Polite and helpful staff very tasty food

Very rude. Horrible customer service. Just called to make a collection and the person I spoke with just now on the phone at 20:48 on the 30th of June was rude with horrible attitude. Please can the owner of the store or manager review whom the person was and make sure they are aware on how not to treat customers. Me and my family are regular customers but we’re let down by this one staff member who answers the call with “What!? Hurry up!?” I wanted to place an order for the whole family but instead said I would order else where on this occasion.

I have been ordering from this place for quite a while and everything was perfect until last night I ordered through Uber eats because I am too ill to go there myself and the delivery was supposed to be under 10 minutes because I am literally 100 yards away, it took them over an hour and when I called them the guy was abrupt and said that I am waiting for a delivery of wings!! I asked him to send what he has and cancel the wings but he said that he can't and he is busy and hung up.... The food came way after dinner was finished and Uber said that they would charge me £16 to cancel the order. (Bunch of thieves) A mafia working under "terms and conditions". Today my son wanted chicken and I dropped him off to get food and paid £30 and the food also arrived soggy. The chicken was not crispy at all and the fries were also undercooked. They must have either a new employee or new owner because they were a lot better. I don't usually write bad reviews unless they really deserve it as I have some reviews with around 1 million views.

A real shame that they let customers dump rubbish in Gloucester Road. It’s so messy and dirty. They should take accountability for this. It’s terrible for the neighbourhood

Quick and easy food, on street parking so have to keep a lookout for traffic wardens as on a double yellow route.

Food awful undercooked and very very very cold. Please never come here gave my daughter tapeworms from the abruptly appalling wings. So expensive for food poising. I now have horrible food poising and spent 4 days in hospital. Please on gods green earth never come here unless you want to be in abnormal pain. The man behind the counter was super rude and when I came back to complain they said to me that I'm a moron and my chicken was cooked. Never coming back and hygiene is disgusting. Mold is growing on celling and deep fryer when I came back and tables extremely unclean. Never again will I return. Disaster in the making.

Got a chicken fillet burger, tasted nice and fresh

The absolute worst customer service, I called in on the 29th of August 2023 7:00pm to ask about the different portions of chicken they offer and just a general enquiry about menu etc as I was planning to order large quantity for a party, I was waiting outside in my car due to parking issues and after being on the phone for less than literally 10 seconds he told me to stop asking him questions as he had a huge line of customers waiting, when i checked there was no one in the shop ??? Surely you want to add customers not decrease them ??

Worst customer service and the staff at checkout has rude behaviour and the food was just okay

Very rude personal. When I ask for the manager they start swaering at me. I was with my 4 years old daughter. She instantly start crying. In the end i left my money and the food, because their attitude. I dont recommend it at all.

Took me long to find a chain with proper quality chicken, have been never disappointed! Highly recommended

Too much fat, mayonnaise and weird sauce.

The ribs were unedible. Honesty couldn't get meat off the bone. Disgusting. Rang them and got told " what do you want me to do about it". Both sides I ordered wasn't put in either. When I confronted them again on phone I got told " come back and il give you money back".but only for the two sides. These people who run this s**those haven't got a clue or give a dam about your order only your money. Never never again would I give them my money or time of day. Totally unacceptable food and service. Please avoid at all costs...never known anything like it.🤢

Lovely fresh chicken. Definitely will be returning. Unfortunately when I last visited, a customer was really rude to staff, whom in my opinion did not deserve it, as they are polite and courteous

Got a fillet meal with chicken and the chicken is better than KFCs no joke!!

Delicious chicken (on par with KFC's) and ribs. Really well priced too. Only disappointment was the long waiting times.

Food is good , but specially night staff is very rude, , arrogant mannerless & doesn't know how to deal or behave with customer. You have definitely lost your customer with such a unprofessional behaviour..

Really great food for adults and children. Amazing burgers and Chicken. Better than KFC by far... also had really good service. Our new favourite takeaway place..

I am not exaggerating if I say they serve the best chicken wings in whole uk. I was living in Kingston for few years and ordered plenty of them, never had any problems. After they close for renovation I moved out but I still drove from Guildford after they reopened. Not regretting. These wings are much better than wings from other places even after being microwaved. 👌🏻

It's all just chicken, and it's lovely. I love the chicken fillet as it tastes so beautiful, the best thing I had. There are a few options to pick, but mostly is burgers and buckets of buckets, bit like KFC, as the chips are excellent better than McDonald in my opinion. They cook quickly, too, like 6 to 9 min for the chicken bumper. I think it called were a lot of different types of chicken and chips. I would recommend going there if you're having a late, drunk night. It helps with the drinks.

I would rate it 4 stars because the food is good & always cooked well plus the staff are okay but I give it 3 because they don't wear gloves when handling food which is something I feel all food shops should put in place.

I went in today. There was 1 young guy and two older gentlemen. One of the older men took my order he had no uniform on. Then he was really loud and unprofessional by slamming my change down on the counter and walking away wile singing something out loud. He then took his mask of then started doing his hair in the fridge mirror and then gave me my drink without washing his hands. Unbelievable . Then to top it of I wasn’t given my wings as part of the meal because he wasn’t paying attention. I just got my money back and won’t spend my money in there again as I was made to feel so uncomfortable. Pity as it was our favourite place to get chicken from.

Great chicken and chips, fast service and great customer service.

Chilli cheese poppers are the best item on the menu. You can order 4,8 or 12 pieces. Price is reasonable around the same price at Burger King. Usually opened late hours which is a benefit too (not during lockdown times)

Awesome chicken burgers, 🍟 and my favourite soft drinks Mirinda. Excellent service as well and efficient communication for social distancing guidelines.

Really good fast food, great value and friendly staff. The burgers and wings are great. There's another reason for the 5* though and that's the fact that every single time I've visited, the fries have been freshly cooked in fresh oil. Changing the oil regularly comes at a cost, but these guys obviously know its worth it. Great stuff.

By far the worst "ribs" I've had in my life. All skin and fat. Threw them away after 2 bites. Good service but terrible quality food.

One of the worst ever customer service. Handling food with bare hands, no cleanliness, and many more inexcusable reasons to avoid this shop.

1. Wings under cooked. Especially the larger ones 2. Burger not what I ordered. But only realised when miles away from shop. 3. No burger sauce in shop (never known a chicken shop not to have burger sauce). 4. Everything over salted. 5. Coleslaw it even close to being fresh (mushy) 6. Bones within the fillet burger? How I don’t know. Best thing about the meal was the chilled canned drink. That about sums it up. First and last time I will be visiting this venue.

Amazing wings and chips. I took a burger plus meal. Amazing staff. Would recommend to fellow chicken lovers!! You can get spicy or normal burgers.

I took a chance and ordered from here for the first time, because I usually order from the bigger chain, but they are not fully functional at the moment. The Fried Chicken was actually very good, including the fillet burger. The chips were crispy and hot, but the coleslaw left a bit to be desired, as it actually had black bits in it, not quite sure what they were, it could have been old cabbage or something, but I didn't eat it, so had to throw that away. But apart from that the rest was fine. All in all, I would order again.

Slow service but good quality food

Food wasn’t great , bad customer service , guy that served me was very rude , went straight in the bin , spend a little more and buy better food . Lesson learnt !!

By far the best favourite chicken out their. There chicken wings are perfectly spiced and have the most amazing crunch, the chicken is also really moist and genuinely tastes amazing. Definitely come here if your a huge fried chicken lover.

Best Fried chicken in the area!!

This is the best favourite chicken out of all the ones I've been to would high recommend. The chicken is so nice and the chips are aswell very cheap for what you get as it's a good amount parking isn't to bad as there is a side road where I always park. Very quick service and never had a problem with the staff.

Just another quick fried chicken shop. Basic and clean. Gets very busy at times but staff cope well.

Food was very good unfortunately the service was pretty bad. They didn’t have coleslaw or beans. They never gave salt and they didn’t even have pepper in store.

Love this fast food joint by the road! Reasonable price, great taste and friendly staff. My favourite is the snack it box and i love it to be topped with peri peri salt! Ohlala!

Shame you can't give it no stars. Perhaps 4pm isn't the best time to get fresh hot chicken. Cold (and slimy) chicken fillet and cold old chips. I was so grossed out I wouldn't even let my dog have any.
