Came in today and ordered some food. I got egg fried rice. Sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken chow mein and a pancake roll. And I have got to say it was the best Chinese food I have had in a long time. I love Chinese food and it’s been a long time since I have been to a restaurant and been served food that was so nice. I’m now sat here with a bad belly because I just couldn’t stop eating hahaha ( I’ve made a pig of myself ) Service was fast. Staff was polite and the food was absolutely phenomenal. Portions was generous for the price paid. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys for a lovely meal. I will definitely be seeing you guys soon.

Great little find... a friendly place with warm kind service and they were v happy to present our BYO birthday cake with a flourish! Food served in v decent time (was earlier in evening) and plates also came out all together (table of 7) with no one waiting around for theirs. All food was nicely presented, fresh and tasty. Would both recommend and go again. V reasonable pricing too.

I come to Fenixia regularly with a young man with severe autism. The staff are incredibly accommodating to his needs. They ensure his regular food order is at a high standard and made to his specific asks. Highly recommended !

Worse Chinese ever! Cha siu was tough and sauce was thin. hardly tasted the garlic with chilli Portion was tiny had more rice for 1 than the main dish. Food tasted better in china and Hong Kong. Could have done better at home .

From all the Chinese takeaway around, this is our favourite. For my preference they use better ingredients, dishes are well balanced and generous compared with other takeaways, keep up making a difference!

The food was plentiful and delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely eat here again. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for atmosphere was because, for a Friday night it was quiet and we were seated next to the only other occupied table when we arrived at 7pm. Sandhurst should be supporting this restaurant with bums on seat in addition to what was obviously a thriving order online and takeaway service.

Chicken balls seem like thay was yesterday balls that thay put in the deep fryer again! Ribs was hard and dry and fatty. Normaly thay are not bad . But will not be ordering again. Not impressed.

As a Chinese person I am always hesitant to order delivery/take away Chinese food. Since Empress Garden is a restaurant I thought it would be decent but it really wasn't. The chicken satay from the starters section was tolerable and looked like chicken wings. The Malaysian beef and chicken satay sauce dishes weren't the flavour I was expecting. The roast pork and duck dish was dry and food not seem fresh either.

We ordered the set meal for two takeaway this evening. Delivery was prompt and the portions extremely generous. The food arrived hot and very tasty. We have never bought from Empress Garden before but will certainly be coming back in the future.

Ordered tonight for the first time ever. Food was really good and came quicker than we expected! I hadn’t even had a chance to get a tip out before my daughter opened the door!!! Absolutely brilliant especially when you throw in the mix of good food delivered quick, we have someone they had to accommodate for with an allergy! Well done !

Great food and they have great gluten free options, the owner completely understands the needs for GF and can offer lots of dishes that ive been unable to eat elsewhere.

Placed order at 7pm. At 8:30pm tried calling to find out where food was. Their number either says 'user busy' or goes to answer phone that does not allow you to leave a message. 4 of us tried calling for over 30min. When our order was placed our contact number was left with them but they have have not even called us to provide an updatel. Over 2.5hrs later we have given up and now need to try and get our money back.

We came here for the first time today, on a Sunday evening and totally enjoyed it. The service was so polite ,friendly and professional. Even with so many people ordering takeaways and only one lady serving both orders and the restaurant, at no point did you feel ignored. Super awesome service.and the food was really great.ordered the mixed starter option and the chicken and beef chow mein and everything was awesome.all in all great meal out and will definitely be coming again :)

Tonight the service and food was excellent.

Most of the starters were like the battered, frozen stuff you buy from the Chinese supermarket. Obviously not freshly prepared. And before we ordered we were told we'd have to pay more if we ordered more than we could eat. Disappointed. It used to be good here. Sweet and sour chicken and mushrooms were nice.

Sunday 28th July my family and I went for a meal here. 4 adults,teenager and a 6 year old. We were seated and decided we didn’t want the all you could eat and ordered from the normal menu. We ordered water for the table as we wanted to order food before drinks. After ordering about five minutes in the rather rude lady came back and said because our order came to £49 and was less than £10 per person she can’t serve us but we can order it as a take out???? We were gobsmacked. There were 6 people in restaurant and loads of empty tables plus this isn’t a top notch restaurant with a minimum order. I asked to see where it said it on the menu and she showed me. It said 10% surcharge not £10 minimum charge per person. She refused to serve us unless as I said we ordered it as a take out. Well they’ve lost our custom and will NEVER go back due to rudeness. Our bill would of been double once we ordered our drinks but you snooze you loose. Very weird way of treating customers and your business.

Was truly horrified at what I witnessed at this restaraunt last night. I ordered some squid for me and my two young children and when it came out it smelt funny and was of a funny texture. Jubiously I tasted a tiny peice and was nearly sick in my mouth. So I called the waiter over and kindly asked to send it back. They kept prompting me to take it home. As a local and regular customer they tried to assure me that I had ordered it before and then as the debate progressed they admitted that this squid in particular was from the alacarte menu and bot the usual 1. Any how when they brought the bill out they still tried to charge me for it and when I challenged the staff they was very aggressive and insisted if I ordered it I would have to pay despite me being a regular well paying customer for over 8 years. I asked to see the manager who was even more abrupt and rude and started swearing in front of my children and other customers. I was horrified as to to which point I left and apologised to the other customers at tables. They didn't want to listen to my point of view and just shouted over me aggressively and made me and the children very uncomfortable. I was disappointed as we have been going for so many years. I shall never ever go back there. The food is very substandard but my children liked the rice and noodles in there. The meat and fish is borderline inedible. The hygiene is poor and there attitude and customer service is the worstI have ever encountered. The young lady manager needs to learn how to run a business. It was 9pm on a Friday night and only 2 tables of 4 were in there all night. I wouldn't take my worst enemy there. Shame on them. No honour at all.

Absolutely love this restaurant; authentic and delicious cuisine, really friendly staff, really good atmosphere, high quality service, great decor. Also does really amazing takeaways. This is my currently my most favourite Chinese restaurant and is in my opinion one of the best Chinese restaurants in this area - Definitely Recommend!

A decent Chinese restaurant for the area, definitely the best in Crowthorn and Sandhurst that I've tried. King prawn dishes are amazing, but avoid the general mixed seafood. It's not fresh (you can tell-probably frozen at a guess) and whilst not bad, the chicken, beef or prawn dishes are 100% better. Most dishes can be made vegetarian if you ask them to nicely. Haven't been to eat at the restaurant, mostly take away, but the interior is lovely, and have sat at the bar drinking lovely Chinese beer waiting for my food to come out (generally in under 10 minutes). Wish they delivered, but it's worth popping in the car to get some good Chinese x

We have eaten here many times and have always been delighted with the quality of the food & friendly service. Our daughter is vegan and finds the menu accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Came to eat at this place on one of my birthday and the food I had here with my family are very tasty and delicious. Interior design and lighting provided a warming environment for the evening and the service provided by the dedicated staff are fantastic and first-class. I would highly recommend eating here but phone and book a table in advance when possible.

Welcoming, affordable and excellent atmosphere with lovely food. Highly recommend their all you can eat menu. Service is excellent and cope well with larger bookings too.

Best chinese in Sandhurst, we've been here 20 years and tried them all and these people are just wonderful. Friendly, personal and helpful staff and great food. Winner!
