Amazing food and staff .We went there for dinner very late , they patiently waited for us to finish. everything was wonderful.

I have been a loyal customer of Fire and Ice for years, often overlooking minor issues like receiving incorrect orders, longer-than-expected wait times, or even paying for delivery when there is am issue with their delivery drivers so I would go for collection. The quality of the food has always made these inconveniences worth it, and I've continued to support the restaurant despite these occasional setbacks. However, recent events have made me reconsider my patronage. I’ve learned that Fire and Ice is a gold sponsor of Levenshulme Pride. While I understand businesses have the right to support causes they believe in, this particular sponsorship doesn’t align with my personal values. It’s disappointing to say that I can no longer enjoy the food I once loved due to the restaurant’s decision to support a cause that I don’t agree with. As someone who has always been a loyal customer, this decision is disheartening, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Oh my gosh, the food was amazing! The lamb was so tender and flavorful, and the service was impeccable. I don't think anyone can beat their flavors.

Came to have dinner here for my Nieces graduation meal. 25 of us, from children to the elderly, everyone was very impressed with the food. Great service, yummy food!!!

Great little place in Manchester. Parking is scarce, especially with the old Nawabs next door. The place has very limited seating, so if you go when it's busy you won't get any seating. The decor is nice and the service is good. We got the Ghost boxes and lamb chops. The smash burgers in the box were tasty but too hot, which is mentioned in the menu tbf. The fries, steak pieces and chicken wings were on point. The lamb chops were dry and had very little flavour. The prices were reasonable. I would come here again to try other menu items.

Called last night and selected starter garlic prawns and lamb shops which were excellent and for mains I had the half chilli chicken rice and chips and Theresa had chicken sizzler with rice.Food was excellent and service spot on.We have been here seversl times and never disappointed.You can also bring your own drink at no charge.We brought bottle of wine.Woild definitely give it a try hopefully you won't be disappointed.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever witnessed. Waited 40 minutes for just this and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Absolutely abysmal, definitely not coming back.

I love fire & ice and been ordering for a number of years with no issues. Always found the service friendly. The last two times I ordered the Grilled Wings have been really dry with no or hardly and flavour / sauce on them. I hope this does not happen again. Because the food is beautiful.

Still not received my food. One and half hour

The wrong sauces were put on and not been able to eat sadly,we do eat from here regular and it’s usually amazing bt this was a mistake and they need to be more careful with dietary needs and instructions.

Food here is banging and the spot is really nice. The only criticism I have is the food takes a long time to arrive but I can safely say it was worth the wait and correct to my specification. Hidden gem of a place.

Ordered the lamb chops starter which was fine. Mix sizzler platter - it’s quite expensive and it took a long time for our food to come (40 minutes in an empty restaurant for 6 ppl) - felt this was excessive. The quantity of the food is a lot but I think there were too many food items/flavours going on at once. The sauces are nice and tangy

I’ve never been disappointed with the food at this place. Whether it’s having a takeaway or sitting in to eat, this place never lets you down

although the chicken and rice illustrated On the picture was supposed to be a leg of chicken, the chicken I received was l8ke a sizzler type it was nice and spicy which complimented the rice. the chicken wrap and chips were great, big portions!

2 hours late, no resolution. Staff are incompetent and rude. Food was cold and of a poor standard. Would never recommend and will never return. Avoid at all costs

The food was 10 minutes late, however when it arrived, it was still hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. Every item was cooked perfectly, no complaints.

Pricey, but worth it for the subs and atmosphere. Generally very quiet. The staff are great too. Just wish they did the Philly steak subs a bit more on the rare side as per request, as sometimes I end up chewing to the point my jaw aches.

Absolute gem of a place tucked in a side street next to merzee. No words can describe the food. Quality 10/10. Brother bilal is an amazing gentleman looked after us with everything and making sure everything met our expectations. Hats off to the guy. Definitely worth a try.

Its a small and nice restaurant which offers tasty sizzlers, chips, burgers, milkshakes, wraps and subs and all of them were tried by me during my several visits and were very well done and the service here is very quick.

Ordered food at 6.20pm for estimated delivery at 6.40pm. It is now 7.50pm and the food has not arrived. After numerous call, the kitchen staff advised that the food will be there in 10 mins. The website advises a timing of 5 to 15 mins but this has now been 1 hours and 10 mins. The individual was very rudekept lying about the driver being outside when he wasn't. We asked for a refund but he refused.

I had a pleasant dining experience at Fire & Ice which offers a perfect ambience with a magnificent setting with comfortable chairs and pictures displayed on the walls and located at a very prime place. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters. One must try their Lamb chops, Combo boxes, Steak sizzlers and shakes. Vegetarian options are also available. The owner (Mr. Bilal) and other staff members are always around willing to exchange some kind words with all their clients.

First time ordering from Fire&ice and all I can say is wow! We collected our order, the inside was very modern, clean and a lovely new food place. The staff were lovely and very polite, food was made on time for our collection we chose via the collection time slot online. I had the Chicken burger with cheese & jalapeño fries which were both unreal (highly recommend). My partner ordered the peri peri Chicken burger and peri peri fries and I’ve never heard him enjoy a burger so much before😂 (also both chips were a generous portion, we know for next time just to order one between us). All in all amazing quality food and we will definitely be ordering again from Fire&ice. New favourite food place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Between the two of us we decided to get a mix sizzler and a philly box because bossman said they are both very popular meals.... Mix sizzler Combination of steak and chicken mixed together with a choice between pasta/chips or rice(you can choose two sides) Phillybox Philly cheese steak, 3 lamb chops, cheesy chips with jalapeños and some salad Philly cheese steak was flavoursome and had a good kick to it tastewise, lamb chops were nice and tender but had no flavour, cheesy chips didn't really do it for any of us. The mix sizzler was just a mess really in our opinion, no taste. As you can see in pictures attached that most of the food wasn't eaten unfortunately , so only giving it 2 stars for the philly cheese steak and service. Like I always say everyones taste buds are different and opinions differ and this is just my opinion

We went around 2pm on a Sunday and it was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves which was quite a novelty. It's a small cosy place to eat with delicious food, we loved everything we ordered, the steak sizzler was especially tasty and my sons loved the food as well. The food was all freshly made and we really can't wait to go again.

After waiting 1/45 minutes for delivery, food was stone cold. And I can only claim £5 back off my £14 order. I spent a lot of money at your takeaway, never again!

Really good quality food, portions size is massive, staff are lovely and hospitable, gave us a couple bottles of water on the house as well. Ambiance is nice and chill. Will be returning soon

Brilliant little hidden gem in Levenshulme! Food was an absolute delight, the lamb chops where cooked to perfection, the steak was delicious and the burgers are top tier. Service was exquisite with attention to detail and friendliness. We just found our favourite new grill joint, if you've not been then please check this place out.

The grilled peri wrap was nothing like what was described. It was basically plain chicken wrap absolutely flooded with sauce. Horrible. Couldn’t finish it. Won’t be buying from here again.

All four of us had burgers ( a mix of chicken and beef) and they were good! I kinda expected them to be a bit bigger for the price , but they were very tasty. Chips were good at a good price! The chicken wings are awesome! A proper buffalo sauce and actual chicken wings, not boneless! We will go again!

Decided to try this place on a whim the other day. It's in a very unassuming location, and the place itself is small, but I thought it was cute. I ordered the Ghost Box, which came with a smashed burger, cheesy chips, wings, and shredded beef. The box also came with a drink, but it doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu. So my meal came with a warning, extremely hot. There was zero kick to it whatsoever, and I was very disappointed. My spice tolerance has gone down a bit in recent times, and even then, I tasted nothing hot. Overall, everyone liked their food, and it did taste good. One annoying thing is that they only take cash.

Excellent food definitely order again

Tucked away off the main drag, so easy to overlook. Well worth a visit, however. Helpings are generous, have not failed so far to clear my plate, but some may struggle. Recommend the steaks and the sizzlers. Only drawback is the lack of a drinks licence, but you can BYO and Tesco is only yards away.

Wrong stuff delivered, staff ignored it then just eat denied it.

I ordered a slow mow burger but beef inside was so hard that I couldn’t even take one bite. So I rang the Takeaway and surprisingly the person on the phone said that he will make sure it’s right next time . But i wondered what should I do this time not eat my dinner ? Very unprofessional reply instead of replacing the meal straightaway .

I really need a cheeky extra half a star for my review. Just popped in for burger. Classic burger £7.50 It was spot on to be fair. Not long to wait, the service was good. The place has a really cozy feel. I was the only person there however, so dropped a little on atmosphere just for that reason. Probably not very fair, it was probably just the time, and the fact it was chucking it down with rain The only negative I would have is that they don't take card payments which is a shame because nobody has cash these days. I'll definitely be going back

Chicken burger was very dry and lacked seasoning. Wasn't very fresh as was chewy. Chips were a decent portion but again no seasoning just soggy cheesy chips. Shame as first time I've tried this place. Could do better!

Incredible Food We took a gamble by travelling 26 miles after one of the lads watched a TikTok review of this restaurant. We were cautious upon arrival as the venue was empty so much so we ventured to a nearby restaurant and were told we should expect an almost 2 hour wait. Reluctantly We returned to this restaurant and were at this time the only ones in there, however we could see telephone orders being taken out by their delivery lad. After placing the order, starters and mains we waited a little while longer than what were normally used to but spotted the sign on the wall advising us that the food was being prepared in a coal oven grill explaining slightly longer cooking times. Staff were courteous snd smily throughout our visit. The food when delivered was without exception ‘amazing’ in a word, I’ll say it again AMAZING. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted quality. It’s rare that all of us would ever agree on the quality of food we ate but it was unanimously agreed that this was a great choice. Everything cooked just perfect, fresh and full of flavour. Whilst we was eating two other groups arrived which filled the atmosphere. I’m completely oblivious to why more people were not eating here. So much so asked the staff, they asked that I review the venue and here I am. We ordered, for starters the Halloumi, Cheesy Nachos and garlic prawns. For the main, two combo fillet meals boxes , a chicken burger, a ghost burger with cheesy chips … there was a little left over at the end however that was because the 4.5 of us were stuffed. Guys, I strongly recommend this place as a must go to if you like quality food at a good price. Thank you to the staff, both at the front and the back. We will be back.
