Went here with my boyfriend and was originally having a good night. There was a woman who was extremely drunk and abusing other people - i.e. slapping a man (originally just thought this was typical drunken behaviour so didn't think too much of it at first). About an hour into being there, the drunk woman comes up to me and demands my ID (bearing in mind I'd already bought two drinks). She claimed to be a barmaid, so I gave her my ID but then she started to kick off with me and my boyfriend for absolutely no reason (again, she was absolutely bladdered), so we said we were leaving because we refused to be spoken to the way she was speaking to us. As we were leaving she started kicking off, screaming and told us that she didn't like us anyway and told us to leave. We weren't the only people she kicked off with, as she had gone around to another new customer (who had bought a non-alcoholic drink) and asked them for ID and still wasn't satisfied when shown. No bar maid should be getting that drunk in her own bar and kicking off with the customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and she should be extremely embarrassed and ashamed of herself. Don't go here if you're new customers, as she'll just kick you out anyway. Seems like they all have their 'clique' and if you're not in it, you have to leave.

Didn’t want to write this review but now feel like I have to. My girlfriend and I decided to go for a few drinks after a day of visiting family. The night started great, decent selection of drinks, nice atmosphere. Decided I’d give karaoke a go as it was a Friday night. I was then interrupted, half way through by an extremely drunk woman who claimed “she was a bar maid” and demanded to see my girlfriend’s ID that I had kept next to my own. We’d seen this “bar maid” for the past hour and a half crying, drunkenly and starting arguments with patrons - we’d walked into the pub and took a seat only for her to say “Ughhh f*****g new people” regarding us. Despite the fact that we had already had a few drinks with no issues from the guy serving at the bar, she continued to harass us to see my girlfriend’s ID. She was extremely rude, to the point where both my girlfriend and I felt threatened. Upon giving her the ID and proving that both my girlfriend and I were of age, she continued being extremely rude to us and other patrons, telling others to “keep your eyes down and drink your drinks otherwise I’ll throw you all out”. At this point, I’d told the lovely lady hosting the karaoke that I couldn’t finish the song due to the “bar maid’s” terrible attitude and behaviour towards us. Completely ruined the night. Massive shame as we were having a great time. Will NOT be returning again if this “bar maid” continues to work there. Horrifically rude and threatening for no reason, seemed to target my girlfriend and I, and had also accused other paying customers of being underage and drinking alcohol even though they were both drinking J20s - “I can’t trust that you don’t have any alcohol in your J20s” even though they were served by the guy at the bar and they had their J20 straight from the bottle. It’s just not acceptable. I also work in hospitality and if I had behaved the way that she had, I’d be out the door and jobless immediately. I’m not in the business of getting people sacked from their jobs, but it was absolutely sickening how we have just been treated and there should be consequences, on shift or not.

Good pub, Guinness is the best in Wigan, staff are friendly and always having a laugh and a joke.

Lovely place for a drink. Was slightly gutted there was no flavoured gin

Firstly my starter of brushceta had 3 little bugs crawling in it, when squashed on the napkin they was full of bloood! The chicken nachos were freezing cold so was dubious about eating them. Lastly my pizza was burnt and laced with cheddar cheese. This was nothibg like the rustica pizza I had when it first opened. Me and my family will not be returning after spending £85 on what I would describe as awful food. I would like to mention I am by no means a fussy eater, such a shame as we don’t get much chance to socialise with family very often.

We loved staying here!!!The apartment was very clean and modern,We had very cosy and peaceful stay . We spent most of our night's in the pub, ideally situated down stairs, the staff and locals made us feel right at home.

Una reunión una corta distancia llegamos temprano. Llamado para comprar comida después de eventualmente encontrar algún lugar donde pudiéramos conseguir comida. Como muchos lugares en la zona necesita de limpieza en el lado defraudaron a alentar a paseantes. La comida era muy buena y bien presentada. El pub estaba tranquilo, pero supongo que eso porque era un lunes mediodía. Si en la zona llamada.

No hay nada malo con este gran pub, mi antiguo representante cuando vivía en Springfield. Muy divertido y un montón de gente feliz.

Me and my partner wanted to go for a quick lunch before going shopping and we couldn't have found a better place! The pub was so welcoming, free wifi to please the me and sky Sports available for my Mr. The food was fantastic! The best homemade chips I've had in a long time! I will certainly be returning!

Buscamos un lugar en o alrededor Wigan sin alojarse en un hotel. El Loft llegó en la parte superior de un antiguo pub que en realidad lo sabían. Las fotos se veía magnífica, pero sinceramente no podría poner las dos juntas. Me han cumplimentado el formulario en línea como necesitábamos algo urgente para el día siguiente por 6 noches. Me sorprendió que me llamó a pocos minutos, aunque ella estaba en vacaciones en España.Lo reservamos como dijo que se enamorará de él cuando uno lo ve, ella era justo. Mi única queja era que las escaleras, pero sólo porque tenía un reemplazo de rodilla. No estuvo tan mal. El apartamento es precioso, decorado con buen gusto en negro, blanco y rojo. Moderna cocina y cuarto de baño con ducha. Pub debajo, pero ningún ruido en absoluto.Tomamos una copa en cada noche allí como era muy amable y había sido reformado.Tiendas y comida para llevar cerca si no quieres cocinar.El pub sólo tiene comida el sábado y el domingo lo cual fue una pena.Podría hacer con una pequeña lavadora, pero eso es mi única poco expuesta.Sin duda volveremos cuando nos visita familiar.Gracias para clasificar por nosotros.Gail & Dave.
