Right so basically I enter and they say hello beta what can I get for u and I order the chicken poopas and I open my chicken poopas and see a square head in my gorgeous chicken poopas and they were hard like me

The workers are really nice. The food taste incredible especially the chicken burger. The Atmosphere is quite okay and the best thing was the food was fresh and the drink was so cold.

Service was absolutely terrible! The man who takes orders in the from is rude in general no customer service whatsoever. First of all I asked him to make the chips fresh as the last time I bought food the chips tasted stale and over cooked. Instead of apologising he was wrong and strong and was going back and fourth arguing with me! Definitely won’t be going back to this favourites again and I have been a customer since 2005!

Just what you want to bite into to be honest… service was awful and was out of stock with sauces or sides

The man who works in the shop more hours doesn’t know how to speak to the customers. As a food selling shop he never wear a head cover or beard cover. Not only he is rude with me, he always rude with most of the customers. Because of this guy the shop is loosing more valuable customers.

The rudest and the laziest worker ever. Never open on time always 12:15 or even 12:20. They just trying to dragg the time because that guy hate to be busy and waits till people go other places on lunch and only then his opening the shop. Need improvement definitely

Very bad customer service. The man serving called me a waste of time and stupid when I was 15p short. Yeah I didn't have enough money but that's no reason to start verbally assualting a potential customer. I was actually going to get some money out from the atm before the man decided to call me names. Not going there again. Will definitely find another chicken shop somewhere else.

The worst service ever the man was so rude I’m actually shocked that they are still going! And I asked for the chicken strips and I he got a bag of frozen breadcrumbs chicken and fried it, and when I asked I didn’t want breadcrumbs I wanted battered chicken he just looked at me and said nothing, if he had said we have no chicken strips but I can make these for you, I would have said no thank you but he condoned me, no where dose it say chicken in breadcrumbs. AVOID AVOID!!

Foods always great! Staff are good, they don’t talk much but they get the order right!

Got a double chicken burger, was way too salty! And fillet looked burnt also.

Shabby place, avoid. The person in the counter had no idea about personal hygiene and was very rude. Not fit to run anything connected with food.

We love the chicken from here always moist and tasty. So imagine our surprise when we called in for chicken and chips at just gone 9.30 to be told they had sold out of chicken in a chicken shop !!!!!! Went else where and endure dry chicken.

Man was extremely rude! I used to like this place but being sworn at and verbally abused for asking if it’s a fillet or a fried chicken breast is unacceptable! I will Never go again & will make sure none of my friends or family use this shop! Disgusting behaviour

Used to be really good but has now gone downhill with new staff. Chicken didn't taste right so didn't finish the burger didn't stay down long . Will be reporting to authorities. AVOID

We waited over half an hour for our meals. Chips were cold, baked beans were only barely warm. My corn on the cold was still cold. The meal deal she got was wrong. I will never be going back

Looks a bit tatty outside but it’s been there a while and the foods great, nice staff aswell

Place looks shabby and run down from the outside. The sign has been the same since 2003!! Letters missing from the favorite word. Food is not bad and they always have deals on offer. Don't know if a fruit machine is legal in there though? They need to update and refurbish, sooner than later

Always seems to be fresh chicken for us so far and happy staff which is a bonus

Today I parked around the back of this place in Assembley Walk. Take the time to walk around & look at the filth in the backyard. Disgusting. Do you really want anything to eat from this hovel. How environmental health allows this I don't know.

Great place for take away meal.

Just a standard chicken shop. Quality is ok. The service is quick. Older gentleman in his 40s-50s game me 6 wings, but two of them were very small. Should have had one larger wing to compensate for that at least. Just the standard chicken shop if you ask me.

It has gone downhill since Yogi has left. The shop is dirty. The guy is rude, can't speak very good English and on 3 occasions now has got my meals wrong and I don't know till I get home. Am so disgusted I will not be returning there anymore

Lack of halal signage... seem to be embarrassed to be halal, can't trust that it is.
