First time we have tried Shaw Fried Chicken, and to be honest I dont think I will be back. My lad had the tower burger, who enjoyed what he had but sadly my Mrs n I were not so lucky. I had what was supposed a chicken tikka kebeb, which was luke warm and in a very thick powdery tikka sauce and not very tasty. Mrs said her donner and chips was a small portion but tasty kebab. Sorry but was enough not to return.

Did not deliver on time 30 mins late and food not very hood

Pizza arrived dry and cold, kebab meat was average and milkshake was below expectations, will definitely NOT be going to this place which is overpriced for the quality of food you get.

the food was cold and had taste. could taste no garlic on the garlic bread and the donna kebab taste like cardboard. I won't be ordering again. it expensive for what you get.

Arrived luke warm, late and part if the order was missing. Bland flavour and chicken very oily. Disappointing as usually good. 😕

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very good.

After placing an order over the phone and getting them to read it back, they still managed to get 3 meals on the order wrong. Also one of the burgers hadn't been cooked for long enough as it was still pink inside. Certainly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Friendly staff and the place does great pizzas, chips and chicken.

Worse experience, bad behavior of staff، also difference between prices which is showing on menus and what they charge.. also they charge 50 p extra for every transaction by card. And last they even didn't give any ketchup or sauce with pizza😡😡😡😡

2 beans missing. when contacted told us they put gravy in instead as they run out of beans. it was supposed to have the gravy anyway so didn't get anything instead.

Chicken wrap was smaller than expected. Coleslaw £1.30 for an XS size pot, unbelievable. Chips were lovely and crispy and the milkshake was delicious.

Long dark found in chicken tenders (being eaten by short haired male) and ordered a Dr Pepper drink but Pepsi was delivered

The chicken was absolutely tasteless, they didn’t put cheese on the wrap as requested and it was lukewarm. Garlic bread was alright though.

Called in last Friday night on my way home from the pub and was told I had to pay for the meal deal which included a drink even though I didn't want a drink and had only ordered two pieces of chicken and chips over the phone. Previously I had always accepted this even though I never ordered a meal deal. Anyway I won't be using this place anymore, the food is only average at best. There are lots of other takeaways to choose from. They only needed to have knocked 30p off for the drink and I would have been happy. One customer lost for good.

Fabulous place! The £35 SFC Special is great and has served my family on several occasions. Chicken, butgers, chips, and gravy are all great, the pizza is good. Definitely recommend trying them out!

Food arrived late. When it was deliver was a steaming mess. Soggy dripping in grease, probably worst I’ve ordered. If you like soft slimey battered chicken this is the place for you

Ordered chicken tikka pitta & donna pitta. The food was cold chicken wasn’t cook, hardly any meat only had 4 slices of kebab on pitta. They were both soggy and falling to bits, put straight in the bin.

Worst food I've ever had from here. Nothing was correct pancake roll was 4 small ones got a large last week doesnt change that fast on menu. Not sure if I'll order again. As even chicken wasn't cooked properly coating was soggy chips was stale and burger was dry

Chicken burger is absolutely out of this world, not tried anything like it! Customer service is 10/10 very friendly. Must try takeaway if your in shaw!

the chicken was in a box underneath the chips therefore the chicken wasn’t crispy it was soggy and not very appealing

Cheap and thin packet naan bread why on earth have you started serving that rubbish. £8,50 for a mixed kebab and you get that. Think I'll be going elsewhere now.

Ordered from here a few times and it's not the best ordered last night asked for a cheese and mushroom pizza came and it was full of a garlic! Wtaf

Asked for peri salt but didn't get it and the gravy was only half full and had quite obviously microwaved in the tub it came in because there was a ring of gravy at the top of the tub inside. Chicken was nice and hot, chips I'd prefer not plain. Bit more gravy and the salt on would have been better but Over all it was nice enough. Probably order again but call them instead so it's clear what I'm ordering.

Meat feast pizza only had one ingredient- chicken tikka !!!! 3 lots of Chips were cold. Driver stayed in car, assistant brought bag to doorstep unzipped it and looked at me. I said oh right you want me to get them out of your bag. He said nothing

It could have been better if my burger, chips and fillets was separated because it all went soggy due to there being too much in the box which caused the condensation to ruin the meal.
