We popped into Fifteens last night after a meal out in Standish. The place absolutely stank of filth and drugs, the queue for the bar was ridiculous, so all six of us just turned around and walked back out, not for us thanks!

Nice little pub with good atmosphere

Brilliant place, very lively, friendly staff and great atmosphere and the solo act was great aswel.

Really good atmosphere in here and the staff are really friendly and helpful. We sat in the back room, there's way too much stuff on the walls

A busy, popular bar, never eaten here though. Lots of space to sit with different narrow walkways to other parts of the pub. Large outdoor area, with covered booths with heating, there is also stairs to a terrace outdoor area, they also have a pizza oven outside, so I'm guessing they serve wood fired pizzas? Overall a good pub, popular, good for a pub to pre-drink, to stay here drinking or to finish the night. Local taxi rank up the road and bus stop right outside, opposite. 👍

Bottomless brunch one of the worst I have been too. Food actually were very good but the service were utterly laughable. A lot of staff stood around, sitting us next to the door when the rest of the room were empty and all the staff leaving the door open. Asking our friend to move table because she had a chip from our bottomless brunch, she is dairy free and they didn’t cater for her so there wasn’t many options for her. The lady that looked like she were in charge were rude, and having a packet of fags hanging out your top pocket while serving isn’t very appetising.

Worst experience I have ever had… Attended bottomless brunch with 3 friends, immediately took arrival we were met with hostility. We got told we were 15 mins late for our start time at 7pm, which is fine as we were about 5-7 mins late due to being unable to park.Anway that were fine with us as we understood we were running late. We started our bottomless brunch and I have to say the food that arrived were brilliant, out of 4 of us only 3 of us were having the bottomless brunch due to one of our friends being dairy free and there being no options for her. So she decided to try one of our chips and almost instantly a member of staff came to our table to tell us our friend would have to sit on a different table if she wanted to eat from our brunch. Overall the staff really let this place down, all stood around chatting and being generally rude. The food were great really enjoyed it, the drink selection were pretty rubbish and we got sat on a table right by the door which all the staff kept leaving open resulting in us being cold. Not somewhere I will be returning

Worst “meal” ever. Ordered the special from the street shack menu, salt & pepper chicken & chips, at a cost of £10. Got a cardboard tray with a handful of cardboard chips topped with 5 miniscule pieces of popcorn chicken (still looking for the chicken), couple bits of sliced pepper & onion tossed in spice. Just dreadful. Only plus is the girl who worked there was lovely. Never going back

Booked in for bottomless brunch with 3 of my friends. Quite possibly the WORST customer service we've ever experienced. Bottomless brunch wise - you actually get more food than usual bottomless brunches which is good. The drinks are few & far between though so not great considering its supposed to be bottomless. The customer service alone ruins it though (mainly by the lady who looked to be in charge). Would not recommend and would definitely not go back.

Beautiful venue but food and service wasn't the best. We came for a birthday, felt like they had no idea. We had paid a deposit and they weren't even aware and tried to charge us again. It's not a restaurant and rather a roudy pub that serves basic food. If you want a quiet meal, this definitely isn't the place - we were sat opposite a group of 20 people who were screaming and shouting dancing all over the place whilst trying to eat. We brought a cake and no effort was put in to bringing to the table nor checking to see how we were during our meal.

Not many in when we visited plenty selection of draught beers food did smell good but didn't eat here.. With not many being in the music was a little loud

It used to be a good stop off for a few drinks, but now it's overrun with teenagers. Drinks are extortionate £11.20 for a single vodka n coke and a malibu n lemonade 😳 ( lemonade came out of a 60p bottle that was flat🙃) Needs updating, decor not changed since it opened and floors and tables are grubby. Looks like wetherspoons but charges like Albert's 😆

Wetherspoons for Kids. And I'm definitely not a fan of Wetherspoons. This place started off ok at best when first opened and has sunk since. Keep revisiting every so often just in case but tonight's visit was equally underwhelming. No slimline tonic in stock (not like it goes out of date). No IPA on draught (understandable based on age of clientele). Lot's of other negatives but no reason to kick the puppy. Decor is great, location is great, wish someone would give it the love and focus it needs and it would pay dividends tenfold

Was very disappointed with the food, we booked after seeing the menu on line but when we got there they'd changed to 'a street menu' not what we were expecting but as we were a large group it was too late to move somewhere else so we stayed and made the best of a bad night.

Interesting venue. Very feisty patron. Service was good and the young servers were attentive and polite. Would go again

It was my first time visiting Fifteens and had the bottomless brunch with a friend. It was amazing! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive...the glass never emptied during the 90 minute session. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it too, in fact we took the leftovers home as we couldn't finish it all. Already planning my next trip!

This is the 3rd bottomless brunch I’ve been to here and the service has never once slipped. And that’s with coming different times in the year. The service is genuinely second to none. Your glass is never empty. The food is incredible and not in short supply. This is the best place to come for a brunch. We came at 2.30 for the brunch and made the most of the 2 for 13 cocktails. Genuinely not in a rush to leave. Absolutely incredible service. Second to none

Popped in with a friend and had food. I had the burger and my friend had a pizza. Both were delicious. Would definitely go again. 👌5⭐️

Rubbish.. Full of mush. Hardly any totty in there.

Went to Breakfast with santa. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for food. There was some issue with the chef. The santa was the most unimpressive Santa I've ever seen. The beard didn't cover his face and my child noticed he had trainers on. Then he walked through the restaurant carrying his outfit after he was finished. He was too young and thin! Very un-santa like!

The costumer service was absolutely brilliant, very polite, patient and professional. I think their names were Nathan and Bailey. So so polite always willing to help and was very hard working and couldn’t do enough for us. Dealt with every situation effectively and efficiently but still remained to keep a smile on their faces.

brillant vibe of a place, great drink choices, including cocktails on tap, karaoke on Fridays, never had a bad time in here, i am local an go most weekend, all the staff make you feel more than welcome.

love, love this place, we was here on Saturday for our second time for their bottomless brunch, already booked for the Christmas one, Food was great as Always, drinks as always flowed and we were a big table of 11, the Manager and all her team were spot on as always, they have really worked hard to make Fifteens a place to go and enjoy yourself, keep up the good work guys :)

Was in fifteens last Saturday with a couple of mates had a great time atmosphere was brilliant the bar staff very helpful the service was great and the Manager was fantastic very welcoming couldn’t do enough for us always had a smile on her face deffo going back happy lively place.

Visited here on sunday as a group of 14. We rang previous to tell them there would be quite a few of us eating. On arrival we ordered our food which then took over an hour to arrive and we also had to serve ourselves as the bar man was not interested in us! One of our orders did not come out so asked the man behind the bar who told us we had not ordered anything neither paid for it which we had! So basically the pub have stolen our money!! The food was appalling had no taste at all! I've never had garlic bread without garlic! I have never been into a pub where the staff who claimed he was the deputy manager??? Had such a bad attitude😡 will certainly never return!!!!

We had salt and pepper chips and halloumi fries and onion rings. They were all reheated and horrible. The halloumi sticks were like crisps so so terrible.no cutlery was given to us and one of the servers had a dirty t shirt on.Will never come back. I would rather eat from a public toilet .

We had our daughters christening for 80 guests at fifteens and it was perfect. Janine and staff went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone looking for a private function.

Had a trip to fifteens of Standish from the to time getting there to to the time of leaving the service was fantastic especially the bar supervisor she couldn’t do enough for us was so welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble and always was smiling and laughing a great bar with wonderful staff.

Always have a great time when we go in there, fab atmosphere and also the staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to make sure all customers are having a good time 😁

My self and my friends came here Saturday afternoon for a few drinks, we ended up staying ALL night haha, we just felt so welcome, the place is clean, bright, fresh, and very very welcoming, why leave, more and more people came the place was buzzing, what I would say after reading some of the past reviews on here, I can say the new manager, his supervisors and whole team ROCK, see you all soon, we will try and stay sober a little bit longer next time hehe xxx

Customer service and attitude of the supervisor here is non-existent. We payed for a round with cash and got accused of our card payment not going through and were then accused by the supervisor of lying about our payment method and they would have to check on CCTV! Following this mix-up which could have been solved with a simple apology, the supervisor then proceeded to shout and bully the young girl who had served us in front of customers! It was absolutely disgusting behaviour, considering it was the girls first shift and she was almost in tears!! Blatant bullying - which we tried to challenge, but she then started shouting at our party. This is the 4th time we have had a bad experience in here, which is a shame because it is a lovely pub that’s well decorated. But it’s always the staff who let the place down, they are rude, ignorant and aggressive.

Went for lunch at 1 ordered sandwiches and they hadn't come by 2.15 they had problem with soup so instead of bringing sandwiches they left them standing another 15 min then when they came it was on a garlic bread base cremated so sent them bk an we got free drinks but they neva said they were free because of wait no communication with any1 so manager said I ll do it my self then said no bread but saw chef go 2 store room an come down with bread then the girl waitress said we've no bread its frozen so I did tell him put it in microwave so it came and looked ridiculous we asked for extra salad but got a plate full of rocket not 1 piece of lettuce no cucumber no pepper so wasnt in mood for it x sandwich on a stick an we both had half a sandwich missing x then my soup came an they didnt bring me a spoon or roll so had 2 ask again then they bring a bun that u buy half cooked but did nt cook it x then went 2 toilet not a piece of toilet paper in all 3 toilets an no soap or sanitizee on Friday when its gonna b busy so instead of the 3 stall standing round there was plenty 2 do x I've worked in cafes an had 10 people waitin an I've served um all in 10 mins so wat was ment 2 b a nice relaxing lunch turned into a very stressful 1 an there was only 5 men in the place drink so God knows what it's like when busy x sack the manager I could do it with my eyes closed x gawjus place though it's a shame x

Been recommended this place since moving to Standish. The bar was great, its a decent size with a great little patio area. Had a brilliant time in all but can't give 5 stars because the food was terrible. Everything else was excellent, but I was so disappointed! The pizzas are tiny and burnt. Not just ours, everyone else's that I saw was burnt round the edges. And the salt and pepper fries were awful. They were just deep fried to within an inch of their life so much so they had no potato left inside and left a horrible greasy taste in your mouth. I'd go back, as like I said, the atmosphere, staff and everything else was great but I'll definitely not eat here again.

Me and the girls visited this weekend for a bottomless brunch, food was amazing and service was exceptional. A lovely member of staff called Ava made sure our Prosecco was refilled as soon as our empty glass hit the table and created a great atmosphere for our hen do. Definitely will be returning and the bottomless brunch is a must do!

Great place, great atmosphere and great food 👌

Really like this place and the selection of beers, but during this table service only period, they need to re-evaluate how they go about that. Either not enough staff to serve outside, or the staff are not doing the rounds enough. Staff kept going to nearest tables for their orders every time, then off to the bar to get them, leaving others frustrated. Other, and even older pubs have an ordering and paying app which leaves the staff to just deliver the food and drinks to the table number in order of order placement.

We booked our bottomless brunch a week or two in advance and payed our deposit (£60). We had heard good reviews for the bottomless brunch from here so decided to try it. The first thing that we noticed was the gin was very watered down...

After calling up and being told food is being served till 8, we arrived not long after. We was seated and told someone will be over to take our drink and FOOD order. In total we stayed in the restaurant for 35 minutes, in this time we had asked for a menu they said they will bring - never came. Asked again, they said look on app for food menu (wasn’t working). Asked again! Then to be beautifully told that they had stopped serving food at 7, yet all this took place after 7 and we hadn’t been informed whatsoever. Complained and enquired to Facebook page, all we got back was unprofessional messages and them deleting and blocking posts.AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DON’T WASTE MONEY!!!

Absolutely disgusting service... No communication at all and after waiting and asking for numerous times for a food menu we get told after ages of waiting the gas has gone off... We left and went elsewhere to amazing service

Perfect balance of food and drink in his now widely copied format of quirky yet satisfying environment. Good staff serving great beers and spirits. My wife loved the Cuckoo gins. We are coming back to sample the food and will report on the soon.

Lovely set up and decor.After being told that the there was an offer on Gin we had very expensive round for what we got. Will not be drinkung that again.Protentious staff too that are unable to keep track of customers coming to the bar and blatantly being told we'd have to wait until others had been served even though the young girl knew our group was wanting a drink. The 2 other staff serving also were completely blanking our group too. Major attitude adjustments needed for people dealing in customer serviceWill not be heading here again which is a shame as the tapas menu looked good and it would have been nice to try.
