Absolutely awful food. It was as if it was just reheated. The peanut butter chicken was just chicken covered in curry sauce. Asked for full fat coke and got diet which went out of date Jan24. Walked past the shop the day after we had the food and if I’d be known it looked like that, would never have ordered from it. The windows were covered in newspaper and it just looked awful.

I have never had to do this before but the food was terrible and I tried repeatedly to get in contact with them but every time the line was engaged.....very disappointing. I couldnt eat it and have been trying to prove I couldn't eat it by returning it, my reverend wont go there either....I wish they'd answer the phone and perhaps try to redeem themselves.

Just ordered 70 something £s worth of Chinese and got 10% discount great..... But when I got home 10mins away and dished up food was cold, some of the chicken in the chicken curry was not even covered in sauce so must of been microwaved then covered in sauce that was not very tasty, moving on to the chow main tasted burnt and weird like off and was cold, the rice bland, crispy beef tasted burnt was soggy and was cold, salt chilli chicken also burnt nice taste but again cold like fridge cold. The chip and chicken balls was the only OK things in my order. Never again for our big family will stay at flaming wok. (flaming wok was closed)

order dinner for collection food was ready in time and hot, but the pancakes from crispy duck were mouldy and the rice had mouldy taste as well Are used to order every month from them. Never had a problem now I’m disgusted that a restaurant, can serve you mouldy food Never ever in my life i will order from this restaurant

This is the one! Lived in the area since April and yet to find a Chinese we like but we have now! Ofcourse everyone's taste is different but for us, there is only one Chinese takeaway, and this is it!

Waiting time 90 minutes. The driver brought the food cold. I got the wrong order. It happened for the second time in a row. I do not recommend. The last time I ordered from this restaurant.

Every time I order through Just Eat, the restaurant cancels it. Wonder if I spent £100's, a driver would magically become available?! Avoid.

Placed order which was £51 for 3 of us for a mothers treat and we were so disappointed.. we got a mix of starters and they were all cold and specific dips missing. The noodles were over cooked and the beef in black bean was cold and chewy. Will not be ordering from here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Order arrived earlier than estimated and was lovely. Highly recommend the bean curd dishes as the texture is great, the batter on the sweet and sour was also about perfect.

had a take away delivery which took an hour and a half. extremely disappointed with what we got, portion sizes were ridiculously small, didn’t even have spring onions that are supposed to come with duck, 2 plum sauce, chilli sauce & hoisin sauces only came 1/4 full. all of our spring rolls and king prawns had way too much batter on them that there was no veg and wasn’t even a whole prawn inside the batter. chips were undercooked and rubber and duck pancakes were cold! so shocked to how poor the quality was for how much we spent. wouldn’t order from here ever again.

Ordered of just eat ,was 20 mins. Late and was cold and some of order missed off will be refunded for missing items and should be refunded delivery as late and cold😟😟😟😟

I'm normally really fussy with takeaway food and getting good veggie options can be difficult as I'm pretty fussy. However, I had the plain egg foo yung and vegetable chow mein (no mushrooms) with veggie spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce and mmmmmhhhmmmmm it was the best Chinese I've ever had! Food came early, piping hot. The bf had chicken chow mein and he was really impressed. Will be ordering from these guys again!!

Ordered for delivery, which took over an hour and a half to get the 4 miles from St. IVES. The food was awful. We had Pad Thai and to describe it as a blob of noodles stuffed into a plastic box with some chicken thrown in. It was so tightly packed that the noodles and chicken were indistinguishable from.each other. Looked and tasted awful. Won't be wasting our money again. Would not recommend this take away.

Always had a lush meal from here and they've always been on time or even early. Thank you for such a great service :D

How can you get chicken chow main wrong, tiny greasy chicken balls too, was just awful

Terrible crispy duck not crispy, satay sticks were more like curry sticks. The chef needs his taste buds examined cause my food was awful.

Came within half an hour, pretty tasteless, very dry, probably reheated several times, very disappointed, quite possibly the worst Chinese I've ever had. Didnt feel great afterwards. Would definitely not order from here again, £45 a waste!

Ordered here for the first time tonight. Unfortunately this was our mixed share box, that was the actual portion of seaweed. It was dripping in fat and my main was terrible. Such a shame.

They made me and my partner and his parents very ill with uncooked meat and now we're all down with horrid food poisoning

Food turned up after 1hr 30 mins, not hot. The crispy shredded beef unedable, stuck together, cold and white! Do not recommend!

Sea weed and chips was at least 2 days old.. disgusting. Chicken with garlic and honey doesn't contain CHICKEN at all... £46 went to bin.. sad. Wouldn't recommend

Wanted to give no stars, took 1.5 hrs to arrive , ordered three dishes, all were wrong , tasted awful went straight in bin , never again 🤑

The service here is great but I find that the food is hit and miss. Delivery service is really quick and food is always hot on arrival. You can also find them on just eat so it makes it easier to order.

If you like the taste of the sweat that builds up in the crevise of your inner thighs after an hour at the gym, then the vermicelli is for you. Vermasmelly.

One star isnt an option. I've ordered from here about 2 and a half years ago the food wasn't up to scratch so I complained and got a full refund. No complaints there. Yesterday wanted to surprise my children when they got home with a takeaway, perfect choice as they deliver from 12pm onwards. I checked reviews and asked around not too many complaints. The food looks good, a lil bland but no complaints. We ate, general view not the best not the worst. 5 hours later were all chucking our guts up, fighting over who can use the toilet, stomach cramps, hot sweats, shaking and feeling dizzy. Contacted just eat to be told they can't help call them yourself. Not the best of ideas when I'm cleaning sick and s*it off my toilet floor. I would have screamed at them. So this morning I try to find contact details other than a telephone number no luck. So thanks St John's I now have 3 sick children to look after whilst feeling like death myself. I've contacted the food standard agency in Cambs. I'm absolutely disgusted and will be telling everyone I know not to order from your restaurant. I'd rather not have a call back thanks, I'll leave it to the food standard agency. Happy Saturday

Really nice food. Orders on just eat to be delivered to the Travelodge at Swavesey. Estimated delivery was 1:30mins but came half an hour early. Food was hot and flavorsome especially the chicken chow mein. Thank you :)

Food took just over 2 hours to arrive and turned up barely warm and bland. Appalling service won't be returning.

Very fast delivery! Make sure you're home, they may deliver before the time stated in the email confirmation if you're ordering on Just Eat. The ingredients seemed nice and fresh and the meat dishes used real meat, not reformed. Sauces were not as glutinous or greasy as I've had elsewhere and the sweet and sour chicken balls were nice and dry, not greasy batter.

Have had two varied selections from here now. Both times the delivery was very quick. The food was piping hot, very tasty with generous portions. Excellent all round takeaway.

I really like the food, but they get a one start for service. I've tried calling during their evening hours (1630-2300) for the last 40 mins--really in the mood for Chinese food and their the only ones who deliver to my area--with no answer.
