We ate breakfast here on 3 out of our 4 mornings and we very impressed by the experience. Not only were the staff really welcoming and friendly, but extremely hardworking too. Constantly clearing tables and topping things up. The cooks were regularly checking the hot breakfast items to make sure everything was as it should be and our request for some extra crispy bacon was sorted within a few minutes. Another staff member (Ginnie) was like a ray of sunshine in the morning, just the sort of person you want to be greeted by. Nothing was too much trouble. We decided to try the pizza buffet for our evening meal (on the Dinaround plan) at the same location and this was also a great experience. A new staff member (Helen) was really polite and welcoming, and she clearly explained what was included in the Dinaround package. All of the pizzas were fresh, hot and tasty and the puddings were really nice as well. Overall a really good experience here and I'd definitely recommend stopping by. Service was in a different league compared to another on-site venue (The Diner) which was unbelievably slow and shoddy.

Breakfast and dinner for 18 of us. Nothing was too much trouble service was excellent, with just the right amount of friendly. Special thanks to Keith who served us every day, Ginnie for a friendly welcome and very helpful, and the rest of the team(Alice and Gill). Food was good, and accommodated our special needs.

Fabulous breakfast, good selection of food and staff were extremely nice and helpful, a lovely eating environment. Special thanks to Keith, Ginnie, Alice and Gill who made sure we were well looked after we have a son with autism so really appreciated the lovely environment 😊

Warm welcome, waited less than 5 minutes for a table even though restaurant was busy. We had a Dinearound meal plan and Emily explained all the options available to us and was very patient whilst we decided. Service was quick, food was nice; something for everyone. On the whole very pleased. Staff were extremely hard working but nothing was too much trouble.

The staff are so friendly here so it pains me to say but I did not enjoy my food. I’d rather buy a frozen pizza from Iceland. Really unappealing looking food on offer via the buffet and freshly made food is not much better. It’s not cheap to pay as you go but if part of the meal package I guess people would be happy to tolerate the poor quality.

We ate in Papa Johns for breakfast and Ginnie was so welcoming, we had breakfast in beachcomber day one and it was awful. It was so much cleaner here, better selection of food and staff were so much nicer especially Ginnie.

Reasonably decent food although I think the pizza and pasta buffet isn’t the same quality pizza as if you order off menu. Although we did enjoy them. Prices were cheap, service decent and food was average but still a good deal.

Our experience was great. The staff were amazing (especially Ginnie , Keith and Adele). Ginnie was incredibly helpful, insuring that me and my three children had everything we needed. T he restaurant was clean and organised . This is the best place to have breakfast at Butlin’s Bognor Regis.

Amazing food but I have to say the wonderful service from Victoria made our visit. She was super friendly, helpful and so polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Same can be said for Andy the duty manager he was also lovely and very observant. Thank you papa johns team. 10/10 for the amazing service.

We went here for breakfast every day of our stay at Butlins, Bognor Regis, plus dinner one eve, and I have to say the staff were an absolute breath of fresh air and put a lot of the Butlins staff to shame. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were friendly, welcoming & the food was top notch too. Would highly recommend a visit.

You may not necessarily associate Butlins and good food in the same sentence but went here and was the best pizza I've ever had. Staff were also very friendly, beer was lovely and cold, could not fault it. Excellent.

Vegan options weren’t as advertised on the allergen menu which was disappointing, however our server Keith was absolutely lovely and the guy on the bar James was great too! Overall it was a great dining experience the food was hot and delicious

Lovely service from Victoria. This Papa John's has all you can eat that is by far better than Pizza Hut. The salad actually looks and tastes fresh. Responsive and friendly service from Victoria, took care of all our needs.

We came here twice during our stay, had the buffet pizza,pasta, salad. Really enjoyed it. Fresh food. Our faves were the cheesy pasta, the potato salad and the pizzas were nice, not greasy. Ages from tots to great grandmother, vegetarian and non. All enjoyed. Served by the lovely Victoria. Will definitely be back on our next holiday

Pizza cold and tasteless. delivery was quick no fault of delivery person. Pizza was bland at best and underdercooked. WTF for the price. Could have gone and gotten better at Lite Ceasars.

This was our second time at this Papa John's on our week at Butlins. The service we received went well beyond our expectations. James and Victoria both looked after us very well. They were very accommodating to all our requests, nothing was too much trouble and was met with a smile. They were both very friendly and an absolute credit to the company.

Loads of options for all the family. Trinity was loads of fun and great with the kids. The kids were given colouring to do to keep them busy whilst they waited which wasn't long at all.

I came with my 3 year old daughter whilst on a trip to Butlins. Our server was Abby who was great. We were also served by James who was brilliant! My daughter fell off a chair and he couldn’t have done more to help. The whole team were polite and friendly and fantastic on the whole.

We had the buffet snd there was s eide selection of pizzas but the pasta was just okay. The salad was also just okay. Oskar pur server was very friendly amd pleasant.

Serve Keith was great but the pizza was really poor, it was cold and and although we arrived as soon as it opened the pizza seemed like it had sat for a long time under the lamps.
