Chicken wings were disgusting. The 2 paper containers were drenched with oil which soaked the paper bags! Very disappointed as even the delivery driver mentioned he was waiting for 40 mins at the restaurant

Wrong drinks and a portion of chips short.my partner didnt enjoy her burger at all and left most of it.its always been great in the past so maybe just a bad night

Missing drink from our meal, all food was mediocre at best but for the price it cost it was not worth it, food was also a bit dry, overall not too happy with our experience.

Perfect , would perfer a variety of wings, not just the drumsticks.

Had to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered and once arrived wasn’t happy the wrap and chicken was cold and the chips were warm for £32 very disappointed

Awful. Kids meals didn't get eaten. Never tasted chips so rank, nuggets were like bullets. Sent orange drinks when blackcurrant was ordered. Gravy tastless. Worse takeaway ive eaten.

Probably not the resteraunts fault but the food was cold, we waited 1hr 20 mins for food and then when it arrived it was cold. £32 on a meal and felt wasted

Awful, never using Just Eat ever again. Had to drive to the restaurant myself and met the driver there. Over an hour and a half late. Driver was very polite but his instructions by just eat were completely different to our delivery time. Surprise meal and birthday ruined. Thanks a lot!!!

Yeah it’s alright it’s good. Chicken and chips quality is better than its USA chicken rival. Prices are fine, but their portion sizes could be bigger for their burgers bit smaller than average burger size I will say. Thanks!

Excellent Fried Chicken & Ribs a little more expensive than the local KFC but much more tastier and lot more enjoyable. I recommend you try this local newish restaurant.

I can't stop telling people how much I love this place lol. I'm not normally a chicken person, but just really fancied some one night. KFC is always so dry and crunchy i find. This chicken is so moist and tender and just tastes amazing. Even my daughter who will only eat chicken poppers. Said this place does the best chicken poppers she's ever tasted. And she loves the chips too, and she's not normally into chips. It is amazing value for money. I can see why Favourite Chicken & Ribs gets a score of 6 stars. Try it you won't be disappointed!

Arrived quicker than expected and was very tasty

First time ordering and we weren't disappointed. The food was very tasty and arrived hot. The restaurant was good at managing expectations by revising delivery timing to reflect how busy the drivers were. The food was worth the wait.

This was my first time ordering from here. And I will most definitely be back! The food was absolutely gorgeous, and great value for money.... 10 out of 10 from me!

Ordered at 21:26 via Deliveroo, and never received my food. Called the shop and they never answered. Won’t be using here again

Just had lunchtime treat. Got 6 pieces chicken 4 fries meal delivered by diliveroo. Unfortunately most of the chips were not cooked properly and in the chicken skin were loads of, what looked like hairs. So disappointed will not have again

Just had 6 peice chicken and 4 chips plus hot wings they all had a twang don't know if oil wants changing or somthing thrown all straight in bin it was first time there don't think will be going back

I went there to buy food and while I was waiting, I noticed the guy came out of the toilet, couldn't wash his hands, then he scratched his ears and after a minute he threw potatoes with same hands and I gave up my order 😂enjoy your food

Fantastic in store offers, food very nice, staff friendly and shop very clean, probably the cleanist takeaway I've seen in the area only 1 slight problem the burgers are very small if you made burgers bigger but same quality and taste then everything would be perfect!

Not had Favorite Chicken since I moved from London 8 years ago so thought I'd try to see if the ribs are as good as I remember.Not disappointed at all,the ribs are superb.Would of given 5 stars if delivery was more consistent but sometimes not available.

Tried this place 14/12/21 - boneless chicken hardly edible as too solid possibly several days old? Might have been a bad day but drive past every night and won't be going again

I'm no Gordon Ramsey but I'm pretty sure chicken shouldn't be pink inside , plus very expensive I would rather drive further to USA chicken or kfc

Considering it is new the quality of the food is very good. A lot better priced than other chicken shops with a large menu. Can be a little slow, but this will get with experience. Staff are friendly staff and the building is very clean.

Tried this place on the second day after opening and was very impressed. As to be expected with a new store service was a little slow while they are still working things out which is fine. Food quality is much better than a large chain nearby, chicken was very moist and full of flavour. Side orders are also very good. 3 of us ate large meals with sides for less than £30 which I’m certain would cost £50+ elsewhere. Give it a go if you are local or in the area.
