Favorite Fried Chicken in Broxbourne

just got out of hospital had chicken from here nearly bloody killed me be very very carful and no im not letting this go ,,never been so ill in all my life and yes have all the proof i need and hospital test

My husband and I Popped in here after shopping in Morrisons. I used to be a great fan of KFC, but lately have been very disappointed. Well what can I say, it was excellent. My husband had 2 chicken breasts and chips. In KFC they are always reluctant to give you 2 breast and are dried out And small. These were really big and succulent. I had a spicy burger meal. I could not fault it. The man who served us was very good. All in all 10 put of 10 Would definitely recommend Thank you

This place is tge worst takeaway iv ever come across the staff are rude on the phone CANNOT understand English and the food is rubbish and cold. Stay away big time

My first experience of Favorite Chicken. Don't like the American spelling, but there you are . Chicken and chips were top notch, as was the service. Hot and tasty, well worth a visit. I'll use Favorite again .

Made an order online and still waiting for it to arrive. And when I contacted them for assistance was just it's been sent you will have to speak to just eat tomorrow. No regard for there customers or where there food had gone. Take the money and run merchants I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Last time we ordered they very late with delivery and popcorn chicken over cooked and cold gray and chicken was Gracie

Food turned up half an hour late, was lied to by the manager who told said “it will be there any minute bro” after calling them twice to see where it was. Chicken was tasteless, gravy was like water and the fries were soggy. Would definitely not recommend.

took over an hour and 15 to deliver less than a mile away on a Thursday evening Every time i order from here the expected delivery time changes as soon as they take your money...rip off. Food arrived cold and chips soggy and stale. Wont be using them or just eat again

We’ve been ordering from Favorite Chicken & Ribs for years and they are definitely (in our humble opinion) the very very best place to for chicken takeaway! they are always helpful, friendly and straight forward over the phone when we place our order and the food always arrives on time and hot and fresh. The delivery guys are always smiling and friendly too. The hot wings have the most delicious crispy batter and the chips are cooked just right too. The chicken wraps are lovely as are the chicken burgers. We cannot fault them and we are fussy with our food! we can’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys! from Riverside, Stanstead Abbotts

Hour to wait for delivery but food was on time. Corn on cob was inedible. Looked see through as though it had been massively overcooked and left under heat lamp for hours. Coleslaw tasted off. Burger was swamped in mayo, bun was soggy. Chicken didn't taste great. Only thing that was nice was the chips and chicken popcorn. Unimpressed

When delivered, all food was correctly delivered but delivery driver forgot our drinks.

order was late and various bits missing from the order, tried calling the place but all they do is pick up phone and without speaking they hang up, poor poor service!

Burnt dry chewy and taste vile never going back

I was told that this was ‘normal’ for the wings. I understood that the way it was Cooked allowed the meat to be slightly pink. But this was absolutely uneatable. Nothing was done about it. Terrible service. Not good!!!

I used to prefer favorite chicken (Hoddesdon Branch) to kfc but favorite chicken’s standards have sunk below acceptable and the staff have proven they don’t care about customer service OR happy customers. Selfish, blatantly above policy, and just outright appalling!

Favourite chicken used to be my fave place to eat chicken. But recently it’s slipped its standards and the chicken and chips are no where what they used to be. Soggy and oily is what I’ve had twice now with this place in a short space of time and it’s so disappointing as it was the opposite of this just a short time ago. Don’t know what’s happened here but I sadly shan’t be ordering from here again.

Food was alright chicken skin wasn’t very crispy but tasted nice, chips were soggy , the hot wings were nice and crispy but very spicy.

I thought that the food was okay the service could have been better as my food was 50 minutes late I ordered a meal and I didn't receive the drink I ordered with it and my children were upset because they were hungry and one even feel asleep while waiting I also when the food did arrive I was cold I didn't bother phoning back as it would have caused more hassle and all we wanted was food weather we will be eating from you again is very low.

Right next door to KFC, but I prefer the chicken and fries from here. Service tends to be a bit quicker and friendlier too

Waited over 2 hours for my food. I had to chase the restaurant as well. no apology from the driver, was just told the restaurant was really busy, and that's why it was so late.

Please change your oil more often and get fresh chicken

We order Favourite Chicken quite frequently, due to my sons love for it. Normally it is very good but tonight the chicken was extremely salty. The chicken rappa also had far too much sauce in it. The Chilli Poppas and Chicken Poppas are very good.

When I fancy chicken my default choice is Favourite Fried Chicken every time. It is better than KFC, the chicken is bigger, more tasty, more succulent, more flavoursome, and the chips portion is definitely the biggest I have been ever encounted. I would recommend every time

basically the staff are bare RUDE, and the food is from a scale on bare doost to dankness, fairly doost. The staff are weird m8 dont know about you but they dont seem normal to meeee. They are quite rude and dont let you sit inside when theres a storm outside so yeah, not good.

The food was disgusting. Rubber uncooked chicken. The spare ribs were inedible. I phone and complained and was told if I order again they would remember my address and sort something out!!!!! I will never use this place again.......

I try not to complain about any service I know how busy the takeaway business can be at weekends however on this occasion my food took 90 minutes to arrive and when it arrived I had 3 portions of chips missing which cost me £5:40,I will be considering not using this service again.

Positively surprised at quality of food, would certainly order again. Delivery arrived inside the time specified when I ordered and the driver followed instructions given on the order to the letter and didn't wake my kids up my ringing the doorbell. Great work!
