I ordered them online today They put a buy one get one free on few items Items arrived and they were poor quality and v small portion size Tasteless and not value for money In fact I feel I was robbed off my money Extremely disappointed.

Gone down hill in last few years. Place never opens during lunchtime just some evenings only? Didn't have the burger I wanted on the menu, then charged me more for the nearest equivalent. Burger itself was nothing special, fries were plain, didn't ask me if I needed salt. Didn't ask me if I was eating in or taking away. No cash in the tills, bring the correct change or use a card. No fridge working for drinks, asked for a bottle of water and the staff was horrified as he didn't know where to go. Place still under going another refurbish ment, paint rollers can be seen, in a food place. This Place has no outside signage anymore, is it mahmoods? Or fat twins, or something else now? Seating plan is disorganised and smaller. Waited 20 mins for a burger and fries, with only 2 staff they were struggling to get orders out in time. Next time won't bother, won't recommend.

This is by far the worst takeaway I've had from the con artists that are just eat ( they add 30% for themselves from every takeaway ) the burgers are toddler size no flavour whatsoever the chicken in the chicken burger was like chomping on a yoga mat inedible the chips weren't cooked enough and the oil needs changing in the fryer how they are getting away with trading as a takeaway is beyond me NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My go-to takeaway when I visit Oldham! Affordable, fresh food always. I love the smash burgers and the sauces! The drinks are so delicious too. Staff are very friendly and always accommodating. Highly recommend

Horribly slow with terrible customer service.

Heard a lot about this place so thought I'd try it. Firstly very small place, seating is available but very compact, service is OK, got the smash burger box, and have to say was disappointed, paying £10 for a smash box, the burger felt like nothing was in it other than lettuce, the chips, beef and chicken, all I could taste was jelapenos, and was really spicy, the bbq wings felt like rock, very bland food and utterly disappointed.

Food was early, lovely and warm! Burgers are something else. Chips are lovely too, all fresh will definitely be our new takeaway from now on!

7ups were replaced by some unknown bottled drinks. Taste is awful. Kids meal never came with a drink.

First time going here, very disappointed! Now I know why it's called fat twins they've eaten half of it before it arrives. £8.99 burger size of a McDonald's saver burger and it was quite literally smashed they may as well have sat on it. Cheesy chips are vile and cold, that cheap nasty cheese melted on to cold stale chips. Will definitely never return to this place. Hot wings are amazing but the rest of the food was a disappointing let down! You live and learn stick with what you know £40 down the drain you'd have got more food at the Ritz for the price 🤣

The delivery just left the food outside on the floor and left, didn’t even bother to knock on the door. Luckily, my Ring door bell picked his movements and my phone went off.

Wrong opening hours. Came here in two occasions and both times shop was closed. Change your opening hour so people don’t waste their time.

The full size burgers are quite literally the size of a mcdonalds saver menu cheeseburger, suspiciously taste like them too, portion sizes are pathetic and missing the drinks from the children’s meals, wouldn’t order again or recommend to anyone could’ve ordered the same thing from McDonalds for half the price

food was terrible, the owner had a weird moustache and he stunk of weed and mouldy walls. The guy came to my door with a heat bag on his back, he arrived at my door doing a back flip on roller skates so my food was all smashed up and my drink was spilled. terrible service.

We ordered on Uber eats so paid nearly £5 for delivery. When the food arrived at the portions were extremely small, and not even worth the price at all the food was not even lukewarm and was package just in paper wrapping so wasn’t wrapped correctly for delivery in order for the food to stay hot. Also items were missing from our order. I would not order from here again it is a waste of money and time.

Ordered 2x buy 1 get 1 free cheese burgers and chicken burger with cheesy fries and 1 drink each. Ordered off Uber app .food wasn't great by any means tiny burgers only half the order received and charged for the drinks which should of been free with the deal. Anyway won't order ever again your not a patch on McDonald's or Burger King. ZERO ⭐️s

Very good food was very tasty and the smash burger had a different but nice taste. The staff were friendly had good banter.

Burger was juicy and delicious. Fries on point. Service was quick. They didn't have the mix drinks which was only downside.

Some places have amazing food and others have amazing staff.. At FatTwins you have amazing staff and food!

Went out shopping and decided to get food at the end of our trip. We would have preferred to eat in, but we didn't fancy facing strangers while we ate 😂 they have a few tables, but the booths are facing each other, which is slightly awkward so we took our food out and ate in the car. I ordered the Spicy Chipotle Smash meal. I really enjoyed my burger, it tasted good. The rest of my family were a little disappointed at how small their burger was. They got a triple cheese burger meal and 2 chicken mayo burger meals. The spicy wings were so deceiving. They were saucy but crispy at the same time, and boy were they spicy, I don't know what they put in them, but our mouths were on fire. 😂

It's a really nice place, really fresh patties and the service was great. I would love to come back to Oldham for this place again. Highly recommend if you want something to eat which is filling.

Fat Twins in Oldham captured the essence of their former Cheetham Hill branch, delivering the same incredible taste I had been craving. The Classic Smashed Burger, Triple Cheese Burger, and hot wings were simply perfect. From the juiciness of the beef smashed patty to the tenderness of the chicken wings. Everything was just perfect. Each bite brought back cherished memories, making the drive to Oldham truly worthwhile. The flavours were nostalgic, and I savoured every moment. Highly recommended for a delightful meal and you won't regret visiting.

Not worth the money, small portion for the price and the taste wasn't quite there, shame really as the reviews made me expect more.

Considering it was ramadan, it was quite empty, but I've seen it busier. Good quality food and staff are very welcoming and friendly! Well done to the twins!

This establishment is like a halal version of mcdonalds or burger king. Cheap food and no complex recipes. I ordered the chicken chipotle burger and the triple cheeseburger. The chipotle burger was tasty and also spicy. The cheeseburger was lovely and juicy. I can't lie the portions are kinda small. The sauce which did co,e with the burger was delicious. It reminded me of Algerian sauce. I do hope the owners improve their slush drinks. They are bland and not really tasty at all. The service is great even when they were busy during their peak time periods. I do recommend the owners to improve their portion sizes and also their slush recipe. Wish this establishment the best of luck in the future and I will come back to visit

Place was deserted guy serving behind the counter had dirty t shirt not even in uniform the burger didn't take long it was average the lettuce was brown and soggy they only had 2 drinks to offer pricing was also high

Really disappointed. We thought we would eat on our way to london as all the shops were shut on the road we thought to try this place. Beef Burgers tasted rotten. Only the chips was okay. Very disappointed. I don’t know how you can ruin a beef burger so bad.

I LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! I rang them up and ordered, I've ordered here so many times and i asked them if I could have the sauce they make in a bottle and honestly nothing is to much trouble for them! GREAT FOOD AND GREAT TEAM! highly recommended

BURGER 1/10 "ABYSMAL" (the burger was the same size as the little pot sauce came in as seen on the photo. It had no taste whatsoever) The fat twins must have ate everything up. FRIES 1/10 "VERY BAD" (Fried multiple times and were cold.) DAY LIGHT ROBBERY NOT WORTH BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE. THE CHEAP DRINK WAS YUK! I wouldn't even feed it to the dogs. WON'T BE GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!

Really disappointed in the fish fillet today! It looked like an old piece of fillet that was battered again, fried and stuck in the burger buns. Just horrible! This is my usual burger place so I was bitterly disappointed. Do better fat twins!

Since owners do not work in the store, the food quality has dropped beyond belief. Burgers come out burnt most the time. Fries are clearly been preheated not fresh at all When this place first opened food was amazing however like many others today was my last visit.

The food we ordered wasn't enjoyable, the fries and the burgers were cold and hard and I assume the food was made an hour or longer before it was delivered to us. We will never order there again.

Cheese fries I ordered was smaller portion than fries for £1, and cheese on them was just disgusting cheap "plastic wrapper cheese". Food received cold and burgers were smashed. I don't recommend

One of the best stop offs for fast food available in the area great success story by the brothers who own it and all the very best to them.. I feel like a Triumph burger meal now!

Foods are ok but seems to dying out, no customers every time i walk pass, lack of choices of selections, very slow services, loud music like a club. chips and burger was cold when I received my order, the souces was only half a tube, the quality is lacking, cash only no card. Staff's are not interested on customer service..

The halal version of Burger King. Basic, low-priced and on point. Everything is made right in front of your face. At the moment they only accept cash payments. Update: Everything is coming along just nicely, Uber Eats, card payments, and new branches 🙂. Wish you all the best!

Tried few times , it's not the same everytime. Updated 7th December. I've had it after long time I must say the quality,quantity, flavour on point try to keep it up guys.

In my opinion, best burger I've had in long time, and I rate it way above 5 guys, especially the smash burger.

Drinks are nice however everything else was not good

Absolutely horrendous service, took 1 hour and 25 mins to deliver 2 items, and when I called up they blamed it on the driver and when I called the driver he said that they didn’t received the order on time so miscommunication, which lead to poor customer service experience. This needs to be sorted out ASAP.

If you're looking for a rip off maccies that is far better value. This is the place for you. It's definitely better in my opinion, big fan.

Very much Overated. The names don't live up to the burgers. Burgers are small. Prefer Virginia burgers best in town. Therr rumours they use pork fat for there fries and burger to enhance flavours. Doesn't bother me as I'm not Muslim and I'm allowed. But surely they should let others know since majority of there customers are Muslims.

Food was okay, nothing special, they have great drinks to offer on the other hand and customer service is good.

Fat twins food is okay at best, nothing special. Also the drinks seem to be flat and never have any fizz. Every time I have been to the new location at featherstall road the waiting time has been horrible. Especially on weekends when there’s massive lines of people who’ve been waiting 45mins+. On top of this there is usually always something missing from your order. Negative experiences now at fat twins, used to be better when they were at their old location.

Placed an order on 20th December. Burgers delivered were cold, left on the doorstep, and they were MINISCULE- and hence overpriced. Kind of contrary to the name of the chain. The burger patties also smelled bad. Have defo had more generous portions at better prices from other places. It's a no from me.

Rated two stars as I was in the area and had heard good things and seen their pics on social media. I was under the impression it would be a halal version of McDonald’s. First of all they don’t take cash. It’s 2020, people don’t carry cash unless they’re taxi drivers or drug dealers and also I’m not sure if they’re aware of this global pandemic called COVID-19 where the virus can be transmitted through the exchange of cash. Now onto the food, it’s just bulk bought frozen patties and chicken burgers from jjfoods or similar. You can tell it’s not freshly made (not sure if they claim that it’s fresh) and not a lot of effort has been put into the burgers. For me, the best halal version of McDonald’s/Burger King in the UK is Slams in Birmingham and this place simply does not come close. The concept is good but they’re miles off from executing their plan.

Don’t know why there’s negative reviews on here, food and service was great, sauces were bang on and portion was perfectly fine. Doesn’t really get any better than what I experienced 👍🏽
