Great burger joint, with a really welcoming service, and great flavours. The Grilled Buffalo Wing's were a great way to start the meal, but were a little pinker than I was comfortable with. The classic burger 🍔 had a great spicy hit which made it pretty original and the orange smoke was a delights with the smokey mayo. Will definitely go back to give it another try 😉

Just had a strawberry milkshake and peri peri chips but both were delicious. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff.

Absolutely Delicious. Ordered the peri peri wings Philly box and steak sizzler and loved everything. The wings and sauces were especially delicious. Food arrived quickly and service was good. Great range of food including vegetarian options and kids menu. Will definitely be returning!

Pedimos una hora de llegada, pero quienquiera que hablamos por teléfono no respondió con una hora. Después de una hora, llamamos de nuevo y nos dijeron que estaba en camino. Pedimos una hora estimada de entrega y se negó a darnos una. Finalmente, después de esperar más de 2 horas en total, llamamos para preguntar a qué distancia estaba y finalmente llegó a las 10 : 50 pm. Sin embargo, no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación por esperar más de 2 horas para nuestra comida y quienquiera que hablamos por teléfono simplemente no se molestó por la situación. Entiendo que las cosas se pueden poner ocupadas pero esperar tanto tiempo por la comida sin compensación, disculpas o al menos una actualización por correo electrónico sobre el retraso es un servicio impactante.

The burgers here are some of the best in Manchester, the way they get the meat from the smoker they use is just unmatched.

The chips were cold and hard, the burger and sub was also cold by the time it arrived. Have ordered from them before and had previous issues but food was always good. It seems the food has lost its quality. Wont be ordering for a very long time from

My brothers usual option was closed so i checked google for food spots and went for fire and ice- i was very pleasantly surprisex. Ordered for collection- order was on time. Got fried buttermilk chicken burger which was very very nice, lovely salad and balanced sauce. Also got the classic burger which was very nice but not as good as the fried chicken. Peri peri chips were lovely and got some free dips as well. All for a cheap price as well! If i was to order again with the same appetite id go for 2 fried chicken burgers as it was amazing! Overall brilliant hidden gem in Levenshulme

We have been to Fire&Ice today and it was truly an exceptional experience. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, each with a unique twist. Service was really good and atmosphere was very calm. Overall it was an amazing dinner.

El personal los sábados y domingos es increíblemente dulce, siempre te recibe con una sonrisa. A little hidden gem in Levenshulme 🔥❄️ A rainy sunday afternoon in this well kept establishment did not disappoint. There's parking within a 5 minute walking distance. The staff were warm, welcoming and paid us just the right amount of attention. Easy to order. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Fairly priced. You wait a while for your food to arrive because it's the kind of establishment that cooks everything from scratch and I personally love that especially as you can see the kitchen and catch the amazing aromas as the chef prepares and cooks your order. Everything about the food was excellent 👌🏼 presentation, flavour, portion size - we tried 2 starters (prawns and lamb chops) 2 mains 1 beef burger and the sticky barbecue wings both served with fries. There are deserts and milkshakes but we were too full. We will definitely return to try them. The restaurant allows you to bring your own drinks and will let you use the facility for events and celebrations.

I have been a loyal customer of Fire and Ice for years, often overlooking minor issues like receiving incorrect orders, longer-than-expected wait times, or even paying for delivery when there is am issue with their delivery drivers so I would go for collection. The quality of the food has always made these inconveniences worth it, and I've continued to support the restaurant despite these occasional setbacks. However, recent events have made me reconsider my patronage. I’ve learned that Fire and Ice is a gold sponsor of Levenshulme Pride. While I understand businesses have the right to support causes they believe in, this particular sponsorship doesn’t align with my personal values. It’s disappointing to say that I can no longer enjoy the food I once loved due to the restaurant’s decision to support a cause that I don’t agree with. As someone who has always been a loyal customer, this decision is disheartening, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Food arrived 30 mins late and was all cold. I live a 8 minute drive so not sure why it was so cold. Burger bun was stale. Whole order was entirely overpriced for the amount of food received. Won't be ordering again.

Great little place in Manchester. Parking is scarce, especially with the old Nawabs next door. The place has very limited seating, so if you go when it's busy you won't get any seating. The decor is nice and the service is good. We got the Ghost boxes and lamb chops. The smash burgers in the box were tasty but too hot, which is mentioned in the menu tbf. The fries, steak pieces and chicken wings were on point. The lamb chops were dry and had very little flavour. The prices were reasonable. I would come here again to try other menu items.

Called last night and selected starter garlic prawns and lamb shops which were excellent and for mains I had the half chilli chicken rice and chips and Theresa had chicken sizzler with rice.Food was excellent and service spot on.We have been here seversl times and never disappointed.You can also bring your own drink at no charge.We brought bottle of wine.Woild definitely give it a try hopefully you won't be disappointed.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I’ve ever witnessed. Waited 40 minutes for just this and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Absolutely abysmal, definitely not coming back.

I love fire & ice and been ordering for a number of years with no issues. Always found the service friendly. The last two times I ordered the Grilled Wings have been really dry with no or hardly and flavour / sauce on them. I hope this does not happen again. Because the food is beautiful.

Ordered the lamb chops starter which was fine. Mix sizzler platter - it’s quite expensive and it took a long time for our food to come (40 minutes in an empty restaurant for 6 ppl) - felt this was excessive. The quantity of the food is a lot but I think there were too many food items/flavours going on at once. The sauces are nice and tangy

Pricey, but worth it for the subs and atmosphere. Generally very quiet. The staff are great too. Just wish they did the Philly steak subs a bit more on the rare side as per request, as sometimes I end up chewing to the point my jaw aches.

Absolute gem of a place tucked in a side street next to merzee. No words can describe the food. Quality 10/10. Brother bilal is an amazing gentleman looked after us with everything and making sure everything met our expectations. Hats off to the guy. Definitely worth a try.

Its a small and nice restaurant which offers tasty sizzlers, chips, burgers, milkshakes, wraps and subs and all of them were tried by me during my several visits and were very well done and the service here is very quick.

Ordered food at 6.20pm for estimated delivery at 6.40pm. It is now 7.50pm and the food has not arrived. After numerous call, the kitchen staff advised that the food will be there in 10 mins. The website advises a timing of 5 to 15 mins but this has now been 1 hours and 10 mins. The individual was very rudekept lying about the driver being outside when he wasn't. We asked for a refund but he refused.

I had a pleasant dining experience at Fire & Ice which offers a perfect ambience with a magnificent setting with comfortable chairs and pictures displayed on the walls and located at a very prime place. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering starters. One must try their Lamb chops, Combo boxes, Steak sizzlers and shakes. Vegetarian options are also available. The owner (Mr. Bilal) and other staff members are always around willing to exchange some kind words with all their clients.

First time ordering from Fire&ice and all I can say is wow! We collected our order, the inside was very modern, clean and a lovely new food place. The staff were lovely and very polite, food was made on time for our collection we chose via the collection time slot online. I had the Chicken burger with cheese & jalapeño fries which were both unreal (highly recommend). My partner ordered the peri peri Chicken burger and peri peri fries and I’ve never heard him enjoy a burger so much before😂 (also both chips were a generous portion, we know for next time just to order one between us). All in all amazing quality food and we will definitely be ordering again from Fire&ice. New favourite food place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Between the two of us we decided to get a mix sizzler and a philly box because bossman said they are both very popular meals.... Mix sizzler Combination of steak and chicken mixed together with a choice between pasta/chips or rice(you can choose two sides) Phillybox Philly cheese steak, 3 lamb chops, cheesy chips with jalapeños and some salad Philly cheese steak was flavoursome and had a good kick to it tastewise, lamb chops were nice and tender but had no flavour, cheesy chips didn't really do it for any of us. The mix sizzler was just a mess really in our opinion, no taste. As you can see in pictures attached that most of the food wasn't eaten unfortunately , so only giving it 2 stars for the philly cheese steak and service. Like I always say everyones taste buds are different and opinions differ and this is just my opinion

We went around 2pm on a Sunday and it was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves which was quite a novelty. It's a small cosy place to eat with delicious food, we loved everything we ordered, the steak sizzler was especially tasty and my sons loved the food as well. The food was all freshly made and we really can't wait to go again.

After waiting 1/45 minutes for delivery, food was stone cold. And I can only claim £5 back off my £14 order. I spent a lot of money at your takeaway, never again!

Brilliant little hidden gem in Levenshulme! Food was an absolute delight, the lamb chops where cooked to perfection, the steak was delicious and the burgers are top tier.
