Ordered food asked to upgrade burger to add cheese and onion rings difference was 1 pound between these burgers the guy made it a big deal infront of every1 saying its not a pound more anyways in the end he charged me 2 pound more odd done it this was not an issue to me turns out he has given me a compete diff burger no mayo in burger no fiery patty just a standard burger with onion rings in forgot the coleslaw bbq wings tasted and smelt off food chicken pieces was ok so ended up paying 25 odd pounds for 3 peice chicken 6 wings and a normal burger meal pricey in my eyes and service was absolutely horrendous avoid at all cost

Made me wait to place my order ,I paid by card ,and then asked for some hot sauce I was asked to pay 50p so I presented my card which he refused to accept and insisted on cash,I did not have cash and assumed he would be willing to either waive the 50p or ask me to bring the money later or next day,he was quite rude and arrogant and seemed to take a great deal of pleasure to refuse to give me the sauce.Before I left I told him how awful his cust service was,and to add insult to injury the order was not right either,I called him and got short shrift from him. Firstly it's illegal to refuse payment by card,secondly I cannot believe that an establishment would treat a customer so badly and not exercise some goodwill to a new customer....for a 50p pot of sauce thst he had already poured into a container. Finally my clothes esp my hat and coat stank of stale oil . First and last visit to this take away ..after all Wycombe is inundated with chicken take aways so I really won't miss the mediocre offerings and the atrocious service

Tasty and juicy chicken, great portion sizes.

The shop is clean, the chicken is fresh, and the chips are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. There is a good selection of items to choose from as well. The chicken is lovely, the wings are addictive and the chips are fried to perfection. Even the optional salt/chilli seasoning adds a nice kick. The main uncle there is friendly, talkative, and does his job, demonstrated by the fact that he has never gotten my order wrong. He is one of the reasons why I love ordering from here. All the staff do a good job but uncle is top drawer. There is parking available and the portions size's are good. All in all, a great place to eat if you fancy a cheap, filling dinner. For me, this is the best fried chicken in High Wycombe by a long mile

The food is so tasty yum! Puts KFC to shame

The restaurant had an offer on the wings buy 1 get one free. They never sent me the 2nd portion.

Clean shop, good customer service. Food was piping hot and wings were nice and crunchy with lots of skin

wrotten chips were hard and greasy chicken was horrible and again greasy will never order from here again also I'm demanding a full refund as its all in the bin

I arrived at 10:20pm and asked for a burger, the guy told me he can only do wings as they are closing, I told him the closing time is 11pm and he said yeah but I can’t just make 1 burger it not worth it. When I asked why he said it takes to long just for 1 burger so he refused to serve me. I then told him I will be giving you a bad review he said I don’t care do what you want. Worst takeaway in Wycombe. Rude, zero customer service and they say they close at 11pm but you can’t order food after 10pm. Will never come back again. Hope this business is never successful

Mam wasn't very helpful and fridge was stacked with every well known coca cola drink. I was mocked when I asked whether they had any alternative drinks, as I don't sponsor g£nocide.

It's fast chicken :) you get what you're expecting and it's comparable to or better than well-known similar chains. On top of this it's clean and the staff are very helpful. An asset to the area.

This food was awful, so tasteless and very rude customer service, I was given the wrong food, so once I confronted the shop manager, he told me “eat your food no refund” and I also said you charged me for three meals, I did say I’ve only got two meals and he said “yes I thought I gave you wrong food, but you paid now” what awful customer service! And when trying to speak to this bald man at the till, he kept shouting abusively at me, as a woman, I was so scared and just fled for my safety

Food we received was lovely however we had a missing item but was sorted very quickly. Will definitely use again.

Who is the blad guy serving at the till- manager or worker? Pathetic customer service... showing attitude for what? Selling chicken and chips? Decided to change my order in split second and the guy at the till became all sarky and showing attitude as to why I changed my order... Had to bite my tongue. Train your staff!!!

Amazing fried chicken! Even better than KFC! Highly recommend, I will be ordering again soon. My only complaint is that they didn't add the cheese into my burger.

Food was tasty and fresh. Only thing was chicken poppers were not big and some poppers just had breadcrumbs no chicken.

The worst service ever!! The guy who's working there all times makes rules I asked numbers of times to have chicken which i like, but he didn't allow me There is nothing inside where you getting in, I was with a dog on the lead and asked if i can make an order, but I was asked to leave! I have never experienced rudness in my life It's close to my house but I'm not recommending to anyone Keep away from them!

The tracking said won’t be delivered for over an hour and a quarter, but 45 mins later it was saying same message but the delivery was at door spoke to delivery tried to explain this to him he grunted and ignored me held up a cold wet bag of food with disdain. Poor quality and all cold the Nan bread out of a bag not even cooked all disappointing won’t order again

First time trying favourite chicken, I have heard a lot of good reviews and I wasn't disappointed. The fillet burger was delicious.

First of all let me tell I am a 10 years loyal customer of favourite, me and my family loves the chicken, we started having favourite in west drayton where we used to live before but now since we have moved to high Wycombe, we started to continue. Today I had a very bad experience. First of all the manager (he didn’t tell me his name when asked) was being very rude because I requested leg and thigh in 2 pcs chicken meal, this was never a problem in west drayton He kept on arguing and in the end refused to give 2 extra mayonnaise and even charged me 50pence for it, this was really disappointing, he even started shouting at me, I might not go to favourite in high Wycombe This happened today on 28th may at 3:44 pm

Undercooked burger waste of my money, returned to make the staff aware of this they told me it’s cooked I’m talking rubbish and no refund would be given nor will they be making me another burger unless I pay for it. unprofessional they can barely speak English, the little Tamil/Bengali chap was getting angry and clearly seems to have left his manners back home.

Called the restaurant twice and was told my order was on its way but arrived half an hour later than what they said on the phone!

I applied for credit 15 days ago and still I haven’t received any. The food came cold and slimy and to top it all of it was late.

Wings were spot on crunchy fresh and spicy and chips were good burgers look nice need to try them Only downside is sometimes waiting is long but they make fresh chicken so it’s not a negative always better to preorder

By far the best chicken shop in Wycombe. Literally been to this place on more than occasions throughout the week. The Double Ringer burger is 10 times better than your standard Zinger or Zinger Tower from KFC. The quality is the same every time I have been to the shop since it opened in Wycombe. The staff are very friendly you always get a service with a smile. I cannot find a single fault with the place. Keep up the good work and once again THE BEST CHICKEN SHOP ON WYCOMBE!!!

Very tasty chicken which was freshly prepared. Very clean shop and kitchen hence the 5 star food safety rating. Ring of fire fillet burger was very tasty and 1 piece chicken was very good with no grease. Good service from staff, would definitely visit again.

The best chicken shop I've been to in a while. Fresh, juicy and affordable chicken. Clean store with friendly staff. The shop is very small but you will be pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience and meal. I definitely recommend.
