ready for collection within 5 minutes so 15 minutes before I made it there so by the time I ate it it was cold and not enjoyable. Not sure why you get the option to select a time if they don't care

The pizza arrived cold and it was very dry unfortunately. The cannolis I got were lemon and they definitely didn’t taste like lemon. The casing was chewy and the filling was really bitter and left a weird texture in my mouth
