Amazing pizza delivered within half an hour of ordering fresh & hot

My first order from here and it will be my last. I ordered Lasagne and was told it would take 20 minutes. When we arrived to collect it after 19 minutes, the place was empty, and was still empty when we left. We arrived home 6 minutes later and the lasagne was stone cold, I wonder what they were doing for those 19 minutes? Maybe holding a hair dryer to the box? Maybe for future customers they will consider plugging it in. It had clearly not seen an oven in a long time, it was totally cold, not just barely warm. I microwaved it and ate some of the ok chips while I was waiting. It came out of the microwave 2 minutes later piping hot, but was pretty bland to be totally fair. We normally order from Pepe Verde, but I thought we'd give this place a chance. I think 'can't be bothered' sums them up accurately.

I've been here maybe 2/3 times a week for the passed 3 months usually bang on ....although the passed 3 times I've been the chips have been raw, thought I'd give them a pass as we all make mistakes and being the only take away open on the way home, when I finish work I've returned. Tonight I got cheesy chips and garlic mayo again for £4.40, (and to keep the change) for the chips to come with the bare minimum cheese on and they are raw again....how hard is it to cook chips.....not hard at all. I will not be returning to this takeaway from now on 4 times on the trot with raw chips.....chips of a0ll things

10/10 authentic Italian food! Ordered past mid night food came quickly and guys were really nice! We had ham and mushroom pizza and a lasagna both out of this world. Glad to have finally found a good reliable takeaway at last thanks guys! 👍

Ordered a parma burger. No sauce. Cold. Poor quality cheese, ordered a pot of parmesan and it had a dead fly in it.

Ordered a half and half, this is how it arrived with no chips that we ordered. Very thin, toppings come off Won't be ordering from here again Very disappointed

Ordered a 14" last night. Topping was good, pizza cooked too low temperature and as the dough was so thin, even for a thin crust it was very hard to eat, even by folding large end in true Italian style. Franky I thought it was rubbish.

Excellent pizza! Staff are great. But when I get charged £3 delivery I go a bit John Lambo .. so when the delivery driver turned up without change, well, I had to camp out under his motorcycle for a week with my combat knife and try really hard not to pop his tires.. I will reiterate, the Pizzas are proper Italian Pizza , cooked to perfection and are in my top two places to order from, the other place can't be bothered answering the phone , so they can jog on from now on. Well done for providing excellent pizza to the hungry ! Bravo 👏

Best take away I've had in a long time. Pasta was cooked perfectly, everything tasted fresh and not greasy, food delivered quickly. Awesome!

Was really looking forward to this after reading reviews, but unfortunately not. Was nearly an hour late and that cold we even had to warm it up ourselves. So disappointing.

Hour and 35 mins to arrive. Stone cold. Quality and service have dropped through the floor since moving. Fourth substandard takeaway will be the last. A real shame.

Food took 20 minutes to arrive after being marked as dispatched. Garlic bread and chips were literally stone cold. Other items mildly warm and needed to be microwaved to be eaten. Called restaurant to complain and was told manager would call me back. No call! So called again and was told that manager is on holiday and no one could help me. Absolutely shocking and a place to avoid at all costs.

Hi eat every Friday for over a year they became friends I order one night no have money only card they no where I live, they said no y be cause they only care about money not local people, my friend £1 short from £10 they said no come on I’m upset I give 1000s to these guys no £1 until next day they pretend they friend they only like money not Scarborough people

THIS IS THEE BEST PIZZA HOUSE! I don’t know we’re to start! The ingredients are so fresh and such good quality..we had every colour pepper and every colour olive 🫒 on our vege pizza. The tomato sauce is probably the best Iv ever tried. Can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner. Won’t ever go anywhere else after this! Service is brilliant..Thankyou! 🍕🫑👍🏼

We got our takeaway for dinner during an overnight stay in Scarborough. The reviews Fetta D'italia had while not many, were very good. This swayed our decision, along with the choice in pasta dishes that we both like. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there were no problems in understanding or communicating, speaking very good English. Our order was to take 15mins, and was ready in 20. This 5 minute extra wait inspired confidence that the food would be well cooked Vs rushed out, just to meet the 15 minutes quoted. This turned out to be, we both really enjoyed our meals, of which the portions were generous, the spaghetti carbonara (see photo, partially eaten, with sides we shared, breaded mushrooms and onion rings). The food was rich in flavours, and the lasagna (tested a mouthful from my partner) was equally nice. The salad that came with it was fresh, the chips were seasoned and still hot, despite the 5-10 minutes it took us to get back to the hotel. It was easily one of the best takeaways I've ever had, and my only advice I would give them - keep doing what you're doing, and don't change... The prices shown on their website matched in the shop, and seem typical of prices today, so considering the high quality of the food, that makes it comparatively good value. The reason I've gone to the effort of a longer and more detailed review, is because a newish place that's still working to build up customers and the feedback, deserved it, based on both of our experience and very nice meal. I felt they really deserved it. We will certainly look forward to come again on a future stay in Scarborough.

We are holiday in Scarborough and tried this takeaway for the first time today after using Google to look up places to eat. This place had a few reviews which were all excellent so we were happy to give them a try. I have just enjoyed a most beautiful lasagne with chips, salad and shared a side order of garlic mushrooms and onion rings. The staff were friendly and we shall definitely come here again in Spring 2023. Thank you very much and I wish you every success.

Pizza came absolutely freezing, must have been surfing on the sea with it to come that cold, ordered garlic mayo but I got mayo, ordered 2 cans but I got one, the only thing came correct was the chips and even those was dripping in sweat

I live in Scarborough but have only just found this place. I called in and ordered and waited to collect the guys were all really friendly and you could see them making the dough fresh, we had a seafood pizza a caprece pizza and a garlic bread and it was all amazing. The base was really light and thin and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Definitely the BEST PIZZA IN SCARBOROUGH!!! I will definitely go again.

Stumbled upon this place and ordered two different pizzas, 2 salads, and cheesy garlic bread. The gentleman who took our order was absolutely pleasant. The order was ready within 15 minutes and we took it home to eat. Everything was delicious. We would Definitely order from here next time we visit Scarborough.

Very disappointed! I was recommended this Italian so of course had to try it. Almost a 2 hour wait for luke warm pizza, a tomato garlic bread so salty it was inedible and bolognese that was all herbs. Ordered from Scarborough Eats food app, found out afterwards it was nearly £4 more than the other big food apps!

Had a number of meals from here and they started out amazing. Sadly the last couple of times have really let them down. Food is late, cold and just not worth it. Will be going elsewhere until the original standards come back. Sorry guys!

This is the best pasta I have ever tasted. I would recommend this takeaway to anyone who enjoys a good pasta meal which is also gives a good sized portion. I know I'll definitely be coming back for more.
