Love coming here, all the staff are lovely. Ales and his wife always make us feel so welcome. The food is amazing, especially the prawn bruschetta. Highly recommend! Best spot in Macclesfield :)

I've been here for more than 10 times in the last 3 years, quality and taste of food is always high level. My favorite Italian restaurant in Macclesfield.

The food is brilliant and the staff are very professional.

Delicious meal at finas. We both had a starter main and desert and one bottle of wine. I had the calamari and then the chicken pasta dish with tarragon sauce which was generous and extremely delicious. I then had the creme brulé. Nice wine also. Meal came to over £100 so quite expensive but delicious never the less.

A lovely venue within walking distance of my accommodation. Nice staff who showed us to our table and took our drinks order. Had the Cozze Crema muscles for starter with sourdough to mop up the delicious sauce. My beef stroganoff was outstanding, almost better than I make at home 😃. House red was very good. Overall very happy and the price was fine. If I ever go back to Macclesfield it will be a venue of choice for my family and I.

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere

This place is bob on. The food here everytime has been absolutely fantastic. Full of flavour and really authentic. The menu has something for everyone. Really well priced to considering the quality of the food. Absolutely would recommend!

Ate here almost a year ago, was driving down the M6 and remembered so had to come back again! Didn't book but they fit us in. Brilliant service, brilliant food. Would highly recommend! Even if you have to detour off the M6!!!

Food was absolutely excellent what let you down was the end of service!! Gave us our bill and we started putting money down and the lady came and grabbed the money before the rest of the party could put in theirs, when any other extra money was put down it was grabbed by the lady, really rude and she would not listen!!! She must of thought we were going to do a runner even tho we were paying!! My advice to that woman is let everyone put in their money before you snatch it!!! Damn right rude!!!!

Absolutely sad. Turned up at 5pm to a fully empty restaurant to be told that there was no tables for an hour. As if any tables needed to be emptied lol. Been here about 10 times since summer and never had experienced such bad service from man at the bar who clearly didn’t not want us there. Will not return

We were a walk-in on a busy day. Staff still found us a table. Food is great and the price is fair. Go there.... !

Me and my family had a lovely meal at Fina. Our waitress Sophie really looked after us and went the extra mile to ensure our experience was pleasant, very impressed!

It's great, I would visit again. I had a salad and it was quality, that's how you know... My partner had pizza and it was delicious but of course it was! The prices are not low, but I do recommend if you can go

I had a lovely evening at Fina with 8 of my friends. Service was excellent. Most of us ate of the week day deal; £18.95 for a starter and main. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I’d definitely visit again.

I went for the first time as an evening dinner and was very impressed. There is an area to have pre drinks and the staff are very attentive. The menu is extensive and the food was of a high quality. I have an serious food allergy which was explained to the waitress and after my order had gone to the kitchen a member of staff came to clarify some of my information to make doubly sure my food choice wouldn't affect my health. I appreciated this as my allergy is not one of the 14 recognised allergens so more care needs to be given. The food was excellent, you can tell good quality products were used and well presented. The staff were friendly, helpful with the right level of attentiveness. We were slow at leaving at the end of the evening but weren't rushed to leave after paying our bill. Would highly recommend to any one who hasn't been before and will happily be returning. Great night, great atmosphere.

Food ok for100+ but to be rushed all the way through because they wanted to close the kitchen after the table had been booked for over a month for a birthday meal very strange to accept a booking for that time if no interest in giving a good service money is money and they will not get mine again

I haven't dined here for a very long time, no reason, perhaps because of its location on the far side of town. We fancied Chinese and my local takeaway was closed and Jin's on Chestergate was also closed. Arrived here without a reservation and we were seated immediately. We had the seafood risotto and the spaghetti Bolognese and both were excellent, no complaints. The wine was good and reasonably priced. Good atmosphere, I will look forward to returning.

We walked in on the off chance they could fit in a table of 6, 4 adults & 2 children. They agreed and asked us to sit in the bar area until our table was ready. No problem at all, and we were very grateful. The bar area was empty, so the kids (2 well behaved 8 year olds) sat on a small table together and chatted. We had literally waited for a couple of minutes before the guy behind the bar leaned over to ask us to keep the children with us. We looked at each other confused as the kids were literally on the table next to us. They said ‘it’s dangerous’, again we were confused by the comment. Then he said there are camera’s watching them! We were in disbelief at the guy’s attitude! They were not at all noisy and we are not the kind of parents to let our kids run around, so if they were, we would have told them! We could sense that we were not welcome and said forget about the table, to which he said fine. We have never experienced such rudeness for no reason at all! We had literally been in there for less than 5 minutes! We then went to Basilico on Chestergate where the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier and gave us such a lovely welcome. Such a shame Fina, we won’t be back!

Excellent quality food, probably waited a little longer than we wanted to for our meals but this was possibly just perceived because we were starving! Food was cooked to absolute perfection, staff were friendly and attentive. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Our small team came to Fina, bringing own wine. My srater - special of the day scallops was great - like excellent queenies but larger. The main was less good - I had the new fina salad with chicken: chcken overdone, salad hardly seasoned. My collaegue had better luck, chicken was good and salad OK. A mistake in the kitchen?

Great service, good food. The creme brulee really wasn't a creme brulee, more a sort of soft custard, but main courses were perfect. My partner said this was the best lasagne he had ever eaten!

Brilliant food and good service

This would be a zero star if possible. Ordered the steak medium rare, came practically mooing. Sent the steak back but the texture made me feel sick of the bits I had eaten so didn't eat my side of chips. Then the owner got involved... I asked for the chips to be taken off the order, someone else on the table ate some of them however they were meant for me, so wasn't happy paying for them. The waitress and owner came back as to make a poinlt to check how many chips we had eaten. He then made a point of taking my name numerous times, following us out of the place and telling me I wouldn't be a customer he wanted back! Well, if he is reading this, then the feeling is mutual! Alienating, rude and condescending man who needs a crash course in customer service, they made a mistake, but he dealt with it horribly. Don't bother going here, better places in town, Shame on the owner. Best regards, His latest least favourite customer.

I have been for many meals here and no matter how big the party of people or the occasion or how busy, I have always had a beautiful meal with excellent friendly attentive service. Good freshly made and tasty food at a reasonable price. Also managed to ride the storm created by COVID. Well done to all at Fina and see you all very soon.

Très déçus par la qualité des plats. Lorsque mon assiette est arrivée, nous avons tout de suite (nos voisins de table aussi) senti une odeur très désagréable. Le serveur a repris l'assiette pour la remplacer. La nouvelle assiette ne sentait pas meilleure... Aucun geste commercial au moment de régler. Et une note bien élevée par rapport à la qualité des plats. A éviter.

The food at Funa is very good, but be advised that if you pay by credit card, the staff do not get the service charge, so that make you think twice about visiting.

Ate here two days in a row on a recent trip to Macclesfield. Food was delicious, view is gorgeous, and staff were amazing. I am still thinking about the risotto frutti di mare months later.

Normally it's great! We love it here but we visited at the weekend and the food was edible but not up to the usual high standards, the staff who were waiting on were really uninterested. We requested the bill which was brought straight away, but then we were left waiting to pay for 30 minutes so we just got up and went to the bar to pay. Really disappointed and it's unlikely we will return again.

I booked a table for dinner on Saturday night with my husband. We have eaten at Fina a number of times before and been very pleased with the food and service. We won't be rushing back after last night though. It was more like an inexpensive chain pub than a 'fine dining' restaurant. It was extremely noisy, impossible to have a conversation across our table. Diners at one table were singing loudly. The staff asked them to be quiet but the whole experience had been ruined by then. When we left the restaurant my ears were ringing. After looking forward to a nice evening where we could enjoy a lovely meal and catch up after a very busy week, it was a thoroughly miserable experience. Despite the excellent food, we won't be going back.

A friendly, efficient service, top quality cuisine and traditional Italian portions. Be warned: you may need to eat again in only 3 weeks. I had pork ribs bbq sauce for starters and monkfish wrapped in ham. Portions are big . Service is great. Food wise, I don't particularly loved it. It was a bit too sweet. For Monkfish, i feel like there were a lot of sweet chilli sauce just being too sweet. Oven baked veggies were nice. Toilet can be cleaner. I rate 3 for toilet. Taps were dirty. It clearly hasn't been cleaned for a while. But it wasn't smelly or anything. For a restaurant like that, toilet and sinks can be improved overall.
