Definitely would recommend this chip shop to anyone. Have to say, one of the best cod & chips I’ve had in along time. The people who work there was so polite, clean and when you order your food you didn’t wait to long. 5 star. Only thing I was disappointed was I asked for a few rolls and when I returned home, they give me burger buns. To me that’s not a roll. Definitely will be returning, thank you for the food.

My absolute favourite fish and chip shop the food is second to none and the price is very fair, Staff are friendly. Would absolutely recommend! 😊 It's only a short walk to the beach too

Arrived just as it was closing but they very kindly stayed to do us fish and chips which was absolutely lovely, such good fish, chunky and huge pieces and batter was amazing, crispy and golden. Will definitely be going back 👌👍

5 star in every respect. This is the first time we have been to this chippy.ordered by phone and collected. Ready on time. Including children there were sixteen people in the shop. This says it all. Jumbo sized fish and huge helping of chips . Staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent food, especially the battered cod. Massive portions. But very, very popular so expect to wait for your order.

Superb fish & chips in clean & friendly surroundings. Had the meal at 1pm so not busy. Home made proper chips & tasty cod with crispy batter. Highly recommended.

I ordered cod and chips and jumbo battered sausage and chips, the food is cooked to order so you have a little wait before it's ready but it's well worth the wait! Great food and exceptional portions, well worth a visit if you're in the area 👍

Over 30 minutes for 2 cod and chips. Not worth the wait!

Another fish and chip shop where everything seemed to be cooked to order. However, even though there seemed to be a reasonable queue, our order arrived fairly quickly. It was good to see orders and names being taken and orders shouted out by name rather than the order (fish & chips twice could have been ordered several times). Initially I was disappointed with the chips as they seemed dry but I soon realised that they were actually cooked very well, being crisp and dry on the outside yet light and fluffy on the inside. The fish was of a considerable size, possibly slightly over battered, yet excellently cooked. The winner though was the price - superb value for money. I will be back with my next visit to the area in a few months time.

This place is fantastic. Went there last night. It was a cold rainy October evening. Greeting on entry was very warming. We sat down at a table for two. Service excellent. We ordered cod and chips twice with pineapple fritters and mushy peas. The meals were served with a smile and beautifully presented. The fish and chips were to die for. Nothing was too much trouble. The portion sizes were huge. Sadly I couldn't eat everything!!! Batter beautiful by the way, and the whole meal was so fresh. To be honest, tempted to go again tonight, but better go for something less calorific. If you like quality fish and chips, and you're in the Bognor area, get yourself down to Felpham Chippy. You won't be disappointed!!!!!

First time I've been back since being redecorated. Been a little while since I ate here on the odd occasion. Nothing quite like having some proper fish and chips down by the sea.

Amazing. Food cooked and tastes fantastic. Portion sizes beyond belief. I've had to 'down size' my portion to OAP , and it's a pound cheeper! Still more than enough to fill my belly. So much better now than it used to be, thanks to the new owners. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed!!

The first time had fish and chips and the batter was thick and crusty I couldn't get a knife through it. So in fairness gave it another try and the same thing and the fish was dry. Must be unlucky.

The fish and chips were really tasty actually, I ordered the haddock and the batter was crisp and fluffy. However the price point was a little steep. At £8 for a take away haddock and chips I felt a little cheated. Then to enforce this feeling I noticed it says on the window. "Haddock and Chips £6.60"....for the EAT IN SPECIAL!!!!! So not only is it cheaper too eat in for some mystery reason, which during a pandemic is not what people are gonna want to do. But also you get FREE bread and butter and FREE tea or coffee when you eat in!!! This whole situation left me very confused, when my haddock was ready I asked a member of staff what the purpose of that menu was and they didn't know... obviously the idea is to draw people in to sit inside...but why? If anyone can enlighten me as to why this fish and chip TAKEAWAY is so desperate to have people sitting inside please do. I do definitely recommend visiting for the quality of the fish and chips, it was great!

Got a takeaway yesterday from the Chippy.We both had regular cod and small chips , there was more than enough food.We thought the fish was excellent.The food was lovely, the service was polite and quick.The Chipy is close enough to the beach , to allow us to eat on the beach .

Just had cod and chips, my husband would only eat cod from Fusco's in Whitby North Yorkshire but he really enjoyed it. Huge portions, never got cold and was worth the money.

Their large cod is LARGE. Love their pea fritters. Nice friendly service

I drove past the Felpham chippy on the way home & asked friend who lives in felpham if the Chippy was any good & was told to give them a try they're excellent & we're happy we did! They were in fact outstanding fabulous fresh Cod & really nice chips We'll definitely be back again. Friendly staff as well so definitely worth visiting. Top mark's all round

Just enjoyed Plaice & Scampi, both with "small" Chips, from Felpham Chippy. Very well cooked thank you. Batter dry & crispy, good quality potatoes used for the chips which were excellent and plentiful despite being "small". Enjoyed it very much.Their food has been pretty good over the years and today was up there with the best. Highly recommended. Thanks. Liked it a lot.

Felpham chippy is outstanding all round. Very generous portions (unlike many others in Bognor), nice people, great food and to top it off, they use sustainable materials for packing. I’m gutted to be moving out of the area and will not be able to come here as often.

Tasty battered fish, chips mushy peas and other options. Bought here many times Why go anywhere else when it's consistently good and good service!!!!

Simply the best!!!! Do I need to say any more!? I love the Felpham chippy, the food is perfect every time, and the team who work there are so friendly. The portions are great and after many years I have never had a bad meal. Go there, it will not dissapoint.

You can't fault the chips, best in the area, shame about the batter, chewy and leathery. To be honest we had always used this shop with no problem but the last time we used it theBatter was awful, it was at the time of the flour shortage due to the coronavirus so that could have been the problem, I sincerely hope it was. It would be nice to go back to good fish with his excellent chips
