Finks Diner in Swansea

This was literally the worst breakfast me and my partner have ever eaten! Even our one year old little boy turned his nose up at his scrambled egg and toast. All of the meat was dry and tasteless! The black pudding was dry and rubbery! The only flavour that came through was grease! 🤢 The fried eggs were like bullets! Maybe give the option of how you’d like your eggs cooked?! The coffee that we had, we only had 2 sips of, as it was cheap instant coffee! The service was absolutely terrible! Only plus side, was the cafe was pretty clean!

Always a good breakfast with a choice of how big you want it.I was disappointed the last time I was there it wasn't so good

As a Coeliac, who has to stay far from gluten, biker cafes are generally not places where I can find much help or options. However, I mentioned at the till that I had an issue with an allergen, gluten, and the girl there was attentive and set about figuring out how to use separate utensils etc for my eggs and bacon. When she brought it out she said she had cooked actually it herself, separate from everything else - champion service!! Good job with this customer, I hope the same happens with subsequent visits.

In the days before the so-called Welsh "Government" insisted on ratings it was common practice to visit the loos to rate a venue. The wall of ammonia on opening the mens' lavatory was shocking. The floor sticky with semi-dried urine. The U bend on the urinal had been leaking for days. Bleach is cheap - assuming a plumber was unavailable. In contrast the food is good/fresh and the staff cheery and welcoming.

Always like to call at Finks diner the staff are excellent matched by the food,well worth a visit,I call either on the bike or in the car.

Bad food dinnertime.. did not stop going to the toilet all afternoon to much oil cooking the eggs, also cold sitting there and little beans are we on rations ?

I am surprised at the negative comments on here. This place takes a lot of beating, both for price and quality. We go regularly and the food is first class. Yesterday I had the salmon en croute from the specials board. It was under £7 and worth every penny. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the cafe has a good ambience too. Don't be put off by it being a bikers' cafe - it's more than that.

Five past Two on a Friday afternoon and they have stopped serving food. Okay it's up to you guys how you run your business. But as a customer I find that unacceptable, won't be returning here any time soon. I also have to agree with others about your poor seating arrangement. Poor customer service.

Unable to give zero stars Came here a few months ago as was passing and had a great breakfast. Today arrived and was told it would be 30 minutes for the order, which was fine I thought as had a great breakfast before but when it arrived I lifted the beans pot up only to see the bottom of the plate soaking in fat and the eggs were cold and bacon looked like it had been sitting at the bottom of the serving container since 8am and was cold and rock hard and the black pudding we couldn't even cut. Which we thought was a joke and laughed about them. The plus side the toast soaked all the fat and oil of the plate. This place probably needs a new manager to raise the quality. I wouldn't recommend this place again shame though.

I am not a fussy vegan I understand not all places have options. I was so excited to see they had avocado on toast that came with egg and bacon which I could obviously remove. I asked for just avocado on toast no butter. I checked before I left and found 2 pieces of bacon on top. I was little annoyed but understood I may not have been clear enough. But then the waitress was sassy towards me, made me feel very uncomfortable and I just asked for them to remove the bacon and left. I did not eat it as I am allergic to dairy and did not trust they did not put it in and also wasn't too happy about the bacon grease. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES THIS IS NOT THE FIST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME. THE ATTITUDE FROM THE WAITRESS REALLY WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME FEEL BAD FOR HAVING DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.

Went on Sunday first visit in a number of years, I ordered two Kawasaki breakfasts, Service was slow waiting for the meals to arrive it wasn’t particularly busy at the time I was here when they did arrive both of the breakfasts were wrong, one was missing a egg and the other one was missing a hashbrown I didn’t bother taking it up with a member of staff because I just knew I would be waiting ages for the missing items to be sent out, other than that the breakfasts weren’t too bad and the prices were very reasonable. The seating is not brilliant seems to have a mixture of bar stools and patio chairs both of which don’t seem to be too safe although there was some bench seating available if you could squeeze in. There needs to be a strong person in charge at finks I think this would sort out the slow service and the wrong orders. Finks could do a lot better Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

Stopped in for a breakfast today. The place wasn't busy in the slightest but my breakfast still took 30 minutes. Not a terrible time if it was fresh but seeing as half came from a Bain-marie it could of been much quicker. And to top it off when it did arrive it was cold.

Over the years, I have eaten a Finks Diner on many occasions. I have always been satisfied with the food provided. Between December 2018 and January 2019, I have had three meals at Finks Diner. On each occasion, the food has been served almost cold. I called in on Sunday 6th January and had a cooked breakfast. Half was under cooked, the other half over cooked. The entire meal was cold and greasy.

I've been to this place a few times now and have generally been happy with the service and food. However, they do need to remember their hygiene policies as one of the waiting staff was chewing bubble gum, playing with it with her fingers and then serving food straight away. Not happy.

We were heading for the refuse tip and decided to have breakfast in a cafe just down the road, which was closed. My brother in law and I decided to call in the Harley Davidson shop and wasn't aware there was a cafe on site. We all had different sized cooked breakfasts and all four of us really enjoyed them. The prices were really competitively priced, service was really good and once you have finished you can stroll around the HD shop and dream. Expect to wait as it was really busy when we went. Would recommend a visit.

It's nice to find somewhere that serves good breakfasts. Just a little complaint our order was mixed up, which I didn't mind as the lady was anxious to put it right, however one of the chefs was quite grumpy to us, there was no need to shout at us! I was quite happy for him to swop the items around but he did make fresh eggs. The lady waitress gave us free tea which was really nice of her. The scrambled eggs and mushrooms were lovely and my partner enjoyed his brunch too. I appreciate it was very hot so I guess this probably affected the mood of the chef!

If you like your motorbikes and eggs benedict this is the place you need to be.

Yet again another motorcycle induced visit to M&P; at Swansea and what better time can be spent than a visit next door to Finks - great food, great price, great staff...

It gets very busy and to be honest I can't fault the food or the service. Very easy going atmosphere, and dog friendly.

Can't beat the food and service , we are regular customers and never had a bad meal here it's first class.

This place is so good for breakfast. There is so much choice, the cruiser breakfast is very good value. Eggs benedict with crispy potatoes very enjoyable

We stopped off on our way to Pembroke to visit the Harley dealership and have breakfast at the diner. I had the eggs Benedict and it was superb, beter than I have had on a cruise ship! Dog friendly as well.

Visitamos aquí como una celebración de mi padre que recientemente fallecido, era uno de sus lugares favoritos, nunca he estado antes, pero sin duda volveremos de nuevo, es un cafe, que sirve un buen desayuno, la señora tenía una tortilla que estaba contado y, y la comida que venía de la cocina parecía exuberante. Me encantó el ambiente, el personal era amable y genial, volveremos muy pronto.

Fuimos para el desayuno el lunes pasado a las 10. 15 am ¿por qué tan precisa sobre el tiempo? Porque me paraba allí 7 minutos y fue totalmente ignorado. No estaba ocupado. mi marido llegó al mostrador para ver por que no pedimos y no podía olvidar la desagradable la chica era. Así que se volteó y salíamos, realmente decepcionado. Espero no leer este porque la gestión si era yo que querría saber si me perder clientes.

Lo fantástico que siempre poco diner parece estar lleno. Estado aquí varias veces y siempre es impecable. La comida es excelente, los huevos benedict tuve y mi marido tenía el Hog toda la que él luchado hasta el final (ojos eran demasiado grande para su vientre) más que han tenido que esperar 10 minutos, aunque nos dijeron que había una espera de 30 minutos.

Great to place to eat all the food was freshly cooked to order, I had the brunch breakfast food tasted fabulous, great little find just off the beaten track, next to a motorbike super store

Fuimos para el desayuno y me decepcionó descubrir que no estaba en una marca "ketchup HEINZ botella". Aparte de esta comida era agradable 👍

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces cuando visite M&P.; Es un café/restaurante. Bueno para el desayuno. No pedimos nada más desde el menú, así que no puedo comentar. Personalmente no me gusta el poco mesas de metal y sillas o lo ruidoso que puede conseguir.

Have only eaten breakfast here but the lunch menu looks inviting. The breakfast is of very good quality, plenty of food and choice. Service very quick

Wasn't ensure what to expect but what a great burger. Tasty and loads of it not like the cardboard copies you get in so many cafes. Don't be put off by not having a bike or being surrounded by bikers. Atmosphere was friendly and burger was well worth the money. £4.99!!

Very tasty breakfast. Was a long wait but they did make up for it by refilling our tea. It was understandable because it was a busy day. The breacfast in general was very tasty and went down a treat.

Eggcelent quality as per usual, good choice of breakfast sizes and they allow you to swap items. Only thing last time I was there I had same breakfast with toast and fried bread, this time it was either or. But I just paid extra for more... Definitely worth a visit regularly.

Visited twice in Oct and had two great breakfasts. The diner is spotlessly clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.Parking no issue for bikes or cars. Worth a ride out just to peruse M&P's showroom and check out the shiny road furniture next door,, love you really Harley D...

We were pleased with our stop here on the way to Swansea. Friendly and relaxing, with good feel to it. Great breakfasts, snacks and coffee, and even better prices. So good we called in again on our way back home.

This place is the cafe that's part of M&P Harley / Kawasaki and their massive parts warehouse. Great food. Great service. Top value. Can't see anyone going here for a meal. But as an onsite cafe it gets no better. Other bike shop could learn a lot from this one. Fowlers take note.

I have visited this establishment many times and will continue to do so. The breakfasts are well prepared and alway of a high standard. There is an excellent choice and price range. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.
