Ordered a cheesy chip and a chicken coujon supper as I had just worked a 12 hour shift and didn't feel up to cooking so Ordered the food in waited an hour for it to come and when it did it was cold the chips were hard and in a.plastic bag and all ended.up in the bin very disappointed

Generous portions of fish supper and taco chips tonight, fresh and hot. Best value of all the chip shop takeouts in A/Town/ Lenadoon area in my opinion

Really disappointed in my order tonight. The chips were so bad, you could actually BEND the little ones. Terrible.

Having read they won an award I just had to try it. Situated in a very populated area of West Belfast it was obvious that it did a good trade from the surrounding housing estates. Quite a few teenagers knocking around and its away from the city centre. Back to my order of a single cod which took around 6 minutes. Quite quick considering how busy it was. It was a largish portion,just over 4 pounds which is fair. It seemed to have been cooked too quickly in too hot oil. Lot of thick shrivelled up batter,gooey on inside. Not really best I have tasted. Place clean and efficient.May go back sometime.

Ordered 2 bottles of juice and only recieved one. Apart from that it was nice

Heard a lot of good things about here but sadly our pizza was dry, powdery and tasted like cardboard. Very little sauce or cheese. Nothing special. Chips where really good though.

I've ordered from feeleys several times but tonights delivery was verty poor. Soggy chips, lots of bad chip, the pizza had very little han and chunks of pineapple which were to big. Wont be ordering from them for a long while

Nice enough, chicken a bit greasy and coating all fell off the chicken. Other than that, it was fine.

Disappointing as usual, pizza and garlic bread burnt to crisp, pizza not cut at all, delivery takes forever and once it comes you wouldn't want to touch it

Not going to leave a bad rating as I order from here all the time and there's never usually a problem but I ordered a pizza and left a message for it to be half pepperoni only. Half the pizza was for my kids who don't eat veg. The message was ignored so my kids couldn't eat the pizza. This left me really angry. I'll probably order from here again but I just wanted to inform u on this.

Ordered about 7:30 it's now 9pm and my order still isn't here rang to the shop and the women was so rude just said " aye it's going up now" after being nearly 2 hours late that's all she said hoping it's the best pizza always order for here very disappointed

Waiting over an hour bap was burnt and hard as a rock taco mince was stone cold not even able to eat it what a waste of £7.60 had to just throw it in the bin as it was horrible

First time ordering from takeaway after seeing news paper story about a customer request.... Really glad we ordered, southern fried chicken was great, and great chips as they should be from chip shop. Will order again.

Taste of pizza was very good but because of lateness in delivery time (delivery boy couldn't find our address) pizza was just warm. I don't know why delivery person charge us once again for delivery (£1.50) if this payment we've made online before we placed an order.

Hi i was missing a garlic pizza bread. Tried ringing 9 times but engaged all the time. Apart from that food was lovely

We order from here a lot. But all the pizzas this time were dry and the bases were burnt

Order arrived 25 - 30 mins after delivery time, food wasn't the best quality and a largely cold. The chips looked a day old and microwaved, the pizza was suffering from a slight case of lactose intollerance as it didn't have a lot of cheese on it.

It says it's been delivered and nothing came everyone was in the house and the door didn't rap not be ordering again waiting over 35 mins as the order was suppose to be here at 10 to 8 and now it's 25 past 8

Iv ordered a few times and its always late and always problems with the order

First time a mistake, second time is silly but 3rd 4th 5th and counting the order is wrong again, no drinks asual, I think the delivery driver either keeps them for his fat self or the thick as a bull whack workers keep them!! Keep them as I won't be back! Food is sh@t away! Happy new year!

called to make order over the phone the attitude was wild was told i cant hear you followed by naaa as i spoke louder and they hung up. ordered on justeat no need for rude staff and the food was as dry as the staff manners go along way

Feeleys added on 20mins to the orginal delievery time to begin with . An hour after our estimated delivery time my partner rang to be told it had just left. A half hour later my partner rang again as it still hadn't arrived and they said it had just left!, ended up cancelling our order. Disgrace waiting over 2 hours on a delievery

When it says delievered give it up to half an hour before you will have your food

Arrived at the time it said the food would be ready, sadly I waited a further 15 minutes, girl behind the counter proceeded to take 3 phone orders before asking if I'd ordered even though the shop was at this stage busy, a better system for taking both orders from those in store and on the phone. I understand it's a busy time of the year, I couldn't fault the food as it was as good as it always was. It's just the small things that start to become annoying.

Food was lovely though half of the food was missing so had to wait another hour for it to come

Always forget something no matter what you order,annoying when you put it in the comments box i.e : Salt & Vinergar,red/brown sauce But food is perfectly fine.

Ordered couple times from here never had problem but the last two times I have ordered a meal and the drinks haven't arrived I ring back to day and all the day that they can do is apologise

Chips were soggy, tin of Fanta was missing. Rang the shop redelivered the juice and gave a new chip! But it's happened a view times🤔

Came an hour and twenty minutes late the pizzas were squashed onto The lid and it was dripping out from the corners. The pizza was returned and I awaiting a refund

Never got the chilli base as requested on my pizza and the garlic bread, had little or no garlic on it as i couldn't taste any, it was still good food for the price and the delivery was spot on, just disappointed at not receiving what i had been expecting as they have never failed to disappoint.

I ordered two chicken Goujons meals and also a tub of chilli sauce and got two kebabs on chips and taco chip, i would normally get out of here and it's brilliant. Rang the delivery driver and he said he would ring back but never did.

Usually I give top score but unfortunately they got our order a bit wrong. I rang and they offered to deliver the correct items but I said it was fine and they said they will give us something free of charge when we next order. Can't ask for fairer than that. Great takeaway and great service. They just happened to be under pressure that night.

The mixed kebab was great, packed with all the meats and the flatbread (Naan) was really good too.

Have never received the right order. ALWAYS wrong order. Thick as a bulls walt!!
